Egg bagel Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich

Morning shift doesn't know how to slice bagels. Very pathetic service. They were out of croissants so I got a bagel, regret it. Definitely not worth the price.

Chicken & avocado BLT. No avocado. Great. Now I'm home and tired... AND my sandwich SUCKS!!!! This is the end.

This is not what I ordered at all. No much for me today thanks Panera

Wasted my lunch break all to order my food, pay and realize when I checked my box they gave me flat bread pizza with cheese and tomatoes on it when I order a margarita flatbread pizza. They're not gonna tell you if they're out of anything they're just going to charge you, so definitely check your food before leaving. Personally I don't recommend any food place over in this area.

Steak panini with white cheddar, as it comes. Pretty sad excuse for a sandwich, and for $10 nonetheless.

Prices are atrocious for the food you get. I usually will only ever get the broccoli and cheddar soup, but have gotten the chicken tortellini and various sandwiches in the past. The food itself is alright, but if you're getting a sandwich you may as well cut your losses and get it from somewhere else. (The ratio of chicken in the chicken tortellini was also always meager to where you end up just eating dry pasta for the last half of your meal) They also often ignore requests for removing anything on a sandwich, etc.

Scrambled egg brioche with cheese (they added bacon)

Everytime I order the scrambled egg brioche breakfast sandwhich with cheese (which does NOT come with bacon, u have to pay extra to have bacon) they always add bacon and then when I call or come back they are already out of breakfast sandwiches and I can't get my food. Waiting 30 minutes or 15 min to eat and then it's al messed up. I didn't think everytime I order something I'd have to say I'm deathly allergic to something that doesn't even come on the sandwhich. I can't even put a note on Panera app that says tell the workers not to add bacon on the sandwhich that has no bacon. Food is great but they have messed up lot of my orders for me and my family. Food tastes great but sometimes you'll get less food than u got the first time you came. I normally understand mistakes but after a while it is frustrating.

Typically I go inside to order, but I actually placed this order online for pick up. I got there a couple minutes before the promised time & my order was ready. I was greeted at the door when I entered. The atmosphere was super chill & the restaurant was clean. The employee behind the counter was busy tending to duties, but still took the time to look up to greet me and to ask if I needed anything else. My salad was bomb because duh. The Fuji Apple salad is my absolute fav and go to when I eat at Panera. I requested extra dressing in the text box when I placed my online order. It was included. I'm always weary about requesting anything extra when ordering online because more often than not, it is forgotten.

this location is drive thru only

I've been a loyal customer of this Panera for six years, but now that they've closed their dining room, I will never be coming back. If I wanted to get food to go, I'd get it from an actual good restaurant. I go to fast food restaurants because I want to get some quick food and SIT DOWN to eat it.

When I first learned that Panera was opening up in the University area (near where I work), I shouted, "Hallelujah!" I've always loved the comforting feeling one gets in a Panera and I've never been disappointed in their lunches, breads, pastries, breakfast, or coffee. I think by now I've sampled everything on the menu so now I know exactly what I want and order the same thing every time. The You-Pick-Two combo offers you a choice of two of the following: soup, salad, sandwich. I mix it up a little bit depending on my hunger and the temperature outside, but it usually involves two of the three: cream of chicken and wild rice soup, French onion soup, Caesar salad, tomato and mozzarella salad (summertime only) and -- my favorite -- the Frontega chicken panini sandwich. As my side, I take their super-crunchy potato chips and bring them back to work for a snack on another day. Wash it all down with a cup of their hazelnut coffee and I've had a satisfying lunch. This Panera has always offered great service with a smile and cooked my order very quickly. Never a problem.

Ordered oatmeal, cinnamon roll, and a hot chocolate. The cinnamon roll was hard as a rock, the cup with the hot chocolate was dirty from something spilling on it, and the young man that served me at the window had on a filthy mask and uniform. I was so grossed out, I returned the meal for a refund. Even the drive thru window was messy.

This is NOT Peanut butter sauce!!!!!

Food came pretty fast, which I always appreciate when I'm dining in. Fresh rolls were typical - I especially enjoyed the thick sauce that came with it. Grilled pork was smokeyyy. Phew!! After the first bite, I was grinning so hard the entire time I was eating the sandwich bc I was so happy for the sandwich choose I made few minutes ago. It was perfection *chefs kiss* The Korean one was equally delicious. I enjoyed the kimchi topping, but it was not my favorite type of kimchi. Cilantro aioli added to the sandwich was nice touch! Overall, it's a quick, delicious joint that gave me such a beautiful experience! I would absolutely come back here next time I'm in the area. I wish I can magically transport this place to Triangle so I can come here all the time!

Because it was hot and I did not want to lose any muscle mass to sweating, we decided to dine inside. The place is very welcoming and lit up. They have a humongous menu board on the wall to your right as you enter. The prices are all very reasonable and you can get a great meal for under $15 per person. They also have a great selection of drinks and house made teas. We got a traditional Bahn Mi, which are sort of Vietnamese cold cuts with their relish, cucumber and jalapeño's. It is a taste of Vietnam in every bite and that soft flaky bread is the icing on the cake. We also got a BBQ Pork Bahn Mi, same style just savory pieces of pork in place of the "cold cuts". They have other types like chicken or Korean Beef available as well as vegan ones. They offer noodle bowls, empanadas and other types of appetizers. I got a Lychee tea to wash it all down. It has bits of fruit in it, it was a bit sweet so I watered it down. You place your order at the counter and get a # that they call out and you pick up your food and drinks at the counter . Bathrooms have a code that you need to ask for. Staff was friendly and got my food out quick and it was fresh and hot. Place was clean and tidy. Definitely will be back to try other things on menu as well as one of their signature teas. Stop in and indulge, you will definitely not be disappointed!

You walk up to the counter and place your order, we were the only ones there at the time so ordering was fairly quick. The young lady that took our order was polite and patient with us while we decided what we were going to order. I ordered the steak cheesesteak Dave's way with no onions, and added mayo, lettuce and tomatoe. They have a few items listed for dessert, but we were told that they were out of the banana pudding at the time. Our food was cooked to order and was piping hot when we received it. They placed my lettuce and tomatoes in a separate container which I'm grateful they did, because the lettuce was old and had a brownish tint to it. The cheesesteak was cheesy and really good. As I was eating I just noticed how dirty the place seemed. Although the staff were nice on their downtime every one was on their phone. I think they could have used that time to clean off the sticky tables, swept and mopped the floor etc. Everything just looked a bit dirty. Service was decent and fast, the food was freshly prepared and tasted great. Sanitation was a 96, not great but not bad either. If they could clean this place up and keep up with it, I could see myself coming back more often. Happy my bestie brought me by to give it a try!
