I have been back to this place 3 times since my first review and it just gets better and better! I like to take my mom here for lunch and we both hace tried several different sandwiches. Best tuna hands down and I don't say that lightly as I am very picky with tuna fish. Potato salad is great and my mom always packs it up to bring home after I have 2 bites because she wants it all for herself. read more

This place is my favorite Italian spot in Las Vegas!! As an Italian/Sicilian, I can attest that the food here is phenomenal and will make you feel like you're eating in Italy. The menu has something for everyone, and you'll never be disappointed because everything is flavorful & fresh! It's truly unbeatable. The ambiance reminds me of Puglia when I visit my family, and that makes me love this place even more. Special "grazie" to Gustavo for the amazing service and for bringing Panino to Las Vegas, I'm so happy this place exists and will continue to be a returning customer! "That's amore" read more

Probably one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had in Vegas. This is my new go to spot for sandwiches. Highly recommend.

I'm more of an Onigiri girl than a sandwich girl cause I've never been wowed by a sandwich before but this French dip did. It's one of the best sandwich I've ever had and I keep coming back to it. I've tried other great items on the menu I can't wait to try their gelato next time! read more

I have been a Vegas local for over 20 years and I have to say this is one of the best Sandwich spots in town. The owners are always so accommodating and they have new specials to try daily. It reminds me of a small Italian deli from NY as they sell many other items like gelato, pasta, salads, cannoli's, and much more. Love momma poppa type vibe because that's exactly what it is. All of the bread on the sandwiches is incredibly good. MUST TRY! read more

The best sandwiches, authentic Italian food and desserts went back the next day after my fist visit couldn't get enough. 6 stars but at lunch the line is forming if you can get there before 11:30 for lunch. But it's worth the money. It's quality and quantity you get they don't hold back on the meats and the salads are amazing too. read more

The sandwich shop is criminally underrated. I have been coming here for a year now ordering a sandwich inspired by my hair dresser next door. It's call the Angie Special. I tell everyone about this sandwich. I am not being dramatic when I say this is the best sandwich I've ever had. Fresh focaccia bread, spicy mayo, turkey, bacon, Swiss, peppers, arugula. This sandwich is high quality and bursting with flavor. I have always received excellent service no matter what time of day- as soon as they open, during a rush it doesn't matter I am always greeted warmly and served promptly. I suggest calling your order in if you're in a rush so it's ready to be picked up. The shop itself is small so not ideal for large groups but a great spot if you're dining solo, with a friend, or small group. Some people are hesitant about the price but you can tell that Paninos is using high quality ingredients and they are worth every penny. Try anything on the menu- you will not be disappointed. read more

Need to knock off a couple of stars. Our last take out was a bit disappointing the beef sandwich was way too salty. The Reuben has way too much dressing. The pasta was too mushy and the sauce was very watery and the Meatballsvwere average. read more

OMG the gelato. It was like being in Italy again. The freshest fruit flavors of raspberry and passion fruit combined with the creamy opulence of banana and coconut. Lovely owners and great little cafe. Total find. Move to Reno ... please?!!? read more

Thank you, fellow Yelpers! This place was an absolute HIT on our recent Vegas visit. We made a pit stop here for lunch and it did not disappoint! We were in the mood for something fresh like a salad and/or sandwiches and with consistent 5 star reviews, we decided to give it a try...so glad we did! It was absolutely delicious! Everyone in my party enjoyed their sandwiches we also had a Caesar salad to share and gelato for desert...everything was very good but the star of the show was definitely the sandwiches. We had the tuna salad, #11 turkey, chicken pesto, the turkey cranberry, and a turkey and cheese (kids) everyone loved their sandwich. The gelato was also great, the chocolate one was very rich and chocolatey and the peach was super refreshing. The portions were also pretty big, I was only able to eat half of mine in the first sitting. Another reason why I am giving this place 5 stars is for their exceptional customer service! The gentleman that took our order (who I assume is the owner) was so nice, friendly, and offered us such great suggestions and even let us make our own sandwich for our little one, he definitely made the experience fantastic! Overall this place is awesome and we will definitely come back when we're in town again! Thank you, Panino! 5 stars- well deserved! read more

I was getting my truck worked on across the street at off road warehouse and walked across the street to grab a bite and stumbled upon this place. One of the best places I have ate at in Vegas for a great price. The guy who was working in there provided amazing service. Very underrated spot as I have not heard of it and have been in Vegas for around 10 yrs. Will definitely be back and plan on taking family there when they come to visit. Have already recommended to multiple people. I also don't do reviews much but this sandwich is still on my mind!! I ordered the Vegas Sky! Delectable read more

Get the 13 Spicy Italian, then pay cash for free bag of of chips. Safest bet in town.

Great sandwich that i order. A little high for my budget, but taste does not disappoint!

Quality Italian style Chimichurri Steak sandwich. The people working there were very friendly and polite. This place is good if you want something better than your average sandwich. It gives authentic deli style vibes. The bread was fresh; crispy on the outside and soft inside. The chimichurri sauce was a compliment to the arugula and went well with the thinly sliced meat. A bit on the higher scale price for a sandwich, but you get what you pay for. So worth it! I'll be back. read more

Excellent! Great food, fast service. This is a great little lunch spot right off the beltway.

Real Italian sandwiches and food. Just had the meatball sub(fantastic)! Office person crying because he ate the whole French Dip sandwich and it was gone. Got the Club for tomorrow, but took a bite and it was awesome. The owner gave me a complimentary espresso that was spectacular. Also got the delicious looking lasagna for dinner as well as authentic Italian green olives for the wife. This is a real find and I will return many times. Don't forget to say "Grazie" read more

Fantastic as usual. My ex ordered an egg salad sandwich on a softer bread. and a French Dip sandwich. LOTS of meat. :D Well worth the cost. Also some Potato salad which is always delicious. I got 2 egg salad sandwiches on a harder bread which I really prefer, it just tastes so much better to me. What I will say though is that The owners Gustavo and Michelle go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. And if you are waiting for your food, Gustavo brings out Olives, water and even a couple bags of chips which is nice. :) They sell big jars of olives which we will get next time we go. :) They were super busy today so you know it's good when the stream of people is constant. And lastly, Thanks so much for your wonderful generous gesture, I have that right where I said I would put it, above my coffee pot. :) Don (The ex) and I love to support places that treat us well and You guys are amazing at that! . read more
