Starry drink is awful. Two of us tasted it and threw it away. Sip Club isn't looking good so far! Bread crust is so tough you need to cut with a knife. Chicken sandwich is mostly lettuce and very little meat. Cranberry and walnuts unseen. Very disappointing. The Panera ap has no place to leave these comments. read more

I come here a lot. and so maybe I have just gotten used to the inconsistent performance at this store. Both in terms of service and food quality. Yesterday at the drive through, the order taker was clearly in a bad mood, and did not repeat my order back. Doesn't matter if it is on a board or not - not everyone can see or read that board well so read it back. Turns out she did not get one soup I ordered, and the chicken and wild rice soup was way too thin. I realized she missed the corn chowder soup when I pulled away, but it was raining and since I wasn't charged for it, I just left. So I didn't get soup I wanted, they lost the six dollars for a cup of soup. This location needs some re-training, quality control, and probably staff overhaul/attitude adjustments. Also, one point of annoyance for me is I select NO every time on the plastic utensils, but they put them in every time. Generally speaking things are not horrible, just inconsistent which should not be at a chain. It's hard to find the help I know, especially here. read more

Normally Panera is a treat for lunch. Ordered the poppyseed dressing salad with chicken. The yucky bottom core of the cheap iceberg lettuce was in the salad. It was huge. And the rest of the pieces close to the core were there, too. Ok, Panera doesn't use the more nutritious (and expensive) Romaine lettuce. But do you really have to put the yucky, hard lettuce -- and the actual core -- into the salad? Go ahead, charge me more for the Romaine lettuce option. At least it's not empty calories like iceberg is. read more

Over time I've tried hard to like this restaurant, and failed. If management asked me for suggestions for improvement I would offer make your menu in larger type easier to read from the distant position of the customer on the other side of the counter. Also given there is a place to eat outdoors there should be menus available to take out to those waiting and the pathway from the food pickup to the out of doors should not be so lengthy. Also it should have sensor doors so people carrying trays don't have to go through gyrations or depend on other traffic to open the door for them. When I was there an employer was asked for a menu to take on to the patio and she could not find one. I would charge less than $5.29 for the small soup bowl. I would also suggest that you don't offer bread that's very hard to chew. Just my opinion but isn't it kind of a trap if you upgrade from the advertised soup and a half a sandwich to a full sandwich Aren't you charged disproportionately more? Isn't there an upgrade charge for not ordering a meal? I just think they could be a lot more accommodating for older customers and handicapped. When we ordered, the lady at the counter was so friendly. I ordered the Tuna Sandwich, half, with a soft drink to go along with it and boy was it delicious! Though it is expensive, the food is great, and the staff are so friendly! On the way out, the manager told us "Thank you for coming, we're glad you enjoyed everything!". It made it feel like home. Plus they have free WiFi. Overall experience was outstanding! read more

Food was great but the server was rude , my coffee was supposed to be a HOT latte but I received it ICED . I told her about it and asked for my HOT latte . She was rude and told her coworker " I need a hot vanilla latte apparently" . Mind you we didn't even drink off of it or anything we saw it and knew it was wrong so there wasn't a reason for her to be annoyed . 1 visit at drive thru-the Greek salad was brown lettuce when I arrived home in the next city over from this Panera. So from then on I always look to be sure lettuce is fresh before I drive all the way home. Yesterday, the Greek salad dressing for my Greek salad was missing and I didn't notice until I arrived home again. Why in the world is it so difficult for this restaurant to get it right? I come here often and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. Plus, the wait for my food is usually never more than five minutes. I have yet to try something here that I didn't like. Their sandwiches are delicious, and the soup is great, and the portions are also huge. A "cup" of soup, is about the size of a typical cereal bowl. And their "half" of a sandwich is about as big as a regular sandwich I would make at home. You definitely get more than what you pay for and it is worth every cent in my opinion. It is obvious that the ingredients used are far better than anything that you'd buy at a McDonald's are Taco Bell. Unlike fast-food places, i never feel sick to my stomach or regretful after eating here. Over all, this Panera is a great place to stop, and is truly a step up from all of the fast food places around town. read more

Staff is so so friendly and nice. They have me order suggestions and were so sweet. We ordered bagels and a smoothy. There were 2 other customers and over 7 people staffing. We waited over 12 mins and after asking to change our order so we could leave faster then told us our order was ready just no one put the smoothly on the customer counter, it was sitting in the kitchen. Had to go back in after we got to the car, they messed up my bagel order. read more

Horrible customer service. Total lack of caring by any employee at this location. The person at the register was useless.

I love Panera, but the service received at this location left much to be desired. The person working the front counter did not greet us, then directed us to a different register and took her time moving to that register herself. She messed up our order and we had to repeat it twice, then she still forgot to ring up one of our items. It was overall a disappointing experience, especially when we didn't even get a meal. read more

first things first, i couldn't love panera anymore than i already do. it's f*cking phenomenal. i love everything, from the iced vanilla lattes (with almond milk of course) to the mac n cheese. speaking of the mac n cheese, i have a couple things to say about that. i love it, i really do, but my thoughts say it has too much cheese, and not enough noodles. but other than that it's wonderful. i usually order the seasonal greens salad without tomatoes and onions, but tomatoes and onions being taken off is a personal thing. i like it, but i always wished there were more cucumbers, and that's my only complaint. im trying to keep this short though, so those are my summed up thoughts on panera. over all it's great and i wouldn't have it any other way. read more

I am here often and it seems the staff are getting more comfortable screaming to each other from across the kitchen or cash register area about their weekend plans while slamming plates and the wire bagel baskets to the beat of some loud drum. I'm just not enthusiastic about this place at all. The wife loves their soups but I can't say the same for me. Today we stopped there for a late dinner. I ordered chicken tortellini Alfredo with half an assiago steak sandwich. She ordered a chicken caesar salad and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. My tortellini was room temperature and they didn't put the cucumber on her salad that she asked for (and paid for). My sandwich also didn't have much flavor so I added some Tabasco. I'll continue to eat there when the wife asks for it but I certainly won't go there on my own. read more

I've been to Panera several times over the past couple of months. The interior of the restaurant is excellent with a modern cozy feel and small fireplace. The food has the basic essentials of salads, soups, and sandwiches mostly. The is fairly good depending on what you get. I recommend to keep it simply with foods that are easy to make. I love the soup! Certainly a place to visit where you can enjoy some essential hardy food with great atmosphere. read more

Ordered the steak arugula sandwich it had to have been pre-made the day before, totally inedible, cold soggy bread, 4 nasty tomatoes (who puts four tomatoes on a tiny sandwich?) to top it all off some nasty brown thin fatty meat they must think is steak. Won't be going back. read more

The people who work there are very sweet. However more times then not our order is messed up. They are very sweet to always fix it by sending us vouchers. However if you get back to your office and half the order is either missing or wrong is it really worth it?? Someone either has to eat something they don't like or nothing at all. We continue to go there and just don't feel we should have to do their job. read more
