If I was in Rome longer I would go get lunch there tomorrow. They were very helpful in recommending their favorites. They also brought out cheese for us to try as well as to meats native to Rome. It had all the usual offerings-salami (5 different types-the spicy salami was the best), porchetta, mortadella, turkey, mozzarella, plus rocket, zucchini, eggplant and some other vegetarian options. Manuelita gave great service and knew just enough English to give us recommendations for great churches to visit in Rome, a restaurant in Siena and the best place to shop leather in Florence. I thought it was going to be spicy with the chili jam, but it only added a little kick that I could easily handle. The sandwich was absolutely perfect.
