I have tried to like Panera but every time I order, the food is terrible. I think Panera must have changed their recipes. When Panera was in Cherry Creek I really enjoyed going there. The salads and soups were good; the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I wouldn't sit in the place on 175th if they paid me. Cold and uninviting. I guess Panera got tired of people hanging out on their computers and Kindles. Today I ordered a grilled cheese. I swear, it was made with velveeta. But my dog really enjoyed it!! I learned my lesson. The food is awful and overpriced. I'll go in once in awhile to buy a baguette---the only place that I've found to have decent ones. But I'm no longer going to waste my money at any Panera. read more

I have placed numerous pick up orders from this establishment without any issues. On July 3rd I placed a you pick two order consisting of a cup of cream of chicken and wild rice soup and a half of the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich. They were out of the ciabatta role so I picked sourdough bread as the substitute.The other item I added to my order was 2 bags of potato chips. When I got home, the second bag of chips was missing and the size of the cup of soup was cut in half and not worth the $4.99. The sandwich was suppose to be hot and it was lukewarm. I had the pleasure of eating lunch at the Panera in Homewood. I was in the area after a Seminar and I placed my order to dine in. As you can see the presentation that John at Panera set up on my plates were everything. I received my order in a timely manner. I really used to enjoy this restaurant when they were off 183rd and Governors Highway, and I told Corporate via phone they were making a mistake when they decided to move it. The other location was always filled with guests. There was a very professional Manager named Necole that visited the tables to make sure that everyone was having a good experience. Another member of the Management team I think her name was Teresa also checked on guest as well. read more

Quickly stopped in here around 1 p.m. to grab a Green Passion Smoothie and orange juice before getting back on the road. Service was fast, the smoothie was delicious, and the space inside is large and open with lots of seating options. read more

It's nice to have a Place that's kind of Handicap access. Why I said kind of is because Opening the Door is very Hard unless there's someone with you. But this Panera is Wonderful and Super Sweet Employee. All the Sweets at the Cashier so you can see all the Wonderful stuff. She asks what we want and gave you some ideas for Breakfast. Well my Daughter got Maple bacon, Scrambled eggs with cheese Burrito. And I just ordered Everything Bagel toasted with Honey nut cream cheese. With Frozen Lemonade,and Strawberry Lemonade Frozen. My Bagel was Buttered and toasted totally yummy. The Restaurant was Very Clean and Spacious from the inside and out. I wish that the Door had Button to open it for Wheelchair and other Handicaps. But when we Left one of the Employees open Both Doors for me. Yes I will be Back because of Employees and how Clean it was also the Food. read more

Really has changed since moved from Flossmoor to Homewood. The portions have really dwindled and pricing keeps increasing. I really only occasionally go for soup now and even that is smaller with 2 inches of bread. The soup was lukewarm and had to exchange it. read more

This location is such a coin toss. Either really good or terrible. For a $5 peach and blueberry they gave me something that didn't even look like it. I've gone to many Panera's and have never had a bad experience until this location. From previous to go orders, I've ordered a bread bowl and they forgot the bread bowl. The coffee was cold at 8am, tasted left over from the day before. It took 35 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and a yogurt and they still didn't get it right. The worker was packing up catering, dropped a sandwich in the floor and continued to pick it up and put it in the box anyways. read more

Husband stopped by to order a bowl of soup and Mac & cheese after a long day at work. He went in to order because he has had bad experiences in the drive thru. He gets home only to discover his order was completely wrong!! The two stars are because he said the employees were polite, however I can't get past the order being wrong and having to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct food items. After all of this, it makes me not even want the food anymore. The location is convenient.....please get it together!!! read more

A Panera is a Panera. Never had any problems. Fast service and no issues with the food. I do love the rapid pickup even if I am dining in. Use the app to place my order and by the time I get there, it is ready. Good store in my opinion and come here fairly regular. read more

Subpar food for cost. Very little amount of mac and cheese which was luck warm and some noodles weren't even cooked all the way. I remember when you used to get almost 5-6inchs side baguette now I only got a sliver of 2 inches. Also, the person making/plating got something wrong and when she realized it got loud and angry and quickly threw my mac into another bowl and sloshed it everywhere. Terrible. I will not be going to a Panera anytime soon. read more

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to and I continue to come for the mere fact that it is close to work and it's the only place in the area I can do my homework. I've often thought of leaving this review but decided not...This place is NEVER clean. Floors are always sticky, tables and seats always have food and crumbs. This location is really hit or miss (mostly miss), I liked it better when they were in cherry creek. One time, I came here to just grab a bagel. I decided to go through the drive through since there were only two cars in the line. I waited over 30 minutes to get my one bagel, how could it take that long to prepare two orders?! And if it did take that long, they should have had those customers pull around to the front and had someone bring their food out, so they could continue moving through the line. Then when I got home, I realized they forgot my cream cheese. So I waited over 30 minutes and they couldn't even get my extremely simple order right? Another time I went in because I just wanted a large lemonade - they were all out of large cups. Another time, I just wanted a bowl of soup. I decided to go in after my horrible drive through experience. I ordered and went over to the pick up area. There was only one name on the screen being prepared before me, and then a few people who had ordered after me. It took 25 minutes for me to get my one bowl of soup!!!!! They were calling out orders of people who had ordered way after me, when my name was still on the screen. People were getting sandwiches and whole meals, but I couldn't get my one bowl of soup until 25 minutes later??? I was so confused. I've had three experiences where the pastries were not up to par at all. One time, my bear claw was super brown (almost burnt) and dry, like they had over cooked it. The other two times they just tasted really stale. Because of all these things, I don't go here anymore. They're charging premium prices, so I expect premium service and premium products.....and that's not what I've been getting from this location. read more

This Panera took over 30 minutes to prepare a small bowl of mac n cheese with a bag of chips and a cookie. They marked my order as "ready" then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to even offer the food at the counter. I ordered ahead of visiting the restaurant by almost 15 minutes and still had to wait my entire lunch hour to get my food. Its not worth eating at this location. The speed of food delivery is probably the worst I have ever seen at any restaurant. read more

I want a to portillos drive thru Today with an open mind that it was going to take some time to get my food. After placing my order, paying from my food and staying in line to get my food brought to me I was advised to drive up and wait-a-bit longer. After about 45 minutes I was advised by one of the outside attendants that my food order was misplaced. I am going to give this portillos a one star rating. What's at home I reviewed my food to find out I had about 3 items missing and no way of getting ahold of a manager After calling more than 3 times within one hour and got hung up on every time. read more

I actually "have" experienced better! perhaps it was due to the end of the day. Chicken with wild rice (no chicken, just watery broth and carrots), strawberry smoothie (more like a strawberry milk), hair on container of salad - asked for extra dressing..NOT provided. Best Panera around. Greens are fresh and clean. Staff is very friendly.
