Half sandwich
Rey C.

I was extremely disappointed in the size of my half sandwich. The size of my half sandwich was barely the size of my hand. I'm more accustomed to the size of sandwiches I usually buy back in the Bay Area but these are so tiny. I can finish this in less than two bites. Here's a photo of the sandwich in comparison with a small cutie orange just to gauge the size of this. Utterly disappointed.

Instructions were clear 2xl dressings not 2 small less than 1/2 full. Gave a pass last time, now I Yelp it
Nonie B.

Ya know, if someone specifically asks for 2xl dressings on the side, THEY WANT 2XL DRESSINGS ON THE SIDE. They did the same thing on last weeks LARGE salad order, but I gave a pass. Picture attached, I received 2 small dressings (again) that were not even 1/2 full. Not going back.

Three tiny pieces of bacon, rotten cucumbers and lettuce was less than fresh.

I wanted to try something new and add to my ever-revolving places to grab food from on non-cooking…read moredays. I stumbled upon this place while waiting for a 5pm massage appointment at a place on the 2nd floor. I was immediately welcomed with a smile by the guy working behind the counter. As soon as I told him it was my first time here we struck up a great conversation. He showed me what types of foods they had and after I settled on a lunch box that included a panini, salad and other goodies, he mentioned that they switch out their salads every Wednesday to mix up the variety. I settled on a Lasagne slice, a Prosciutto Panini and an additional one to go with my lunch box. Their side wall was adorned with pickled and jarred items as well as pastas the like. On the far wall had their beverages and my lunch box came with my choice of drink. I settled on some Italian orange soda. Not sure what it tastes like but I will tomorrow for my lunch. They also have panini press machines. The nice guy offered to toast my panini. I only have a microwave at work so using that will just turn my panini into a solid rock. Microwaves and bread don't do well with each other. Overall a neat experience indeed. I think on my next visit I'll bring my wife with me so that she can try other things. She has a better eye at finding great things to eat more than I do.

Lovely spot! If you want fresh, stop in here for some amazing fixings for dinner or whatever meal…read moreyou wish. We were welcomed on arrival and offered samples of cheese and freshly baked bread! In the glass case was an impressive selection of imported cheeses, they even had some Gouda from the Netherlands (Our favorite!) there's meat ready to be sliced, noodles, sauces, lasagna etc. I'm a sucker for a good panini and they have some ready to be pressed and eaten if you're hungry on arrival! I'm coming back for one of those! This is great spot if you want to have a cute date night at home and make your own pizza. That's what we opted for tonight. House-made dough and there was a variety of sauces on hand. There's a selection of goodies in jars along the wall, wine, sweets.... You've gotta stop in! This place is a must visit. We felt like we were visiting friends. They were so warm and welcoming.

Kinda disappointed in this location. I asked for a little John with all the extras on it but just…read morereceived a default little John standard sandwich. The cashier seemed to acknowledge what I said like he understood but clearly he didn't. It was ok as far as Jimmy John sandwiches go but nothing special. Sandwich was very dry. I also asked for a cup of water and never got one. I ended up eating the dry sandwich because I was in a hurry. Yeah I know I could have asked them for a cup again but they should have gotten it right the first time. The cashier just didn't do a good job of listening. The bathroom was out of order as well but I need to go so it felt awkward using the women's bathroom as the men's had an out of order sign with no other message about using the women's bathroom. I would have appreciated some signage on the women's bathroom explaining the situation. I do wish JJ would have genderless bathrooms. Also JJ's has, for some time, stopped listing the freebies, and you have to specifically ask for it. Also I will never understand why the napkins are behind. The counter and you either have to reach back there to grab them which doesn't make me feel good reaching the counter. It's like they are cost cutting in every way possible.

Our server served us beers that were half foam but he did realize it later on and replaced it for us. As for food, we ordered and shared everything. Definitely enjoyed the pizza! Specifically the Bee's Knees if you like a sweet spicy pizza! I was a little disappointed with the Caesar salad though because we ordered the regular but the portion was so small I had to double check with the server that we weren't accidentally served a small. Overall a decent place that's close to home for us!

We waited a long time for our beer also. But that wasn't the servers fault. In fact, our server did explain they had to open a new tap. Our first beers came out extremely flat and was half foam. But the server kindly replaced it for us. Overall, once the food came out, most of it was delicious. Sadly, we paid $12 for a small bowl of ceasar salad. We had to double check to make sure we didn't accidentally order the smaller one. But nope, this is all you get for $12. Our whole group loved the pizza's and wings though! Our server was excellent! We figured it may have just been an off day for the kitchen, which is why it took so long. But we'll defiantly be back!
