The employees are the best! They treat you with utmost respect. Always greet you at the door with a happy smile & ready to help you. I absolutely recommend this jewelry store. And....they have the old fashioned "lay away" plan. I gave it a try & was excited to slowly obtain what I wanted. Great fun. read more

Sounds like the owner is trying to save face here since my review is pretty bad. FYI it was a $40 watch band! Not $17 lol read more

I have worked with Laurie at Panowicz twice. 7 years ago, I brought her my mother's diamond in an old setting to transform into a beautiful, unique, diamond and sapphire wedding ring. Recently, I wanted to add a band of sapphires. It was challenging, because of the shape of the ring and the smallness of my fingers. The results exceeded my expectations; the band compliments the ring perfectly. I love wearing this elegant ring! I really enjoyed working with Laurie. She is exceptionally positive, a very good listener, and always responsive. Laurie is a true artist - a jewel amongst the jewels at Panowicz! read more

I've been here a few different times and really appreciated the great customer service and the quality of their work. I frequented Panowicz quite a bit the months prior to my wedding getting family gifts and my rings ready for the big day. The store is a single roomed shop with a variety of jewelry designs, stones, and even some nice gold, silver, and jeweled gift boxes and such. The sales associates have all been very helpful and friendly with me each time I visited. I went in originally for their engraving service and was really pleased with the work each time I returned to have something new engraved. While I was there, they chatted with me about my engagement ring and even though it had been purchased in the Midwest offered to clean and polish it for me before the wedding. Now, a girl can't turn down freshly shined baubles for her big day, so my fiancé dropped it by the day before the wedding and said they were super friendly and helpful and had it done in just a few minutes. The prices for the engravings was competitive and the customer service excellent. Next time we are looking for a piece of fine jewelry or a nice gift we'll check here first. read more

22 years ago, I would take our daughter on my Saturday errands. We'd be downtown and I'd stop at Panowicz so she could look at all the shiny things. Rob Panowicz' dad was still alive and in the store then. He treated us like we were Bill Gates when it was obvious were a young family starting out with barely two coins to rub together. Could have easily given us the bum's rush. He'd always have a large gem in his pocket and take it out for my little girl to hold. I asked Rob once if the stone was expensive. He said "You don't want to know!" as my then 4 year old girl tossed it up and down. What a class man Mr. Panowicz was. And his store and family still are to this day. This store has been and is our family jeweler. For us, there is no other. read more

I would like to thank Susan Holm for going the extra mile for me. My husband gave my grandson his Rolex watch and I needed it engraved before we gave it to him ,Susan not only made sure that the work was done correctly but it was done in a timely fashion. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful job. I will gladly recommend your shop to anyone that needs this type of work done, thank you again. Judy Ross read more

Panowicz Jewelers - This is the engraving work that Susan made sure was done. - Jewelry Near Me - Olympia, Washington

I've used Panowicz for both repairs and fabrication of pieces. Also sold a few things through them, in addition to purchases. The staff are very nice and well educated. I can highly recommend them. In addition I'd like to express a special thank you for the beautiful silver bracelet they donated to the November 2020 Concern for Animals annual Toast for Tails fundraiser. My husband won it for an early Christmas gift for me. read more

What an amazing experience. We started looking for our engagement rings at all the usuals places. We went to Tacoma. We went to Lynwood. I found nothing. We searched online. Too hard to decide. Decided to turn local and with 10 minutes Susan helped us find the most amazing set of rings. Expert service and beautiful set of rings. I'm so glad I went to Panowicz. I even suggested they get a shop cat, perhaps name her jewel. :) we will be lifelong customers. I can't wait for Christmas!! read more

So first of all, let me say wow, amazing work they do here. I came in to get a new center stone set in my wife's original wedding ring. She had a pear cut with a halo, and they made the recommendation to lop the halo off and turn it into a pendant and then create new prongs to set the new emerald cut stone in there. They said that it should be ready by January 2nd, and low and behold they got it done TWO weeks EARLY. I'm beyond impressed. The craftsmanship is amazing, the pendant looks better than I could have imagined and the ring with the new emerald cut diamond is amazing as well. Wow. Wow. read more

The lovely, kind ladies at Panoqicz, across from our Farmer's Market in Olympia, Washington replaced the battery in my grandmother's old wristwatch, which was driving her crazy... AND THEY DID IT TOTALLY FOR FREE. If I was wealthy enough to afford to buy nice jewelry I would shop there. Super appreciated, especially in these weird times. read more

Should of gone to Jared's or been Kissed by Kay. After several failed attempts to size my engagement ring, I will not be returning to Panowicz. The third time I brought my ring in to ask it to be fitted at the agreed size, I was told that this would be the last time they do it for "free". When I pay for something, my expectation is that it's done right the first time, not the third. Though I can appreciate that my engagement ring can now be worn, I will forever have the memories of this experience. (Even 25 years from now, Leslie) read more

By far the most fabulous Jeweler in Washington State. The staff at Panowicz take sincere, detailed time to understand your needs. From picking out that perfect bridal set, jewelry repairs, signature monogramed gifts and top quality custom jewelry, they always deliver. They have a wide variety of designers and a large selection of Pandora items. It's easy to see that customer service is one of their top priorities. Centrally located downtown with easy & free parking at the Market. Open week days and weekends with extended hours during the holidays. It feels great giving back to a local business that is deeply rooted in Olympia's history. My family, of three generations, has exclusively used Panowicz Jewelers for the past 20 years. We look forward to their Fall Girl's Night Out and Men's Night. It's wonderful to work with a business that treats you like family. read more

I like to come in here for everything - jewelry repairs, cleaning, appraisals. Nothing I bring in to be done is exceedingly expensive, but I'm always treated so kindly. Even if I'm just getting my wedding ring cleaned. Every town needs a traditional, old school jeweler that gets it right. This is the place. read more

Panowicz Jewelers - Mom's amazing new redesigned ring. Thanks Bailey! - Jewelry Near Me - Olympia, Washington

I really want to love this store. They are locally owed. They have a convenient location. And they sell the most beautiful items. Only 3 stars though. It comes down to below average customer service and the fact that their website doesn't reflect what they have in their store. UPDATE: I appreciate that Leslie contacted me to inquire about the customer service I received at Panowicz. She is obviously interested in the welfare of her business and customer satisfaction. She also assured me that they are working on updating their website so that it correctly reflects what they have in store. I also need to add that my husband recently purchased a beautiful anniversary band at Panowicz that I absolutely love. read more

This place is wonderful! Such a lovely atmosphere and all of the staff are very friendly and professional. My husband stumbled upon this place when he was looking for my engagement ring. Susan helped him create a custom ring in his budget and it was just perfect! Susan later helped us pick a band to go with my ring and a wedding band for my husband. We were not the easiest customers and we usually had our infant daughter with us but Susan and the team at Panowicz always made us feel welcome and like we were the most important people in the store. If you are in the market for jewerly it is worth it to stop into Panowicz. You will not be disappointed at the selection beautiful jewelry and you will be wowed by the customer service. read more

Wow!!! That was a close call! I didn't realize how compromised my beautiful diamond heirloom ring had become until Sadie from Panowicz performed her magic on it. My precious ring includes diamonds from both my great grandmother (her name was ironically Sadie, too) as well as from my grandmother. My grandfather designed the ring and eventually my mom passed the ring down to me. While in Sadie's care for cleaning, thankfully she noticed that the tips that held the diamonds in place were loose and she was able to replace them and avert the possible disaster of the diamonds being lost. Now I feel safe in knowing that my ring is secure and it has never been so clean and sparkly. My everlasting appreciation goes to Sadie and the Panowicz Professionals for their integrity and expertise. read more

This is such a nice place to shop for fine jewelry and gift items. They host events there a few times a year (sometimes with music and appetizers) and invite us to fill out wish lists if we want to. I always have so much fun trying everything on, and they really seem to enjoy showing the jewelry. I've been to other jewelers before who look down their noses and don't want to be bothered if you're only looking. Not so at Panowicz! They really welcome you in and make you feel special! read more

Susan was amazing! I needed some engraving done on a watch and it was very last minute. I called and spoke with Susan and she told me to come in so we could take a look at it. I went into the store and met with her and she was extremely helpful, very kind and told me my watch would be done in two hours. I was very happy with the work that was done and the treatment that I got from her and the feel from the entire store. I will definitely bring my business back there again. When I paid for my purchase she made sure she wrapped it up and took a lot of care and you can tell that she loves her job. Very happy with the service I received!! read more

Panowicz goes above and beyond to let you know how valued your business with them is. They are timely and professional and yet super personalized. They offer FREE pandora cleanings on Wednesdays -- who else does that? They also have a wishlist feature that you can add items you'd like to your wishlist so that loved ones can shop with ease knowing the style, size, etc of what you'd like to have. Awesome jewelry store! I came in with a watch that had lost a pin and come apart-no idea if it even could be fixed. They somehow found a matching pin and fixed it, for no charge! Who does that?? Panowicz did some awesome work for me last year. Customized my anniversary band to match my vintage engagement ring, cleaned up and resized a few other pieces that were long neglected. The goldsmiths there are top-notch and I was very pleased with the work done. Pricing is you get what you pay for, 100%. So it will not be the cheapest, but it will be the best. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Location is easy and parking is everywhere. read more

Great jewels and great staff. Rob, Linda and especially Leslie are the best Jewelers ever! They know their stones, carry only the good one's, all for reasonable prices! The staff is friendly and the pieces they carry are unique. Hearts on Fire is my favorite and the collections change frequently! The jewels are always clean and shiny and they make sure you are happy customer. Leslie has helped me create custom designs and always provides me with appraisals so I can insure my lovelies. Their customer service is the best and if you aren't happy they will make sure you are...as long as you are a reasonable human being! Leslie is very good at making sure that my husband has choices of all price levels for my birthday and anniversaries without even prompting by me!Happy shopping! read more

Thank you for the opportunity to rectify the issue but unfortunately I don't have the trust I once did in your business. Thank you again for addressing my concerns. read more

This is the best jewelry store in Olympia. Their pieces are unique and beautiful. Got a Mother's Day gift from here, LOVE IT!!! My husband and I have been here a couple of times to look around and see what they have. It's in a great location, across from the Farmer's Market and is a family owned business... What does that mean?!? They actually care what you think of them! The staff is friendly and willing to take their time to help you find what you are looking for! They give suggestions, answer all your questions (if they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does!), and actually let you TAKE YOUR TIME! Granted this time he was only buying a Pandora charm, but my husband said he never felt rushed or as if he was a customer "wasting their time". One of the owners even came over when she heard my husband's accent (he's from New Orleans, so he's a 6'4" loud county boy with a southern-Cajun accent, ha!) asked where he was from and told him if he had any questions about the area, where to go to eat, shop, even get my mani/pedi from she would be willing to offer the best places! All around great staff who are all attentive, friendly, and very knowledgable. I believe my husband I have have definitely found our jewelry store we will be shopping in while living in the PNW! read more

What a fabulous place! This wonderful spot on our planet is out of this world. The owners have made sure to keep the old fashion adage, "The customer is always RIGHT!" as a motto. And you can certainly tell they believe it. No matter the pocket book, no matter the occasion they will treat you like ROYALTY. Really a jewelry store where "everyone knows your name?" Yes. Not only that but if you have an idea and they don't have it, they will make every attempt to achieve the goal. My family and friends know don't go anywhere else, find it for me at Panowicz! read more

I have been a customer at Panowicz's since I was a teenager. I have always been treated courteously. Their workmanship is excellent and I have the diamond screwback earrings that Anton custom made for my Mother. It's the only jewelry store that I will use. read more

Went in a few weeks ago to get a battery changed out and two bands changed on two watches. Both vintage with original straps (one stainless steel and the other leather). The watchmaker was unable to change the battery on the quartz. Both bands were changed. I got the stainless steel band back however the leather band (which was original with signed buckle and hang tag) was thrown in the trash. I was told this by the lady who was helping me. Sorry but I never left a note to trash the original bands and being these are vintage watches getting another is near impossible since this watch and band was unworn. I won't be doing business here again if this is how they treat others belongings. read more

Went into this jewelry store today for the first time with my fiance. While they had some nice pieces, the customer service was terrible, we couldn't have gotten a closer look at any of it. We were completely ignored. Not even a hello from any of the four salespeople working. There was plenty of opportunity to assist us, one woman was not working with anyone the whole time we were there and we walked right by her and no sense of friendliness or willingness to inquire if we wanted assistance. Needless to say we will not be returning to buy anything there. Too bad, because as new residents of Olympia we had heard wonderful things about this shop. Unfortunate they couldn't take the time to greet us and live up to the high ratings. read more
