Frisée on my 1 tuna sandwich. All this on 1 sandwich!! Awful.
    J P.

Stop putting frisée on sandwiches as "lettuce"! It's NOT lettuce!! Today I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was piled high with this crap. This is like eating weeds. I'm certain Panera does this for one of 2 reasons: it's cheap and it has a slightly longer shelf life. But it's still not good. It's a garnish. Frisée is what you put on a platter to decorate around a roast. It does not belong on a sandwich as lettuce. Lettuce should be either: 1) iceberg 2) romaine or 3) possibly butter lettuce. Finally, instruct staff to construct a tuna sandwich with a bit of care so the tomato isn't hanging 1/2 out of the sand which. Mine looked like a 4-year old made it. I'm a Panera regular, at least once a week for years and years, in several locations. This particular location has employees who just don't seem to give a crap. Many have a bad attitude. I've even been severely chewed out because I ordered online and went to the window to pick up. Note, I'm mobility impaired. One young woman used to be very helpful and nice, but she may be gone.

stopped here in desperation but was really surprised by a few things. One, this panera was FAST, usually you wait for your food forever but i barely sat down and it was ready! The other thing was our sandwich was huge! Not the norm for sure with others. The food tasted great! My only small issue that i didn't complain about cause i'm picky is 1 i asked for chips and got bread and the cucumber in my mediterranean chicken bowl wasn't diced. it is awkward to eat full slices in this bowl. But would definitely come back here! Good service! Restaurant is clean!

Teriyaki Bowl It's literally half of when they first came out. Portion size took a dive. Not worth 13 dollars. This is not only at this location but all.

Tonight I visited Panera for a quick take two or pick two whatever you can pick one of this and one of that for a little plate of goodness 1/2 chicken salad and chicken noodle soup First was the soup with a decent amount of chicken a few carrots and less that what I would desire with chicken pieces but the flavor was very delish. They also gave a big chunk of bread with it which was a "huh" because so you really need more bread when you have a half of sandwich, plus I ordered croutons for my soup which was not received. The chicken salad had beautiful lettuce and tomato and grapes are in their chicken salad. Because I had so much bread, I decided to eat my sandwich without the bread. Very tasty and my chickens will enjoy having the left over bread tomorrow as a treat. This location is a bit, hummmm, all over the place at times with getting it right. I have been before pre-pandemic and then curbside during pandemic and they always seem to forget something or even give you the wrong order. The food is always tasty if they could just get the order correct it would be great. There is also a lot of dust on the cords of the light fixtures over the booths which is a bit bothersome for me as I am a bit of a clean freak. 3 stars for being ok This could get bumped up of the store could figure out the errors.

Teriyaki chicken bowl portion size is extremely disappointing. Not work the money. I've gotten the bowls before and was very pleased this one I will pass on.

Egg chicken avocado wrap 5/5 stars

I'd be surprised if you've never been to a Panera. It's a chain serving in-house made pastries and bread with sandwiches and soups. Order at the front then you're given a buzzer and pickup your food when it goes off. For to go orders, use the app and sign up for rewards; I get free stuff often through that. My absolute #1 fav is the broccoli cheddar soup with a side of baguette. I also always get the chocolate chip muffie. Its like the top part of the muffin... The chicken wrap with egg, avocado, and peppers is good but has a strong chicken flavor. The egg and cheese on ciabatta is good but pretty basic and not enough cheese. Always fresh bread though!

    Sliced bagel from Panera

So Friday I order two bagels from here with walnut cream cheese, I do delivery because I'm still healing from a surgery. I opened bag and receipt is correct but what's inside is not, not even the cream cheese. I drive over there, I'm very polite explain what happened and get the correct cream cheese and had to get a replacement bagel for the one they messed up. Well to my surprise when I opened new bag, I got a new bagel 1/2 of one with a top hat . Seriously it's laughable but I included photos. Is it really that hard to slice bagels and see with your own that maybe we need to slice another one for customer this isn't right. I have similar issues before but never posted but this was unacceptable on a small order. Do better Panera

I don't understand why the bagel I got this morning looked like it even had a bite taken out of it. Disappointing to say the least.

I think if the websites show everything on it, they should list that some items are not available at all locations. I then found the New Orleans Muffaletta that sounded wonderful, but it said it had prosciuttini on it; I'm familiar and LOVE prosciutto so I started my order and said that I had never had that before, but I assumed it was pretty similar to prosciutto. She told me that that it was a peppered ham, but was not on the sandwich. I said it clearly says it's on a sandwich and she looked at the menu board and said well it doesn't, it has capicola. I stepped away and looked up what prosciuttini was, and it was not described anything like a peppered ham or like she described. I was to the point of not wanting to order anything, but since my husband and son were with me and they wanted something, I asked her if I could see what it looked like so I can make a decision. She held it up and it didn't look anything different than regular ham. I decided to get it anyway, and I asked her if it could be made like the menu described. She stared at the menu board for a minute and thought about it and decided it was OK to do it that way. That seemed like the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard; if the menu shows what is on it and you seem to make it differently than what it's supposed to be, wouldn't you expect it to make it as it says on the menu without question - I'm not modifying anything! It turned out to be a very nice sandwich. The bread was fresh, the lunch meat was fresh, and even the muffaletta was good, albeit not drained much, so it was very oily. My husband had a Kong and thought it was very good as well. Just to clarify, she was not rude or anything like that, she was actually a nice person. I just think the whole thing was insane that I was being told I was wrong. I would go back again.

My son got the last coco-guava and I got one of the last 3 guava cheese and they are so fresh and nice filling. The building looks so small, but it's deceptively big inside and very nicely laid out. My son ordered the Medianoche and said the bread was very fresh, lots of meat, and even the mustard was really good. My husband got a chicken and a shrimp empanada. The chicken was very full, but a little dry. The avocado sauce it came with helped it a lot. The shrimp was very good even though he was surprised the pieces of shrimp were so tiny. I got the queso fritos and they were amazing! I'm guessing they are just deep fried with no breading and the guava sauce is delightful even though I was surprised it was cold. The girls working here are so friendly and helpful...I'm loving this place!
