Finding a good spot for sandwiches is hard especially since my husband is a former "sandwich…read moreartist" from his college days, lol. But after an intense Costco trip, we were wanting a hearty sandwich. They are located in a strip mall, where they are many other busy businesses so parking can be a little tough. But going in, they were packed! Tip to tail, it was just people trying to get their food. And, that was us waiting a while to come in to pick up our goods. So, absolutely order ahead because it will make it somewhat easier. We ordered: The JD Cold Shoulder - cold cuts on a garlic roll with chipotle ranch. My husband loved his, and glad he ordered it with the garlic roll. Joe's Spicy Italian - this was spicy and sweet, and it really hits when you love a good spicy italian sandwich. You can choose your bread, and I opted for mine to be on a French roll. Great sandwiches, long wait, but just really good and worth the wait!

This is a really small family run sandwich shop, so be prepared to wait in a long line because…read moreeverything is made to order and they are also making food for to-go orders at the same time. I would highly recommend stopping by before or after the lunch rush. Their sandwiches are very large with lots of fresh ingredients and they have your standard sandwiches along with their own specialties. They have gone "viral"locally for their amazing flavor combinations and while I'm not a "sandwich person," I really do like theirs. I wonder how many more times I can say sandwiches in this review? LOL! Have I eaten the best sandwich I've ever had here? No. But they are still solid. Service is friendly and there's a lot of seating because most people take their sandwiches to go.

I forget about Pali Grill cause it's not something I drive by often. That's my loss. Everything I…read morehave had here has been yummy! Freshly prepared, perfect balance of spices, etc and I always feel welcomed to the clean dining room though they seem to do a lot of take out too. The kabob as a sandwich said it came with fries and I cannot skip these fries when I come here. They are so good! The kabob was the perfect portion, wrapped with some onions and maybe other things in a pita. I enjoy the middle eastern music that typically plays in the restaurant. Because the place is rarely crowded it never feels loud. The folks who work here are friendly and genuinely want to know how the meal is, if you need anything. You see/hear this more when you are there between the busiest hours.... Today lunch for me was 2 pm so you get what I mean. Try it out and if you aren't sure what to try, ask the people working the counter. I already have suggestions for my next visit!

Not just another grill restaurant this is hands down the best grill around…read more This was our first time here and wow... flavor in every single bite. We ordered the chicken Philly with fries and a gyro with cheese fries, and everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The seasoning they use truly sets this place apart and makes the food unforgettable. The establishment was the cleanest I've ever seen a business which makes me want to dine in next time. Wonderful customer service as well. This is officially my new go to spot for amazing food. 10/10 will absolutely be back and will continue to support this wonderful family-owned business!

The compassion they showed when they found out that I had a family member in the hospital, was beyond my imagination. The sandwiches were amazing, fresh and tasted amazing. Thank you to the staff who waited on me, you really put a smile on my face during a very tough day.

This review is based on 2 orders of food from Potbelly. The first one was a carry-out order. We…read morewere missing a soda from the order, but fortunately, we checked before we left the restaurant and they provided the missing beverage. My wife ordered the Skinny Turkey Combo, and I ordered the Cubano. They were just "ok," nothing special. I placed the 2nd order for delivery through their Potbelly app. My wife ordered another Skinny Turkey sandwich, I ordered the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich, and chips and a chocolate shake. My sandwich had several pieces of gristle in it, and honestly, the Philly Cheese Steak at the Sweet Shop is much much better. My chips were there, but the chocolate shake was missing. I sent messages through the app, and got no response and the next day I called the restaurant. Here is why I only give them one star. All restaurants make mistakes. It's how they respond once you report the mistake. How they respond afterwards is what my evaluation is based on. In this case the male manager I spoke with was clearly annoyed with my call, He barked at me, "What do you want to do? Do you want to come over here and get the shake or a refund?" No apology, just an angry response. I opted for the refund since it's a 20 minute drive one way from our house to the restaurant. I checked my credit card account for two days and the "refund" never appeared. I'm not going to call them again, I'm simply never going to eat food from Potbelly ever again. UPDATE: After posting this review later in the day I heard from the general manager, with an apology, and they refunded me my entire meal, not just the missing item. I upped my evaluation from 1 star to 4 as a result.

Everything I ate was wonderful! Dare I say it's the best chicken sandwich in STL…read more... The hot chicken sandwich was not only incredibly thick and juicy, but the crust was crispy without being overwhelming or too much breading. I loved the spicy sauce that was used to make it hot chicken and somehow it didn't make the sandwich soggy at all. The slaw was more of a vinegar base, so it didn't weight it down with a heavy creamy flavor. Also the pickles were heavenly and I want to eat them on EVERYTHING. Moving onto the handcut, double fried fries. They were crispy and such a delight to see on a food truck, as far too often you get sad, pre-frozen fries. These were phenomenal and we ate every single one of them! You can practically taste the quality through the photos, they're everything and more than you'd imagine. I can't wait to try more things ASAP!

Red Dirt came out to our subdivision a few weeks ago which was a nice treat for a Sunday afternoon…read more The girls working the truck were really friendly and after we placed our order it took less than 10 minutes for us to receive it. The fries are what I would go back for since they were really the best part of the meal. The chicken sandwich was just okay for me. I think the flavor was lacking, but the chicken was moist and the breading was crunchy; I just wish it had a little more flavor. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken and said that it was just not as hot as he had hoped. This is a good option for a food truck and I would go back to order again in hopes that the flavor would be better next time!
