Panera is a great place to eat. The deals they have for the pick 2 are my favorite but today I came for breakfast. I ordered the chipotle chicken, scrambled and avocado wrap. I didn't quite enjoy the greasiness of the sauce and lack of chicken. It was maybe 2 bites of it. It wasn't the hottest but the wrap was very over cooked. I would suggest getting the avocado, spinach and tomato sandwich. That is my favorite and I regret not getting it The customer service here is one to applaud. The gentleman taking my order was extremely personable and I enjoyed my conversation with him. I'm not sure of his name because my receipt says Karen but he was working on 6/11 @ 10am (super shout out to you). read more

SADLY NOPE. Regardless if I order on the app or go to the store. My order is always incorrect or missing items. I just left this location where I asked for two Everything bagels sliced, not toasted. I waited, for what seemed like an absorbent amount of time to get 2 sliced Everything bagels via the drive-thru. When I received my bagels They were not sliced as I requested and I repeated it twice on the speaker before I pulled to the window. This location, regretfully has a very large homeless population and for the safety of the staff they have had to close the lobby and they do drive thru only. However, you would think that since they only have to focus on one area that accuracy would be above and beyond especially on a Sunday when there are not that many people to serve at 7:30am. However, I was highly disappointed. But this is usual for this location. If you go there be prepared to wait a while in the drive thru for simple items and be prepared for things to be missing or for them to be incorrect. Terrible experience here! Placed an online catering order. Staff member walked it out and put it in my car. The lid to the 1/2 gallon sweet tea wasn't in correctly. Not only did the liquid spill all over my car but it's ruined several sandwiches. I called and they said they would remake them- I drove back over to pick it up and had to wait over 20 mins in the parking lot for someone to bring them out to me. Prices are atrocious for the food you get. I usually will only ever get the broccoli and cheddar soup, but have gotten the chicken tortellini and various sandwiches in the past. The food itself is alright, but if you're getting a sandwich you may as well cut your losses and get it from somewhere else. My daughter and I were in the University section of town and she wanted to stop and get something to eat. She wanted seafood but since I am allergic I made another suggestion and insisted that we stop at Panera for takeout. Much to my chagrin, they were a HUGE disappointment this day. We placed the order by phone and were told it would be ready 20 min later. We drove over to their location about 10 min from where we were and waited outside for about 10 min. My daughter then went inside for the food. She was notified that the food was ready and went over to get it. The sign is erroneous because the system advises that the food is ready when it is not. overall while inside she waited an additional 15 min. The server was moving excruciatingly slow and meticulous and that is great if you are the only customer and that you are providing good service. In this case the service was just slow and a bit attitudinal. Once she received the order, she brought it outside for me to check it. There were 2 sandwiches, a soup, a baguette and 2 bags of chips. I took both sandwiches out of the bag to check but neither were marked as to what they were. When I mentioned this to my daughter she advised that the sandwiches should be identical so I felt less of a need to check them. We drove the 22 minutes to her house and sat down to eat. I bit into my sandwich and tasted more spicy peppers than anything else. I opened the two pieces of bread and was immediately saddened. The sandwich that was ordered was the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt. There was barely any avocado on it. I checked the other half o the sandwich and again, the avocado was playing hid and go seek as I was seeking but not finding it. On the second bite of the sandwich I noticed something was off. The bite seemed 'tough' in some way and I reopened the sandwich and found something weird. Under the cheese was a white piece of paper. YES I SAID THAT RIGHT. . . PAPER! Apparently whoever made my sandwich neglected to remove the paper backing from the slice before putting it in the sandwich. I took the mouthful out of my mouth and realized that I had bitten and was chewing the paper with my food. NOT GOOD. I immediately lost my appetite and threw the rest of the sandwich (which was most of it - OUT). At this point I tried to concentrate on the remainder of my meal which was the soup. It didn't taste rich but was light on brocolli and lacked flavor. It was considerably thinner than I remember which made me feel that they may be watering it down. I really didn't want it but I was still hungry so I ate it. The next day, I had the worst case of stomach issues for several hours. I will NEVER go to this location again. They are serving mostly college students so they may have fallen into a mindset of not caring. Even students deserve goof food at good prices and great customer service. What a shame Panera. Came here with the family the other day to have lunch and it was good my choice was the "pick 2" half a sandwich and half soup. That's usually my go to. I would say that its a little over priced but then again thats my opinion. They have these lemonades that are great. My choice on drink was the regular lemonade with a splash of orange lemonade. Typically I go inside to order, but I actually placed this order online for pick up. I got there a couple minutes before the promised time & my order was ready. I was greeted at the door when I entered. The atmosphere was super chill & the restaurant was clean. The employee behind the counter was busy tending to duties, but still took the time to look up to greet me and to ask if I needed anything else. My salad was bomb because duh. The Fuji Apple salad is my absolute fav and go to when I eat at Panera. I requested extra dressing in the text box when I placed my online order. It was included. I think by now I've sampled everything on the menu so now I know exactly what I want and order the same thing every time. The You-Pick-Two combo offers you a choice of two of the following: soup, salad, sandwich. I mix it up a little bit depending on my hunger and the temperature outside, but it usually involves two of the three: cream of chicken and wild rice soup, French onion soup, Caesar salad, tomato and mozzarella salad (summertime only) and -- my favorite -- the Frontega chicken panini sandwich. As my side, I take their super-crunchy potato chips and bring them back to work for a snack on another day. Wash it all down with a cup of their hazelnut coffee and I've had a satisfying lunch. I've always experienced great customer service here and my food is on-point - seriously can't get enough of the Green Goddess salad. The restaurant is well-maintained and tables are typically clean of crumbs/dishes, which is highly appreciated as I expect this particular location likely gets a high volume of traffic. My one complaint is the parking lot. There's a handful of spaces in front of the restaurant, otherwise you have to try to squeeze your car into the smaller-than-normal spaces in the back lot. Can't go wrong with Panera! Their menu is big enough (and tasty enough) to pretty much eat every meal here. I usually just go for lunch. Lately I have been doing their "Pick Two" option for lunch so 1/2 salad and 1/2 a sandwich or 1/2 a sandwich and a cup of soup... mix and match. It was a little crowded today, I thought the rain would force everyone to stay indoors, so there was some jockeying going on for tables (since it was also cold outside).
