She is very knowledgeable, professional, but also warm. Her and Elyse were there for us every step of the way answering all of our questions about the process. I am very thankful and will definitely be working with them in the near future. read more

AHHMAZING!! You know what should be fun and exciting? Buying a freaking house. You know what's scary, and hard to navigate? Buying a freaking house. Not so scary if you have Danielle and Elyse working with you. Lemme take you on a quick journey through my last 3 months. In January I faced my 4th Bay Area rent increase in 4 years. Because I had been refreshing zillow for 2 years (quietly, in the morning, alone, like a house stalker) I came to the brilliant conclusion that we should buy a house! Of course I had about a few requirements. #1 I should be saving money against my current rent (COMPLETELY REASONABLE inthehottestrealestatemarketontheplanet) #2 VA loan, yes please! That will cause 0 points of friction inthehottestrealestatemarketontheplanet #3 we will buy this magical palace qualifying on 1 income so we're not house poor! Basically, I set my family up for a delightful life of living in a tent. In a Walmart parking lot. In Kentucky. Enter Danielle. Not only did she get straight to work pre qualifying me and my boneheaded conditions, but she did it making me feel confident that we could. In a world of subpar realtors and crazy sellers (me of course being cooooool as a cucumber) she cut through the madness to get the job done. 1. She got me pre qualified with minimal paper work in a jiffy. 2. She included a very compelling note about my qualifications on the letter. 3. Understanding that VA loans are scary in my area, she included her cell phone number on the pre qualification so that any party could call her at anytime with questions. And call they did. Not only did they call, but she put them at ease, making it look and feel like my mortgage was the most straightforward thing in the world. Because for Danielle, they are. Make no mistake in our 3 month Odyssey (which is ridiculously fast here) she went through 2 realtors and 6 offers on our behalf. Took phone calls on a Sunday and talked to realtors with insane questions. Danielle and Elyse are so responsive and make everything seem so easy, that by the end even I thought I was qualified to buy a house. They employ the best technology, ask for things only once, and Elyse is so spot on that I trusted her more than my own realtor or lender. I can confidently say my best decision in this transaction was to work with Danielle. It's hard to make things simple. Having the right mortgage broker may not seem like a big deal, but it's absolutely the only thing that got us our house. Thanks Team! #pickingupkeys read more

I've refinanced our homes more than I'd like to think about in the past, and have tried a new person/company each time. I was never happy and my wife thinks I'm just hard to please. I was referred to Danielle and now I know why. We used her for our primary home and a rental property and she was even able to get cash out of our rental. The rates were VERY competitive because she works with multiple banks, and not just one. She goes over all the options with you and explains the ins and outs of each one. I will use again when needed for sure, and will continue to recommend to anyone who is in need. read more

We worked with Danielle twice now- once for our original mortgage and once for a refi, and she is consistently amazing! When it came time to refinance due to low interest rates, we had tried to use a different company initially and that was a huge mistake. That guy strung us along for almost 8 weeks before he finally came back and said that he did not think we would be approved because my husband ran his own business. Danielle happened to reach out to us right around that time and we started the refi process with her and we closed in just over 3 weeks. It was a stark difference between the first guy and Danielle. He would ask us for a new document every couple of days and it was so frustrating to continually track things down. Danielle gave us a list of everything she thought she would need up front, so we only had to send documents over once. She actually looks at your application as a whole, anticipates any issues or road bumps, and makes a plan to address those from the very beginning rather than waiting for an issue to come up and scrambling to fix it last minute. I learned my lesson and will never try to use any other mortgage service. It doesn't get any better than Danielle. read more

I highly recommend Danielle. She guided my wife and I through getting our first mortgage, all the way from pre-approval until funding. She was very patient and attentive, answering all of our questions and concerns timely, and supporting us when we stumbled into issues. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

Danielle did our loan on the purchase of our property in 2009, and again to for a loan streamline in October 2010. At the time we purchased the property, we had recently moved back into the country and had had inconsistent income and employment for the previous year or two. While we were stable in the "big picture", the banks weren't really looking at the big picture in 2009, and Danielle really had to go to bat for us. She worked hard and basically "sold" the banks on us as solid borrowers. We've purchased 6 properties in the last ten years or so, and Danielle went way above and beyond any other lender we've ever worked with. Oh, and another bonus... she's very detailed and tends to overestimate closing costs, so (unlike working with most lenders) you won't get to the closing table only to find out they need another $8k at signing. That was the first time our closing costs were actually LESS than what we were expecting, which was a nice surprise! We've already referred several friends & family to her, and will continue to do so until she retires! read more

We are so delighted with Mrs. Rapozo knowledge, professionalism and most of all attentiveness. Going into the real estate "pandemic" market as first-time home buyers was to say the very least intense. However, with great advice from Rapozo and others we were able to accomplish what seemed impossible, home ownership. We will forever be grateful for all the phone calls, emails and text she took time to explain the process to us. We came into homeownership knowing we had great people looking for our best interest and for that reason we feel at peace with our first investment. read more

Danielle is one of the most knowledgeable lenders i have had the pleasure of working with. Being in the military and a first time home buyer, she help me and my wife every step of the way. Only because 10 Stars wasn't an option. First time using other than a brick and mortar bank...it was the best thing we ever did. Danielle is an experienced mortgage professional with a stable of mortgage funding options...even for tough applicants like us. Danielle is polite, frank and prepared. She explains the process...making a sometimes frustrating ordeal tolerable. Dani and Elyse handle the complications and keep you up to speed...and in the loop at all times. Danielle Rapozo is a class act and a professional. She was the lender that a buyer was working with on a listing that I had. I've known Danielle since 2004 while both being in real estate at the time. The great thing about Danielle among many is that she has been on both sides. She has represented buyers and ow does the loans. She know what questions to address and the emotional stages buyers go through during the home buying process. As a Realtor, this helps me out a lot and saves a bunch of time. There are too many lenders out there that don't k now what they are doing, Danielle is quite the opposite. She is as educated as they get when it comes to home loans of all sorts. She works with all types of loans from VA to conventional. If you're considering buying a home or refinancing, Definitely call Danielle! read more

Danielle has helped us purchase our home after months of other brokers bad advice and terrible outcomes. Danielle has so many strong points that I would love to name them! 1. Communication- she communicates thoroughly about the entire process. I was never sitting there wondering about what was going on or where we were at in the transaction. She sent us almost daily and weekly emails about what was needed (if anything) and got us working on things ahead of time- there were no surprises! Loved that we could check things off the list before the 10th hour. I was not stressed AT ALL working with her. That says a lot:) 2. Thorough- Danielle has so much experience dealing with loans and this process that she is super thorough and does not overlook anything that could be a potential delay in getting the deal done. 3. Amazing- Danielle is a genuinely nice, compassionate individual that I can not say enough good things about. If you need a loan for your home or a re-finance, use Danielle as she truly is the best. -Amy Hamric, San Diego, CA read more

Danielle recently helped us with our refinance. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and a pleasure to work with. We are located in the East Bay in Northern California, and she kept us informed every step of the way. It was a very easy transaction and she got us a good rate! Also, we got money back at closing which we were not expecting. It was a nice surprise. I highly recommend her. read more

Danielle has been an amazing! An absolute Rock Star when it comes to lending. She is someone who knows her stuff inside out. Beyond the fact that she is incredibly knowledgeable about her industry and knows how to get things done, that simply a lot of other just can't do, she is steadfast in her professionalism and service that goes way above and beyond any expectations that I had. With the ever changing lending environment, it is so reassuring to know that I can trust and have Danielle's services to tap into to make sure we can get the lowest rates and be guided along the process the entire way through. Her service that she provided my wife and I were just incredible and I am grateful for the time she took to go over everything with me and for all of the work that she did, especially for all of the things that were well above the scope of your normal lending process. Again, simply put, AMAZING!!! Thank you Danielle for being such a trusted figure in this field. Kris read more
