What a turnaround Jeremy has been able to do t there. The service was superb! Dealing with Ron is…read moreexcellent! The communication with both him and his tech who came out to my boat was amazing. I would love to hire them to come to my office and see if they can turn that around. I am very impressed with the quality of the service and I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues

Longtime Customer - Extremely Disappointed with Declining Service…read more I've been a loyal customer of The Boat House for years and have purchased multiple boats from them--always on the promise from management that I'd be taken care of when it came to service and support. Unfortunately, that promise has been completely broken, and the quality of their service department has only gone downhill. Most recently, I brought my boat in for what should have been a simple repair. I was told it would be ready in a week or two, but nearly a month passed with no communication. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates, and every time I spoke with someone, the story changed--parts were ordered, then backordered; the boat was being worked on, then suddenly it wasn't. There was zero consistency and even less transparency. When I finally got the boat back, I was shocked at the condition it was returned in. It was filthy--greasy handprints on the seats, dirty footprints all over the deck, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned or cared for at all. I brought this up with the service department, and all I got was a casual "sorry," with no offer to fix it or make things right. To make matters worse, the original issue I brought the boat in for still wasn't fully resolved--and now there was a new issue that wasn't there before. Again, no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to deliver the kind of service they promise when selling boats. After spending millions of dollars with The Boat House over the years, this experience makes it painfully clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them. I will not be buying another boat from them again, and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere if they expect any level of professionalism or long-term support.

Quality new boat, plenty of motor (150hp) and a bimini top at a very fair price. This company actually picked up the phone and a friendly young lady (Anna I believe) answered all our questions. The price was far less. I operate on the wisdom of "You get what you pay for" but in this case, as it is rarely, sometimes you get MORE than you pay for! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the boat and the ease of the entire process. The address is behind the Naples airport and most of the property is taken up with a 3-4 story giant warehouse style building (dry boat storage). Anna gave us the basics of operation and a laminated guide map with EZ directions. GPS and VHF radio, everything clean & new looking. We followed the numbered buoys out along the intercoaster waterways, passing gorgeous luxury mansions/homes and equally ridiculous money yachts. Great freedom ride. You can pull up to the public parking spot in Tin City and have lunch. We were a little bit unfamiliar with docking so we did not stop. Good business, good times. Highly recommend. You need to be somewhat familiar with boats and treat this as a nimble excursion, not one for the timid or weak core body as you need to be savvy and nimble getting on and off, plus heightened awareness of other boats, signs, buoys, channel markers, GPS etc. All good for anyone that practices wise & safe boating. Deducted 1 star for the lack of accessory facilities like food & drink options, so don't let that stop you, take a cooler!

Everyone told me if you store your boat at port 32 Do not let walkers touch your boat…read more Unfortunately for me I feel I like to give everyone a chance to see how they treat me it was the worst decision I have made. After over $1,000 they still couldn't figure out how to turn on a GPS. Mechanics of the worse and Jeff and service department all he cares about is getting your money out of your pocket. Thanks Jeff

They are certified Yamaha mechanics and they did an outstanding job. My boat got its 100 service, they fixed what was wrong, finished BEFORE the promised day and charged a fair price. And the boat was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. I'm not going anywhere else from now on.

Brought my 15hp merc to them Dec 27th 2017, picked it up 4/14/18 STILL not running!! They lied to me about parts not being there, they lied about working on it, cost me $280 and still wasn't running. My friend and I got it running in ten minutes once I got it home and after I had to go back to get missing parts!!! It was a simple fix "small engine 101 course"- the butterfly was closed the whole time which was why it wasn't getting gas/air/vacuum, it didn't need gaskets ( I always used non ethanol) ,it didn't need to be cleaned in a sonic parts cleaner, it didn't have a blocked exhaust !!!!! They told me it had spark, compression and was getting gas ( which it wasn't) but wouldn't start !!! They ruined all of my winter fishing. They accepted the job, told me it was about an hours labor then I was given so many excuses ie " sales before service", boat show, guys out sick ect. I called weekly and sometimes twice weekly and was told it's next on the list repeatedly. IF you do business with them it's on you, has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any business, I just can't say enough to reflect the incompetence of this outfit. Why can't I give them negative stars !!!!! -5 would be my rating. I don't know if this place is under new management but if you find a good review then it has to be from previous owners or a relative of the new owners.
