Was tired of fried food so came here for something "healthy " for a change from road food. Place was empty when I came in and was clean as far as I could tell . The dining room is wide open to hold a good crowd. I had the chicken avocado melt which was really good ! The wife had a large chicken noodle soup that she said tasted home made . Came with dunking Italian bread . It was a little pricey but guess for a tourist area , guess that's the norm . Jennifer the server was great taking my order and was out the door quick. Overall a good experience.

So I have been a member of the sip club since it came out years ago... I have visited multiple Panera's all over the United States and even visited one another country though they were not related. My point in this is that I have never been treated the way I was treated at the Panera store today. I take my own cup when I go to drink at Panera because I do not believe in creating that much waste and since we use Panera pretty much on the daily that would be a lot of waste. I have always gone in after I placed my order get my cup coffee get my bagel from the counter and have a seat and have never had an issue. I have had managers and issue inquire nicely as to whether or not I had already paid for my beverage in a professional way... This manager however chose violence. I'm not sure if she felt empowered because there happened to be a police officer inside of Panera at the time that I was getting it but she decided to show off... And be a bully. She came roaring from behind the counter screaming at me "if you'd like to order something you can pay at the counter" Instead of simply asking did you pay for that or can I help you with something or something of that nature she decided to scream at me in front of the entire restaurant. And then when I turned around and said yes I already pre-ordered in the app and I'll be walking up there to get my food in a minute... She doubled down. Then she turned to the police officer and had the goal to say to him please standby because I think we're going to need you?!? Are you kidding me. I just certainly hope that the owner of that restaurant, because they are franchisees, Sees this and takes action. This occurred around 7 AM this morning at the restaurant and before she can delete the video file with no doubt exists you need to take a peek. If that's what you call customer service then your establishment should not be open and your store should be shut down by corporate.

They donate unsold baked goods at the end of the day.

I came here to get coffee right before getting my hair cut. I was pleased with how clean this location is. No trays or bowls hanging around on the tables or even by the trash. I saw the new Cinnatop and had to order one. It has the right amount of cinnamon flavor. It tasted good and I will probably get one again. They did not have my first or second choice of coffee. I asked an employee to refill and she did. But it took almost two minutes. I was not in a huge rush but it is good when they have at least two types of coffee made already. It gives people a choice. I would say all the flavors of coffee shpuld be on hand until at least Noon. The coffee of course was hot and tasted as good as it always does.

This is a pretty big Panera Bread with tons of free parking outside. The people were very friendly and everything was clean. The food was quick and great. We had a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup as well as the chicken salad sandwich, which were both delicious.

I walked in to get a pastry from their freshly baked selection and the gentleman who waited on me was very prompt and professional. He made small talk with me about the pastries and it made the experience very "personal" and very much "human". Many times I do the rapid pick up because it's easy, but sometimes, that human interaction is refreshing and uplifting. The store was basically empty around 8:30am when I stopped by, so I guess the staff had time to interact with patrons without being bogged down with a large crowd. Overall .... very good....

Absolutely terrible service. We paid good money, yet they didn't give us any bread--nor did they provide any spoons. Since they were closing in an hour, they told us to take our food to go; when I asked for bread, they claimed they had run out. I will never go back there again.

Messed up my order then I find hair in my food never ordering from here again, and when i call in to tell them the worker barely knows how to work the computer.

11-1-23 8pm Stopped here to pickup something up for hubby on the way home. So it is an hour before closing and nothing left on the shelves. There is seven people ahead of me waiting to order at the register. When it is my turn hubby wants a grilled cheese with bacon. The guy at the register says they only have tomato basil bread and we get a small Mac and cheese with broccoli. The man asks fruit or chips we decline. Ok that will be $18.17. You go to the keypad where it asks if you want to tip. Next you go and wait, I called my sister back and talked for awhile on the phone with her. Once I got off the phone I walked over to pick up trying to figure out the faces of who was ahead of me. The guy from the register was talking to the young man making all the food. That's right one person making all the food. Aahhh I should have just made it myself at home. So my order was wrong at first and the guy from the register had the young man make another half sandwich. Note there is no grilling in the grilled cheese. He just oven bakes everything. The sad offering was in the brown paper bag. Reminded me of a sad school lunch but $18. Really? Food prices and service are truly out of hand. When's it going back to normal?! As for this place a hot mess. The poor workers need help and Panera shame on you what are you selling?!

service was nonexistent, no meat on the Turkey sandwich. Very sad what has happened to Panera at several of their locations.

The food and service were good, and the restaurant was pretty clean. The only drawback is that Panera Bread is overpriced for what you get.

It's close to other shops. My friends and I decided to meet up for a coworking afternoon. We sat at the large table in the center of the cafe. The table has lots of seats and plugs. I will say it's a little dark inside. It used to be dark green and then they painted the walls black. Like the vibe but also wish there were more lamps? Mirrors? Something to bring the light in. I ordered from their bar. I was a little nervous as it's weighted but got a great meal under $25! Plus, I was so stuffed I saved the rest for later. It's not super noisy which is good. Would def recommend

That ended up being perfect because we didn't have to go out of our way, and we were genuinely impressed. First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance and design were easily a 10/10. It feels modern, comfortable and inviting, and there is a much wider variety of food and beverages than I expected. What I really loved is that you have options. There is prepared food displayed behind the glass that you can mix and match and purchase by the pound, but you can also order directly from the regular menu. Naturally, we did both. I ordered the Hungry Man burrito, which I've had before and already knew I liked. Chicken, avocado, cheese... simple, filling and good. Then we built a plate from the prepared foods. We got salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and squash. And let me tell you about this squash... I DO NOT EAT SQUASH. Apparently I do now. It was so flavorful that I kept going back for more. I genuinely walked out of Living Green thinking, "Okay... maybe I actually like squash." The Brussels sprouts were also amazing, the salmon was good, and the sweet potatoes were delicious. My girlfriend and I try to eat fairly clean and lean toward vegetarian and pescatarian meals, so finding somewhere where neither of us feels limited is a huge plus. Living Green had plenty of options whether you want vegetables, seafood, chicken, vegan choices, smoothies, juices or something a little more substantial. Their broader menu includes items such as wraps, salmon, roasted vegetables and Brussels sprouts. If I had one critique, a few of the prepared items could use a little more seasoning for my personal taste. But that is nowhere near enough to keep us from coming back. Actually... We could literally eat here every day. That's probably the best compliment I can give a healthy restaurant because sometimes "healthy" food feels like something you tolerate because it's good for you. This did not. There were enough choices that we could come back repeatedly, eat completely different meals, and still stay pretty close to the way we prefer to eat. Ambiance: 10/10 Variety: 10/10 Healthy options: 10/10 Brussels sprouts: 10/10 Squash: Apparently 10/10 because Living Green converted me. We will absolutely be back every time we're in the area.

My only feedback here is that when you dine in, you're charged a 5% (!!!) service fee. When my sandwich is already $20, I would expect any "service fees" to be included in that exorbitant price. On top of that, the screen prompts you to tip which is annoying when you're already being charged a service fee, that you can't elect out of. Nonetheless, the foods amazing and the vibe is wonderful. Check it out, but maybe carry out your food?
