I went in today for tonsillitis, I was impatient in pain and needing to be home by a certain time to relieve me autistic daughter off the bus. Worst part my damn phone died so I couldn't even call to get someone to get her. So it was my fault for being impatient and having low battery on my phone. When the doctor came in he did an amazing job got me reswabbed for strep and had them gave me some magic medicine to drink to relieve my pain in which hours later it's still helping. Went to this office as I had previously been here before and had received great service. Unfortunately the office is unable to hold themselves accountable and fix mistakes made on their end. I last went to this office in 2020 and had an old insurance, on my new visit in 2024 I provided my new insurance card. This office billed my old insurance and provided my old insurance to the lab for them to bill incorrectly as well! The claims were denied and I was receiving bills from the lab for an out of pocket price. I called them letting them know so they can correct it on their end and they went ahead and quickly billed the correct one but they did say they were unable to talk to the lab or send them the correct insurance information. After speaking to America at this urgent care she stated she was the only one in her position so after they bill the wrong insurance the patient has to take care of the urgent care mistakes on their own as America has many other things to do. read more

I went to Impact Care for pain symptoms. The nurse, and front office staff were welcoming, and hospitable. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. Dr. Emanuel JeanPierre was nice, professional, and very informative. He immediately diagnosed me, and had me feeling better within the hour. Excellent service, and a great doctor. read more

This place is horrible. I try not to come if I can help it. The staff is rude, the wait time is long even when they dont have patients and they always make scheduling errors. Don't get too comfortable with any particular doctors because they have a rotating door as far as longevity. I had a CONFIRMED 1030AM appointment and they put up a paper on a door saying they wouldnt open until 11am. When 11am came, no one came to answer the door until 1115. Mind you, I left work at 10am for what was supposed to be an in and out appointment. Now, I'm sitting here OUTSIDE still at 1130AM waiting. No one else is here as far as patients and the front desk person that said they will get to me when they can. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A CONFORMED APPOINTMENT?! PATIENTS BEWARE!!! My husband had a form filled out by a doctor there (because his job requires it) and was told it would be filled out by Thursday and when we went to pick it up Friday they said the provider wasn't there and they had no access to his office. When I asked for legal information, the receptionist ignored me and explained that my husband was mistaken, and how she listened in on the appointment and said the doctor did not say that, that he said something else entirely. When attempting to record the conversation in the waiting room, they stated it was a privacy violation but it appears your receptionists have NO problem listening in on /private/ conversations, just your manager doesn't want to be recorded... very interesting. The only remedy they had for the situation is that he could pay /again/ with a different doctor and then they would fill out a NEW form (that we had to bring in again.) Clearly, the doctor, Emmanuel, the manager, AND the receptionists at Impact Care is too incompetent to do their job right. Never will go there again and after reading the other reviews.... WOW! Tried to also explain about the pain in my foot and he just said it's plantar fasciitis which he didn't even checked it. Didn't even looked at it. I've visited this drs office for a physical in 2019. The wait was soooo long. I didn't understand why I needed an appointment, if I was going to have to wait for hours. I returned this year, July 2020, and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before being brought in - just to get weighed, check vitals, and pee in a cup. Then around hour 2, I was still waiting to see a dr. This is ALL just for a physical. Like something that takes 10 minutes with a dr. The front desk secretary is rude too. After around 30 minutes of waiting, I asked her if the visit would be long. She said she doesn't think it should be. After an hour, I asked why is an appointment necessary if I get brought back a whole hour after my appointment (and an 1 hr 15 min after being here). With attitude, she said "well, this IS a drs office AND urgent care too. You're not the only patient." Then some patients were being strange and she closed the waiting room door and said "only 2 more hours. Only 2 more hours & I get to leave." Earlier in all of this, she told me I could leave if I didn't want to wait. I said well, I don't want to come back and have to wait 3 hours. She said it's only been an hour. We visited this facility because my fiancee's insurance told her it was the only available office open at that time. Once we arrived we were greeted with a nasty foul attitude from the front desk staff. Her face looked like she just ate s@$t, very pushy and Unempathetic to my fiancé whim was clearly in pain. Once we were called in the doctor say "what's up!?" Very unprofessional. My fiancé told him about the pain and discomfort she was having. He quickly said I can only give you some meds and that's it. He didn't even look at her bruising or even touch her to check were the pain was happening and before we knew it he said that's all I can do and poof! Was out of there without saying a word. I guess I can give them one star because I was in and out of there pretty quickly upon my first day I ended up leaving with a script for an x-ray and failed to get results within an entire week my hand remains swollen and very much in pain I was given 600 mg of ibuprofen instead of the 800 that I asked for the pain was unbearable it was my primary hand I called numerous times trying to get my test results until finally I had to call the X-ray lab themselves where I found out the stat written on the prescription was ignored okay woman was great at the X-ray place to get everything back online and in order and get my prescription sent back as soon as possible when I called again for my results because I couldn't even use my entire right hand I was met rudely and ask questions and told that it was almost an inconvenience to get my own test result I needed to know addresses and phone numbers that I don't think are my problem as I am the patient in extreme pain so now it is Friday and I have asked to speak to a director or a supervisor the supervisor was almost more rude than the girls that I had been speaking to previously and to say the least it is 341 in the afternoon and I still have no test results I was called by the lab that they would be sent over at noon this place is ridiculous to carry the word "care" in any of their title because I have found they are very much anything but caring still walking around with a swollen hand awaiting my results as the supervisor said "no I cannot tell you " she said would pass it on to the physician and that would be upon the physicians time to call me back and let me know whether my hand is broken or not. The name definitely needs some changing as it is very misleading. The only impact they left on me was a negative one. read more

I'd give negative stars if I could. Went to urgent care Thursday morning for covid symptoms and asthma. After being prescribed cough medicine nose spray and Tylenol I asked if I could get an inhaler because mine was expired and was told no problem. After not hearing anything for hours from the pharmacy I called at 5pm to ask about my prescription and was told the doctor hasn't called in prescriptions yet. Woke up this morning wheezing with a tight chest and no notifications from the pharmacy still. Called again and I was told that the doctor forgot to call in the prescriptions but that the nurse I talk to you would call it in right then. Waited another few hours still no notification so I called again and was told that the nurse just tried to call it in but the pharmacy was at lunch and that they would call back after lunch and then they would call me right after that. Waited another couple of hours still no notifications so I called back and was told first that the doctor wouldn't be back until Tuesday (mind you it's now Friday) and I clarified that I had spoke to the nurse before and she was supposed to call it in. Finally got my prescriptions called in and they were ready at 5:50 but the pharmacy closed at 6. However, the one prescription (asthma meds) I really needed was not even part of it. Unbelievable! I gave up and continued using my expired albuterol. I'm not sure how they are still open at this rate. read more
