Finally went to check the cooler and found an in-store shopper to ask, she brought me to where it should be but there was none, I followed her back to the counter where the butcher was quick to come to her service, and she placed an order with him rather than trying to continue to help me. The butcher went from mopping to grabbing fresh ground beef out of the case with the same gloves he was mopping, and packing it up. In the process of weighing the meet he was also flinging into the floor of the shoppers side of the butcher counter. not impressed, and definitely would not buy fresh packed meats from this store.

I actually stopped purchasing fresh fish several years ago, and began purchasing flash-frozen fish only, because I have found "fresh fish" to be generally of poor quality (usually not fresh at all!) In fact, I also gave up eating tilapia 3 or 4 years ago because I found that both the taste and texture were usually poor.
