That again, was a delicious winner. We didn't think to get pictures of the calamari & soup. For our entrees, it was a great dilemma to have.... Pizza, Pasta, or a Salad. So we opted for all three A cheese & Sausage pizza, that is amazing! The Braised Beef Ravioli was a great pasta choice! Loved the sauce. And for the Salad The Black & Bleu, that's sure to impress and is a very generous portion! Our waitress, Kylie, was a total delight, making the meal more enjoyable. From my experience in Fond Du Lac, this is one of those suburbs where there are too many corporate stores, only stoned teenagers are here to fill the positions, and the managers are the stoned teenagers that scraped by and outlasted the others over changing of the seasons. From an objective view, it's sad...It's all plastic and low-functioning...(Just Like America!) No one gives a damn and the people that do probably couldn't explain why they give a damn. They just march on hoping tomorrow won't spit in their face. Meanwhile the rest of us wonder where our sandwich is and also fumble through life misdirecting our entitlements and frustrations. My food was fantastic, but that's what it was designed to be by people who are more scientist than chefs. Chain stores have mastered how to basically scientifically manipulate your food so that it's 100% the same taste every time. The only difference is the people preparing it and how they arrange the ingredients. This is not a review of Panera...This is a review of YOU. You decided not to make your own food, you came to get food from people who don't wanna be there, you take an entitled tone with them and then they especially don't want to give you a quality product...Like a self-defeating circle of life kind of thing... Overall 5 stars, take your food, live your life, stop complaining and do some self reflection. Love your life. read more

I worked there. And was trained by 3 different people. Then was thrown in to the mess. I was then moved to a position I didn't get hired for. Then after getting in trouble every shift for rules I wasn't trained for. They schedule me outside of my availability and when I couldn't make it to these shifts. They let me go. The management was terrible and everyone was on different pages. But other than the coworker insider scoop. The plates and cups weren't clean most of the time. (I felt horrible when I hanged someone a dirty mug). There was a stain on the wall that was there for probably months before I got there. The food isn't bad?? But the service is very spotty, some days people are nice and other days are terrible. Some workers there are really sweet and warm. Then others who are power tripping since they have manager in their title. Really not a warm and welcoming environment read more

Panera is one of my favorite spots to go anytime I'm not in a rush and just want to relax. It's generally quiet (Fond Du Lac, WI Location) and easy to carry a conversation with someone. I just enjoy how their menu is unique enough without being flat weird. You can order fruit, salad, fresh juices, etc and it's a good balance of selections. Value is good IMO. I don't ever leave thinking I got a great deal, but I've also never left feeling like I got over charged or bad service, which is rare and very much appreciated. They do occasionally miss an item, utensil or something small, but they're quick to fix anything that's a mistake and I have never encountered a rude employee myself or ever heard a situation with another guest. Overall, maybe not spectacular, but really damn solid. read more
