Website and kiosk pic seems to be much fuller than what I got??
    Patrick S.

Here's the good: I'm a monthly Sip club member. I visit Panera locations as much or more than most, albeit not typically this location. I have a simple palette, and love sandwiches and soups, so Panera and I work well together. The bad: today I ordered a Chili Bread bowl, a cookie and a drink. When the order was presented, the chili only filled about 1/3 of the bread bowl cutout. I immediately asked the lady overseeing orders if she minding looking at it. She tried to assure me that it was correct, but here's the deal...when it appears the customer was shortchanged AND the website pics only confirm something isn't correct, there's an issue. The ugly: if a customer has enough concern to bring this to staff attention, they definitely shouldn't be quickly dismissed and made to think subpar Panera dishes are the norm. I'm happy to discuss if someone from Panera wants to reach out, but my pics illustrate my air-filled bread bowl today. ‍

Love the new location. Best is the drive through. In these times all restaurants should build a drive up window and have a covered drop off entrance. The new seating is open and clean. They give you a buzzer that you sit on a plate on table. Your order will be brought to you. I enjoy seeing all the pastries before you order in line. I had what was being advertised on the wall. A bbq chicken sandwich with onion soup. Very good! The bread was soft and yum. Soup had loads of onions, cheese and bread croutons. So would be 5 star but price seems high for amount of food. Another thing is when I ordered I was asked if have club card. No , but as walking away , wanted to know why she didn't offer me one. I had to ask a lady cleaning by me and she went and got me one to register with. Now the DrPepper seemed like it needed more syrup added. It's hard to find really good fountain drinks. I loved the oatmeal berry cookie! Can't wait to return!

Not my first choice, attending with couples group. When we arrived cashier toook order rarely quickly. He was very polite but the menu is confusing, it states pick 2 $6.59, ordered soup and half salad, hubby ordered half sandwich and soup...ticket $24.89. I didnt understand and he couldn't explain. We just paid and expected a great meal. Food took some time to receive and the portions were very small. I'm trying not to eat bread and I managed to bypass the bread but left satisfied but hungry. The salad was small and the tomato soup wasn't the best. My husband came home and ate a bowl of cereal. Honestly, I enjoyed the company of the couples but the whole time, I thought I wish I was eating barbecue brisket and baked beans, salad. The place was clean and you could have a conversation relatively easy considering the crowd was picking up. I really don't think they had enough help! As I type this my tummy is grumbling..uuugh. I dont have to return here, ever. Well, maybe I'd go for breakfast. The picture below is of a quinoa bowl my friend ordered. As I mentioned it took some time to get our food. I didn't even take a picture.

    Breakfast

Don't order anything with avocado. They have no problem giving you the most rotten avocado on your breakfast sandwich every single time. I wonder is that maybe why it's the cheapest thing on their menu? Why cut up a new avocado when they can just smear a rotten one on your sandwich. Seriously I'm done. This is the second time I've taken the time to write a bad review for this location. Makes me want to puke.

Was excited to see the new building that just opened across from the old location (attached to Navy Federal). To be honest I'm let down quite a bit. Unless you really wanted The addition of a drive through everything else seems to be a down grade. I used to rely on Panera for a good place to study and write. Now it feels like I'm sitting in a McDonalds. The chairs and tables are really uncomfortable and their is half the seating with no divider walls to dampen the noise. I would expect for this Panera to miss out on a few of their usual customers.

What's not to love about Panera? They have awesome bagels (my favorites are cinnamon crunch and chocolate chip), hazelnut cream cheese, tons of fresh bread and SCRUMPTIOUS pastries! I'll admit that weekdays, the lunch rush is always chaotic but it's because EVERYBODY loves Panera. Their sandwiches are so good. I always get the pick 2. I select a half sandwich and a cup of soup (BROCCOLI CHEDDAR! Sooooo good! You can find it at Target, Walmart, etc but I prefer ordering it @ Panera. The seating/indoor dining areas are cozy and comfortable. I like that most locations have a little fireplace of some sort. Oh and I almost forgot the coffee! The Hazelnut coffee smells sooo good and seems like a light roast which equals high levels of caffeine to start your day! I've always loved Panera so I've only got good things to say. PS their FREE rewards program is awesome! So be sure to join. :)

The food is still descent but service and cleanliness. Is gone. The staff seem to act as if they have no need for customers.

The spice levels were pretty weak compared to other Thai places I've been to across the country. Portions were also a tad on the smaller side. The thai sausage also had some texture issues. I've had the thai sausage before and this one had waaaayyy too much going. It was very hard to get over the grainy, mushy, dry texture. The flavors were ok. The spectacular green chile sauce they served with the sausage masked alot of the flaws. It was amazing!! The Tom Kha soup was my favorite. The shrimp suggestion paired perfectly with the the rich coconut broth. No tails on the shrimp! ! Again the spice levels here are very muted, I have a high spice tolerance but the spice was not there. Still great. The chicken on all the dishes is nothing special. I look at it as filler here. Just dry strips of chicken breast. The massuman curry was carried by the broth completely, as well as the red curry. They nailed down all the flavors! They just need to adjust the spice levels accordingly and let the reigns go! A 5 here is like a medium back home. Otherwise if you are ever in the Oklahoma City area highly recommend it here, and order a 5! Just avoid the sausage...

Upon arriving, I was impressed with how large and clean this location was. There was a whole separate area for to-go orders! We walked in and were sat in a booth immediately. The vibes were exact to the one on Penn. Our server and overall service was quick. The food was fresh and amazing as always; the portions were huge-- we had so much leftover to take home. I wasn't sure if Khao Soi was on the menu at the other location because I've never seen it, but I tried it for the first time here, and it was so good. It's one of my favorite Thai dishes so I loved being able to get it from one of my fave Thai places. My other go-to orders are the Angel Wings, Cheese Wontons, Spicy Catfish, and Shrimp Fried Rice. I have been to two other Panang locations in the metro area, but it had been a while, so I decided to order my yardstick for Thai restaurants: green curry. This time I got it with pork. I ordered spice level 3 out of 5. Everything about this dish was delicious. The spice level was just right for me -- enough to make my mouth burn but not enough to obliterate the flavors and textures of the curry. A few bites of the sticky white rice was enough to quench the flames in my mouth. There was also an unexpectedly large amount of pork in the curry. I was pleased to see that since sometimes Thai curry is heavy on vegetables and light on protein. The curry also came with an unexpected spring roll and a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The spring roll was nothing special -- not much taste beyond fried and the dipping sauce suffered from the same viscosity problems as most spring roll dipping sauces that I have eaten in the past. The stir fries also got my attention. I will save the eggplant stir fry for a future visit.

I'm not sure if I got the right thing or what, but it was very mid. The beef was very dry and the noodles were just ok.
