In reading the other negative reviews about this dental practice, all I can say is there seems to be a scam going on here. If you don't mind shelling out thousands of dollars for dental work you don't need, then this is the practice for you. I have worked in dentistry - I ran a dental practice years ago here in Denver - and this dental office is engaging in bait and switch with their "New Patient" cleaning appointments. I was lied to about my dental health so I left before my cleaning was completed. This review is long overdue! Apparently my previous Dr. ( from my 2021 Yelp review) has moved on. Feeling grateful for Panorama Dental as both the hygienist and Dr. that I saw on April 6th 2022 for my dental cleaning and checkup were nothing short of AMAZING! Props to whoever is the hiring manager as they honestly hired their doppelgangers! Not to mention the front office staff is always a breath of fresh air. A huge thank you goes out to hygienist Trenese and Dr, Bandekar for once again making my dental office visit experience top- notch! Trenese is super friendly ( The feeling as if you were chatting and sitting amongst family.) She is honest, professional, knowledgeable and really caters to you and your teeth needs. It is evident that she really cares about your well- being as nothing felt rushed. I especially love that once again, I wasn't judged for how I see fit for my dental needs but rather, offered suggestions instead of the rhetoric of pushy tactics for procedures. ALL the same sentiments goes for Dr. Bandekar. I was super bummed to learn of my previous Dr. leaving but honestly felt like I was again in the presence of true professionalism and integrity. I have been a patient at the location for years. Last year I went in to get a bridge and was quoted a certain amount in which I agreed too. When the work was completed, I was informed that I was quoted incorrectly and still owed over $1000 for my bridge that I already paid over $1000 for. The DR. was furious about this mistake and made it right by eating the cost, on most of it leaving my balance to $273 he also providing some free dental work on something that needed to be handled but I had no insurance left do to this discrepancy. I made a $50 payment then later on received a bill for $805 for the bridge. I called the accountant and explained that this was incorrect and she argued with me that they didn't have notes about this and I owed the $805. There was so many mistakes made on their end and it is not fair that the lack of care or notes has left me with a bill this large. DO NOT GO HERE! I was happy but now I am not because they will not own up to their terrible office staff who does not do their job. read more

I've been coming here since the late '90s, so you know that I am happy with the service I've gotten from this practice. My recent visit was for the replacement of a crown. The work was thorough and both the dentist and the dental assistant made sure that I knew everything they were doing. They were genuinely concerned with after care and told me to be sure to let them know about any problems or concerns that I may have. I would only recommend the Dr. V as he was very informative, patient & friendly. Also, he came off respectful, courteous and understanding. Went the extra mile. One star is due to clear discrimination on behalf of staff members. To be clear. I am white, graduated from wealthy school and rich family. However, the first impression from Jodi the manger with her confrontational attitude. Staff that acts like they are above others based on biased behavior. The staff needs ADA training! Will be using my well connected contacts to get to the bottom of this staff and my experience. Especially, Jodi. No person should experience discrimination and such outrageous behavior as this staff! I've been going here for about a year now. Started with a broken tooth and is now annual hygiene. From the first time I called the staff has always been very pleasant. My broken tooth I was sure would need pulled, only needed a crown. Dr Broda was all about saving my tooth and not just trying to pull it. The hygienist is always so sweet and makes it quick and easy. I haven't even had any services at this dental office so I can't recommend the dentist to you. I had to call the office today to work out an issue one of my employees was having, and I can tell you the front office staff is rude. The first call I made, I was on hold for more than 20 minutes when I had to go to a meeting and was forced to hang up. I sent a fax with the pertinent info that was requested instead. The second call I had, with a person named Jodi, was even worse - she was confrontational and insinuated that my insurance documentation was not authentic. When I asked her to hold for a moment so I could provide more info, (ha!), she got huffy and rushed me off the phone. I would never visit a business with a front office staff that was so rude. read more

To begin with I get very nervous with the dentist. But I recently moved to the state and heard about this place and gave it a try after I cracked a back left tooth. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and comfortable. To all the ladies at the front desk greeting me, to Linda taking my X Rays and Dr. V making sure I was comfortable the whole time I was getting my tooth fixed. I saw Dr.Broda, Kendra, and Linda during my visit. They made my visit very pleasant (as pleasant as a dentist appointment can be). I got two crowns but it was relatively painless compared to visits to other dental places. They are very thorough in the the pricing and treatment details. Had to come here for an emergency for my husband while being down at Children's hospital. The staff was so nice and friendly and Dr. Broda was even better! His expertise and good sense of humor really helped our situation! The office was very clean and everything was organized! They also sent us a gift card to Starbucks as a welcome to the practice! They went above and beyond in serving us. It's always a scary experience and panorama dental made everything pain free and so nice to deal with! My son went to this dentist to get teeth and was advised at the beginning around April/May that all his back teeth had cavities and would need all fillings and would use all my dental insurance coverage and i advised them i would be OK with all the fees and services if this was all he would need as they are exhausting all his benefits-they agreed and we proceeded with all the work. The beginning of Oct my son called me in excruciating pain stating his back teeth hurt so bad and swollen gums and bleeding. So i called the office about 3:30 and was advised they had nothing for following day but had an appointment for 2 days out at 10am. i agreed as all they had-explained how bad my sons pain was and was advised thats all they had. I called my son and left a message only to get a returned call from him in utter pain saying he was leaving work and didnt think he could make it 2 days. So i called back after trying to calm him down and got the after hours people. I advised them of everything and said they would send an email for help-which i never received a call back however i reached out to see about getting him in the next day due to how bad he was in pain and got a call next day that could come in at 9:30am. He went to the appointment at 9:30 and was advised he needed a root canal and one of his fillings fell out and that the cost for the visit was going to be 57.79. At this point im beyond livid as the dentist was aware that he exhasted all my sons benefits as well as they can not help me with the root canal he would need to see another specialist for that and to add insult to injury had to pay the 57.79 for the x-rays needed for the tooth that needed the root canal that the doctor could not even do! So i took my son to 2 other dentist and i and my son was advised not only how my sons mouth was one of the worst dental jobs done and that has plastic fillings but that he had an abscess tooth that Dr Broda at Panorama Dental never even gave him medicine for but did give him a referral slip for the root canal but just nothing else to help an in pain 18 year old boy who just got all that dental work and paid over 1200.00-what a slap in the face. So i would would never take yourself or your children there as nor did they do the proper work but never gave my child a prescription for the abscess tooth-SMH-THEW WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
