Fantastic as usual. My ex ordered an egg salad sandwich on a softer bread. and a French Dip sandwich. LOTS of meat. :D Well worth the cost. Also some Potato salad which is always delicious. I got 2 egg salad sandwiches on a harder bread which I really prefer, it just tastes so much better to me. What I will say though is that The owners Gustavo and Michelle go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. And if you are waiting for your food, Gustavo brings out Olives, water and even a couple bags of chips which is nice. :) They sell big jars of olives which we will get next time we go. :) They were super busy today so you know it's good when the stream of people is constant. This is hands down the best Sandwich spot in Las Vegas. The owner is very friendly and accommodating as I like Italian sandwiches with all Mortadella so he made me the DON CORLEONE that way. No onions with Mayo and Mustard. Maybe the best sandwich I have ever had as their bread tops the best East Coast sandwich shops. I also really enjoy their French Dip and my wife loves their Turkey with Cranberry and Cream Cheese. My son gets the Meatball Sandwich. I've been here 5 times now as It's not close to my house or I would go multiple times a week and it's been excellent every time. My company just moved to offices down the street from PANINO so we will be getting sandwiches here multiple days a week in 2026 (maybe every day!). I look forward to making this Sandwich shop a bigger part of our lives! It's that good. Their sandwiches are filling as nothing is cheap these days anywhere so you are paying for quality here. I don't really know how to start this, I don't normally give reviews. I should start, but not the bad reviews, the really great reviews!! There are the reviews we should be giving because I feel like most of us will give a bad review because we had a bad experience but when we have a great experience, we walk away with that was great!!! That was so amazing, but we don't review on the amazing ones!! So, this is what happened a couple of couple days ago, my guy and I went there for lunch found it online. There's nothing more I love more than a great deli sandwich!! I'm a bartender so at work the next day. I talked about it a lot!! Don't tell that to my bosses, I sell a different type of lunch with that being said, I told one of my customers that frequently visits one of my recommendations but also told him they're closed on Sundays. He wasn't listening. He decided to go there today. They are closed on Sundays, the owner, the female, was doing catering order and insured him that she'd be honored to make him a sandwich and that melted my heart. I haven't talk to him yet, (he took it to go) so I don't know if he enjoyed the sandwich as much as we enjoyed ours, but that's some legit Shit, if you haven't gone, go it's so delicious!!! It's a lil on the pricey side but what isn't these days?? It was five bucks more than two people ordering McDonald's these days!!! GO DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed. It's just so good!!! I will be dreaming about it til I can get back!!! As always, here goes: Positives: 1) friendly counter person, 2) good looking shop/restaurant, 3) flavorful sandwich (I got the Don Corleone), 4) bread has a nice crunch on the exterior but is soft inside (generally prefer a soft roll but this was very good), 5) includes a bag of chips Negatives: 1) a bit pricey at $17.95, 2) poor meat distribution as everything is in the middle so little to nothing as you get to the ends of the sandwich, 3) wasn't super busy when I was there but had 2 tables that needed wiped down. Overall, a cool shop. Would I stop again if in the area, yes. Will I make it a destination lunch again, no. read more

I have been wanting to try this place near my work for awhile, and I'm so glad I finally did! It used to be called Dip, but I'm not sure if it's the same owners. The cafe is cozy and decorated well, reminiscent of Italy. I was instantly welcomed by a tall man with an Italian accent when I walked thru the door. The place was packed and smelled amazing. My meal was ready to go in a cute paper bag with a logo sticker. I got a Dolce Cuore and it was made so well! They make big sandwiches here so come hungry! The bread was crunchy of the outside and soft on the inside, and it held the ingredients well. It was SO tasty! It was creamy and meaty and sweet and salty, the perfect combo! I also had a small potato salad and the portion was big. It was yummy but tasted closer to cold mashed potatoes than potato salad, and it needed salt. Let's say this is a must try food place ! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Gustavo and he presented us with the specials of the day. Which we were able to sample the baked potato soup, it was definitely 10 out of 10. We looked at the sub sandwich and he helped us pick what we want it because there's so many amazing options I went with the #30 and friend went with #25. Melissa was the wonderful lady that made our food and served us .when I tell you that the flavors are all there , the sandwich is well crafted. We decided to get some gelato after eating which they allowed us to sample we sampled birthday cake, strawberry cheesecake and passion fruit .
