I didn't know a policy meant being disrespectful and emotionless towards patients. Also I've called 3 times over the last month to schedule an appointment with 3 different doctors and every time Myra states there's no appointments available all doctors are 6 week out appointments. FOR ALMOST EVERY DOCTOR IN EVERY DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. She also stated If I schedule a physical I'm not allowed to let the doctor know I have pain or symptoms of anything of the sort bc in her words "the doctors don't have time for you to do both" They show a lot of doctors working on there site at this specific location so for them to be so backed out and then make people make multiple appointments another 4-6 week between each other for 1 problem seems sketchy.... I haven't even been able to go in for my 1st appointment with them and I'm already having major concerns with this clinic....

The office called my mom at 350 pm when we were on our way to the appt to tell my mom that she was late & the Dr is not there. Appt time was 430pm. The gal in the office (Karim) called my mom the day before to ask if she can come at 345p to fill out paperwork. I was driving my mom to her appt & because the address they gave her was wrong we couldn't find the clinic, the time was 350p. Karim said The 930 main St address was for Barstow. My mom does not have dementia, she is alert/oriented x 4. She was told the wrong info. The gal in the office said her name is Karim, I repeated it to confirm, Karim was beyond rude to my 71 yr old mother. Karim offered appt at Barstow office, I explained, nicely, that my mom is elderly 71, hard to get around Barstow is too far for her to go. Karim said "I'm not going round & round with you." I told her that she doesn't have to be rude, and after getting the Hesperia address from her I told her that we are only 5 min away & we can make it few min before 4, & fill out paperwork, since Karim said the paperwork takes 30 min. My mom told her that she shouldn't take long to fill it out. Karim said we don't see new patients after 4. I asked then why was my mom's appt scheduled for 430p? She said again "I'm not going round & round with you." I told her I am a nurse & I can't believe how rude she is & I'm going to make a complaint. She said thank you & hung up on me.
