Panera definitely isn't what it used to be. We came in for dinner and ordered the picked two, for 3 people it came out to $50. The lettuce in the salads was extremely wilted and they even forgot dressing on my sisters strawberry poppyseed salad. we went to ask for more dressing and some of the workers asked us to send them money on cashapp. Overall probably will call it quits on Panera after two back to back bad experiences.

    This sandwich is bomb

It's been a LONG time since I've come to Panera - this one especially. Looks like they've got a whole new crew working. The guy at the drive through was very polite and helpful and considerate. No crazy long wait or line! Also the food was amazing. Glad they finally turned this location around! They have cherry pastries back and they're great!

Currently during the pandemic, Panera is open for inside dinning. My take out order this morning was a cinnamon crunch bagel with Honey walnut cream cheese-delicious. I also ordered the bacon spinach soufflé for my hubby. The Valentine pastries just looked so delicious, I had to add some cookies to my order. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, Panera Bread always serves very tasty food and with fast friendly service.

Did Great! Thank you for the awesome service! Friendly staff. Picked up to go food. They offer curbside/brought to the car. They had plenty of parking ... None marked specifically for curbside. I called and spoke with Duncan whom said food would be right our. Nice lady brought out food 5 mins after my pickup Time slot.... Order of tomato soup - DELICIOUS, the Caesar salad and bread - Tasty!!! Family feast - Accurate order - absolutely... Easy in and out of the parking lot. 5 stars for this visit! Looking forward to next visit! Respectfully, Bryan Rewards member Yukon, Oklahoma

I ordered two spinach bacon soufflés. Received a notice in the app my order was received, processed and ready for pickup. I also received an email stating the same thing. When I went to the store to pick up my order, it wasn't in the Rapid Pickup area. I had to ask an employee about my order. He came back and said they were out of the soufflés. The employee asked if I wanted something else or a refund. I chose the refund. While he was processing my refund, another employee walked up to the register on my side of the counter edging me away. She had clocked out and buying her food. Disrespectful! The app showing your order being received, processing, quality and ready is a lie. Either it just automatically goes through the process or the employees show the order complete to fool corporate headquarters.

Panera is staple in my life. This location seems a little run down, but they don't disappoint. Easy to order and easy for pickup!

Ordered the rustic potato soup and there were literally 5 pieces of potato in a cup of broth. Super disappointed.

This has to be the worst location in the country. Poor customer service, poor management. Best to skip this location.

Awful service and hairy scones. They will completely ignore customers, and the food is sub par at best.

I ordered the Cuban panini with a side of Parmesan-encrusted button mushrooms. It's so hard to find anything close to Cuban bread, but this wasn't bad, and the panini was toasted nicely. There's only one problem: This isn't a Cuban sandwich. It's ham and turkey with pickles. I'll point the finger at myself for not looking at the menu closer. A Cuban HAS to be roast pork and ham, and the meat shouldn't be cold. I know this isn't Miami, but stop trying to pass this off as something it's not. As for the Parmesan-encrusted mushrooms, you might expect some bit of crust or breading with Parmesan. Nope. These were sautéed mushrooms with a glop of Parmesan (not entirely sure it wasn't Swiss) in the middle. If you wanted both, you had to get a mushroom, then bite off a bit of the no longer melted cheese. I'm not going to tell anyone not to come here. As ham and turkey paninis go, it was OK. But I can't help but think if they're trying to pass things off as something they're not, what else might not be as it seems?

They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.

You can really tell everything is baked fresh that morning. The textures are spot on--soft, airy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their drink menu is near-perfection. Both the Milk Tea and Thai Tea taste incredibly authentic, which is hard to find around here. They aren't just sugar-bombs; you can actually taste the quality of the tea. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is a safety concern for those with allergies. Unlike Tous Les Jours, which clearly lists ingredients/allergens by each pastry, 85°C is a bit more vague at the display. As someone who has to be careful about what's in my food, I'd love to see them adopt a more transparent labeling system so I don't have to guess or ask for every item. The Verdict: Delicious, fresh, and a must-visit for your pastry fix. Just be cautious if you have specific dietary restrictions!

I've even "cruised" past ordering spuds or cookies in the past because I didn't always think the value was there. With this newer location, though, I may need to rethink that. On this visit I grabbed a to-go order of two spuds and two cookies. My wife wanted the Turkey Spud and I tried the Baja Spud with chicken. The first thing I noticed right away--the potatoes were huge! Honestly, some of the most impressive sized spuds I've had from City Bites in quite some time. My wife's Turkey Spud was loaded, easy to see the generous amount of turkey piled on top. She was happy, which means I was happy. My Baja Spud, on the other hand, looked good but didn't quite deliver the same way. It felt light on the chicken and a little heavy on the sour cream. The flavor was fine, but the balance of ingredients wasn't what I expected, especially compared to how well-topped my wife's potato was. Thankfully, the spud itself was large enough that I could share with her and still be satisfied. Now, the cookies. I've been vocal in the past about how City Bites cookies have gotten smaller with less icing, which was disappointing since their Pumpkin Cookie has always been a personal favorite. This time I was pleasantly surprised--the Pumpkin Spice and Snickerdoodle were closer to the classic City Bites cookies I used to love. Bigger, better, and more in line with what they should be. A perfect sweet ending to our meal. Overall, I left impressed with the portion sizes and especially happy with the cookies. The Baja Spud could use more chicken, but between the generous potatoes and the nostalgic return of the cookies, this location gives me hope that City Bites is stepping things back up.
