mango smoothie big ice chunks that weren't even blended

I ordered a mango smoothie this morning and when i got it the amount of big ice chunks that were in it made it impossible to even drink... a smoothie should not have normal size ice chucks still left in it... very disappointed!

Panera Cinnamon Swirl & Raisin Bagel: Bagels typically are not a part of my diet, but I do love having a good warm cinnamon bagel as a treat during the colder months. Panera's version is a sourdough bagel swirled with cinnamon and cinnamon flavored chips, brown sugar and raisins. Although it's a massive bagel there's nothing special or flashy about it (unlike their tantalizing Cinnamon Crunch Bagel), but it delivers what is expected out of that type of bagel. Pleasant, if not light cinnamon flavor, a moderate number of raisins, and a satisfyingly chewy texture (I prefer to warm mine in the microwave as opposed to a toaster). I also like to slather mine in Cinnamon Toast Crunch Creamy Cinnamon Spread (not available at Panera). Panera has some tasty spreads, but they don't have a cinnamon spread of their own (maybe somebody at Panera will take note). The bagel is no better than a frozen cinnamon raisin bagel from my local grocery store and I wouldn't go out of my way to get another, but I would pick it up again in the break room at work. What's up with all the mediocre reviews? Been to this location about a half dozen times, and I must say I find it more than satisfying. Lots of open space, lots of natural light. Ok, it's a little sterile but that's to be expected of many a chain. They have seating for groups of all sizes. Great place to sit and read. Never seems terribly busy but then I've mainly been during off hours. I did order a egg, ham, tomato, and cheese breakfast sandwich once to go and was disappointed in the presentation and size compared to the Panera photo: Check out this photo on Yelp https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/MXP8xsIXjtq2B2WNkLEo5g?select=DqGgBQHtrLOvml1NdvA4jA Check out this photo on Yelp https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/MXP8xsIXjtq2B2WNkLEo5g?select=nLHo0F5s50SVWds9932PTg Soon after I posted my photo they took down theirs. Perhaps they no longer offer it. Also picked up a brownie, though it looked a little small, very dense and heavy and not too sweet. I would get it again and eat it a little more slowly next time. But what was clearly the best was the Chipotle Chicken Wrap. Very good, was tempted to get a second. And having asked for tap water to go, they even added a empty cup to my to go bag. Location is easy accessible from the Fox River Trail to boot so great place to take a break on a long hike. 3.75/5 - Food 4.00/5 - Atmosphere 3.75/5 - Service (though I usually just get to go) 2.00/5 - Price for what you get Wish they had more electrical outlets. Will be back.

Today we went in and the wait was an hour. There was a huge boom of business that they didn't expect. Every single employee was doing their best to help customers with the long wait and keeping the environment very up beat. Even when customers were rude and irritated the staff did not let them get the best of them. I think that is what makes a good business is continuing to work hard when there is a lot of pressure. **Update: Religiously most Paneras forget to add the arugula to my sandwich (since it is a modification) and much to my delighted surprise it was added today even with all the craziness where I would have let it slide. Thank you!!

This time, I was putting together a dessert tray for a dinner with friends, so I decided to pick up a variety of treats. They had so many tempting choices that day. We came in planning to buy four desserts and left with eight! We especially love the cannolis. They regularly change the flavors, which keeps us coming back. They're so good!

Today I drive from Milwaukee to have one and when I got to the counter I ordered the pastrami sandwich like I have many times before and I'm smacked in the face with the pastrami sandwich is permanently off the menu for good. I'm told that I could get a Ruben sandwich, WTF a Ruben and a pastrami are two different sandwiches and Ruben's are a dine a dozen. Unfortunately I have no reason to ever go back again because I drove 35 minutes to leave with absolutely nothing.

It's honestly shocking because this used to be a well-managed spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Now it feels chaotic, immature, and uncomfortable for anyone expecting an actual dining experience. If you're looking for dinner, you may want to keep driving. Two of us ordered the Backyard BBQ burger, one without sweet potato fries and the other with tots. The third person ordered the Pizzaz burger with breaded mushrooms. All were cooked medium as requested and were very tasty. The sweet potato fires, breaded mushrooms, and tots were also very good. The breaded mushrooms were strips of a large mushroom as opposed to mushroom cups. The only issue we had was both Backyard BBQ burgers were servered with sweet potato fried instead of one having tots. Our server, Olivia quickly corrected the situation by bring us an order of tots. Olivia did a great job, was personable, pleasant, and provided great customer service! Inside the ambiance hasn't change and is still pleasant and comfortable. They have a nice mix of regular height and high-top tables. Plenty of TV's are placed throughout, including on their very nice outdoor patio. They have claimed to have the best burgers in town, and they continue to provide burgers that meet that claim.

Which I guess could be kind of odd to have on a bar menu, but if it's on the menu, you would think it would be good. The second it was put down. It looked like it came out of a prepared TV dinner. The meatloaf was thin, sliced, and tasted did just like a Salisbury steak. And kind of chewy. Not appealing on the plate either. He substituted a side salad instead of fries. The side salad was super tiny and not worth it. I ordered wings. When they were delivered all 12 were drummies. I didn't get one flat. The waitress then brought me out some flats mins later when I asked for them and showed her my plate. As for beverages, I ordered a tap of spotted cow and it was very flat and not cold. We won't be back anytime soon.

It's a busy place so we had to wait about 10 minutes on a Saturday morning, but I was OK with it. The building itself is pretty good sized. They have a couple of different rooms with lots of tables and booths. They also have some tables outside to wait at, but I'm not sure if they have an actual outdoor patio to eat at. The service was great and everyone was friendly. They all definitely work well as a team. I started out with just a plain black coffee. They also have iced coffees and Frappuccino type coffees. I believe they have juices and can even make some cocktails like mimosas. They did offer me sugar and cream with my coffee, but I just like my coffee black so that's how I ordered it. For my entrée, I ordered the village omelette and added gyro. It comes with spinach, tomatoes, and feta so the gyro meat sounded delightful in it. It also came with a choice of side, and I opted for fresh fruit. And then finally, you can choose between pancakes or toast. I went with plain sourdough toast. Everything was great and super fresh. The omelette was filling and well-made. They have a gyro sandwich and based on that omelette, I would definitely get the sandwich. The meat was tender and flavorful. And the feta gave the perfect little salty tang. I actually want to re-create the omelette that I had there here in Kansas City because it was so so good. The fruit was fresh and was mainly just honeydew and cantaloupe. And the toast was a perfect vehicle for some of the omelette to my mouth. Overall, I loved this brunch spot. If I lived in the area, I would go pretty regularly. If you are up north in Wisconsin stop in and check them out because you will not be disappointed.

The food is always delicious, the service is truly impeccable with well trained, friendly servers, and it's very clean and homey. I had an egg special, and my choices included two (perfectly cooked) poached eggs, three crisp on the outside sausages, a well balanced fruit bowl with fresh pineapple, melons, and grapes, and a short stack of their light and fluffy pancakes. My husband had over easy eggs, bacon, pancakes and fruit, plus we both had The Coop's rich, deeply flavorful coffee. Everything was excellent and at a most affordable price. Fast forward several hours: my daughter and her young sons were in the area on an errand, so we met up and of course the boys were hungry, so as The Coop was, once again, very close, we went there. My daughter was very happy to see decidedly different menu options for kids' meals than the usual. Two of them had grilled cheese sandwiches with fruit cups, the third had a scrambled egg, sausage, a pancake and fruit, my daughter had French toast, and I had two cheeseburger sliders with fries. Everyone loved their food and the atmosphere, and they all want to go back. Two great experiences in one day!
