Food is okay - service people are friendly but the place is dirty tables are not cleaned. It took us 8 tables to find a cleaned one. Hopefully the management sees how nasty the tables and chairs are.

Panera Bread is a bakery-café chain. My daughter and I stopped by this location after playing the PICK ME Claw Arcade, which is right next to Panera Bread! This Panera Bread is located at the 95N/Lake Mead exit. There is an ample amount of parking spaces available. Inside the Panera Bread, there is plenty of table and booth seating available! Free WIFI is also offered at this location! We ended up grabbing a quick bite to eat around 3:30. My daughter ended up selecting the plain bagel with cream cheese and the chocolate chip cookie! While we were waiting for the order, we got a few water cups and filled it with ice and water. We sat down at a table for 2. The team member brought out the toasted bagel with cream cheese. We never received the chocolate chip cookie. Luckily, I had a copy of the printout receipt and went to the front, letting the team members know that we never received the warmed chocolate chip cookie. The bagel with cream cheese was scrumptious, though! The chocolate chip cookie was the best part! The morsels were ooey and gooey! This is a great Panera bread location, and it's quite spacious! It wasn't busy at all when we visited at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon!

I am so sad to rate a place with 2 stars. The food was ok... it would have been better if my soup bowl was filled up to the top like it was supposed to be. The inside of the establishment was not very clean, my husband had to wipe down our table. It has been years since we have gone to Panera. This is not how we remembered it. It seems like it has gone downhill. I may give this place another chance so that I can update this review.

Panera always hit a spot for lunch on year-round. Do be prepared for some changes to the menu. No more of the delicious Asian chicken salad however they do have good alternatives. And no more flatbread pizza. Still enjoyed our visit.

I don't know what's going on at the store but when you have a large crowd that comes in and basically takes up all the remaining food that you have there in the shop and you give your customer the scraps and when I say the scraps I literally mean scraps. I ordered chicken BLT and there was no whole pieces of chicken at all. It was literally the pieces that you would throw away. Also ordered a salad with chicken and I get the salad all the time same thing if they were running low on food because of that large soccer team that was in their prior to me going in there they should've just shut down. This is the second time I ordered a pastry and did not receive it. I did however, order a bagel for the next morning, which I told the man because he offered to toast it for me and I said no it's for breakfast negative when I went to make it for breakfast. It was hard as a rock. I couldn't even wet it down to make it soft again. It was beyond being able to make it soft so I don't know how long it had been sitting there prior to me purchasing it totally disappointed oh and I have to mention I was thoroughly disgusted with all of the bins, trash bins, being overflowing, and all the dishes that were piled on all the trash bins. It wasn't busy when I walked in so what they don't have people that clean up it actually look disgusting.

This is one of the slowest most inefficient Paneras I've been to. Order was not correct and the iced tea was cloudy.

In addition, this is a small business, the kind you want to root for. We actually got a chance to talk to the owner, and he told us his wife makes the bread fresh daily. DAILY. And you can taste that love in the recipe. We also had the tomato basil soup. My goodness. That soup had me reconsidering every canned soup decision I've ever made in my life. The hot dog is legit and easily the highlight of my visit. It comes the way it should, topped with sport peppers and that unmistakable neon green relish, and it's actually pretty close to what you would expect from a real Chicago-style dog. If you are craving that classic Chicago flavor, this part of the menu absolutely delivers. Unfortunately, the Italian beef did not live up to the same standard. I ordered the half hot dog, half Italian beef combo, thinking it would be the best way to try both, but I ended up regretting that choice. To me, an Italian beef sandwich and its marinade should have a deep, savory flavor, almost like a hydrated beef jerky, but this one fell flat. In fact, there were more veggies than beef! Meh. I might also be a little spoiled after having Jay's Italian Beef in Chicago, which sets a very high bar. Overall, Windy City Beef N Dogs is worth visiting for the hot dogs. From the moment we walked in, there were red flags. The place is large, yet it was completely empty except for one other couple who also looked like it was their first time. The music was a random Disney playlist, which made the atmosphere feel off right away. The display cases, which should have showcased food, were empty and filled with random merchandise instead. It all felt strange. Despite that, we decided to stay because of the positive reviews and because we like trying new places. When we went to order, the employee taking our order seemed very nervous and unsure. We ordered their "Old School" sandwich, a plate of nachos to share, and two fountain drinks. We also considered a milkshake, but after hearing a long list of items they were out of, we changed our minds. We ended up paying $42 for what turned out to be a very underwhelming meal. After we paid, we were told they were out of the only diet drink option, which should have been mentioned beforehand. Then our food service started off rough. We were first brought the wrong order, and when our actual food came out, the server nearly spilled the nachos all over the table. As for the food itself, it was very disappointing. The nachos were basic, with chips that tasted like they came straight from a bulk supplier and dry, flavorless meat. Nothing about them stood out. It honestly felt like something you would throw together at home in a pinch. The sandwich was not any better. The pork was dry and lacked seasoning, and the addition of wilted, overcooked spinach gave it an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, there was no flavor, no creativity, and nothing memorable about it. What stood out most was the lack of care. Nothing about the experience, from the atmosphere to the service to the food, felt like there was any pride behind it. While we were there, another couple came in and we overheard the same employee telling them that even more items were unavailable. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With how expensive dining out is right now, it is frustrating to feel like you wasted your money. I really hope management takes feedback like this seriously because there is currently no reason for customers to come back.

I was met with a long line when I walked in, so I assumed that it was a popular place probably served quality grub. But the long lines are really just due to bad logistics as they don't have a person dedicated to taking orders; the same person who takes your order has to go sliced bread or get whatever else you get besides a bagel (they got 2 guys toasting and prepping those. Ordered 2 bagels and a loaf of sourdough. Paid with a card and then was surprised to see a credit card fee on my receipt; not that big of a deal -but maybe a sign that says there is a fee - so that people would know they have the option of avoiding it by paying with cash - would be nice. Bagels were about $5 each with cream cheese and very mediocre; also so much smaller than any other bagel shop I've been to. Took a whole 15 minutes to get my 2 bagels and it's a good thing I checked my order before leaving as one that I ordered with tomatoes did not have them. Had to wait a little bit to get to the front of the line as I was not able to get anybody else's attention and then I let them know that the tomatoes were missing. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the replacement bagel and I think it would've been a nice concession for them to let me keep the bagel they messed up on, but this was not the case. Additionally, the other bagel I had ordered for my friend had gotten cold while I was waiting for the replacement for mine. The gentleman who was taking my order initially was apologetic and the staff is very nice, but man somebody needs to fix their processes because it just takes way too long to get a bagel to a customer. Sourdough was not that good. It's the first time I've brought home a fresh loaf to my kids and they haven't even touched it because it also looks weird. Overall, I would say this place is pretty overpriced, but more power to them that they have survived with the way they run their business.
