The pork was all meat and didn't have any globs of fat that you sometimes find in American pulled pork barbecue. The Jerk Chicken Sandwich was the weekly special. It consisted of several pieces of skin-on mostly dark meat chicken, house made slaw and I think a little mayo. I took off the chicken skin. It wasn't crispy and I don't care for much chicken skin. Even doing that, it had good flavor. A nice blend of spices and a little spiciness. I didn't eat it right away but it was still good. Like I said, I ordered this sandwich the next day. But what makes it unique is that it specialies in local produce and will actually buy stock from locals (grown in allottments or gardens) for sale in the shop - what a fantastic concept and very much in line with the spirit of the age.
