The guy who works there with the tattoos needs a lesson on professionalism and how not to be so rude. His mannerism will ruin the company. I'm not sure what type of people he deals with on a daily basis but I am not one of them. I tried to step out the box and not go to my usual spot because I was so far away. I won't do that again. I wanted a regular manicure and pedicure. He said sit down! I said ok, where do I pick the colors? He said "Sit down!!!" We would bring you the book!" I said ok. When they brought me the book it was no-chip colors. I said do you have regular colors that match the book? He rolled his eyes then looked down as he texted in his phone! Then said yes.. The other guy that was about to do my nails also seen he was a bit rude, but tried to keep peace. Finally, the guy doing my nails came over and said, we could do regular polish on your toes but only no-chip on my nails, was that ok? I said no thanks. I turned to Mr. Rude in the chair and said, that's what I was asking you. She shunned me off saying good day. The anger that filled up inside of me... lol! After being a faithful client for years .... the business in Pandora has declined...today my nail tech was unavailable so I was recommended to another tech named Jay.... Jay was extremely unprofessional and even threatened to call the police for a mistake he made.... Jay attempted to do my nails and they were different shapes and sizes. When I mentioned one particular nail was way too short he said, " oh my bad I can fix it"... he then went and tried to add acrylic 2x and messed it up further when I pointed it out he began to scream stated he wasnt going to do my nails for a mistake he made.... then he attempted to grab my hands saying he was going to cut my nails off or call rhe police.. I told him to call the police I he wasnt going to cut nothing or touch me ... he then yelled for Katrina the owner who at first attempted to cover for him but then acknowledging my nails were messed up and she could fix them... Jay continued to walk up and be confrontational. I told him to back away from me as I discussed the situation with Katrina... Katrina stated, I had to pay for my nails even though they were messed up or let her fix them... I told her I didnt wanted anyone touch me they really couldn't be fixed but because he was threatening I was leaving.... I attempted to pay for feet. The service has become so horrible at Pandora. I recently seen a video from an altercation involving a friend of mine and another customer. Per the video, the worker was unprofessional and holding my friend back, while the other customer strikes. My friend had paid for eyelash services, and the lashes didn't last a few days. She reached out to the salon, the salon informed her to come get them fixed. When she arrived, they gave her the run around and didn't want to assist her in doing her lashes. This could've all been avoided, if they just honored their word/ policy. This was my first time here. My friend recommended Pandora. I had no wait time and my manicurist was named Alex. Since I preferred to keep my natural nails long, Alex suggested an acrylic overlay. I hadn't had one in years. For many years, I was just getting gel manicures. Not only was I pleased with Alex' work, we held a very interesting conversation. As long as Alex is there, I'll definitely make this my home for my nail care. read more

They literally tried to tell me I had powder dip on my nails when in fact I have a fake gel set! I say fake because it's an acrylic overlay with a gel polish. While the kindness and customer service is good and pleasant, I am personally not satisfied with the actual "nail" service. During my experience, I got a regular pedicure and no-chip manicure. I admit I am more of a regular manicure kind of person but, due to time, I decided to go for the no-chip. Bad choice! Pedi: no effort to remove dirt under and side nails, no massage (used to this at least a little), no lotion on legs after hot towel, no oil or lotion under feet, the scrubbing felt more like a washing(no effort to smooth feet), but very nice girl in giving me water while I started coughing‍ No-chip Manicure: no effort to remove cuticles, "round shape" as requested was mediocre, no effort to remove dirt underneath nails, no massage on nails, no warm water to soak nails, this is also the first time I've ever soaked my nails in a plastic dish. When I wanted to wash my hand she said no because she had already smoothed. I told her I wanted the dirt out. She proceeded to use a utensil intending to remove it, but her effort was more for show. While I can admit the color may not fit my skin tone, I would still expect a clean and smooth finish. Again, a kind girl who now offers me a cough drop. Nice. After the application again, I wanted to wash my hands and she says, you don't need to. What? I went to go wash my hands. I could feel some nail tips a bit uneven and asked for them to be smoothed. While the majority of this is my fault for not speaking out, anyone would think there are certain common sense things are expected. Like I said they were kind, I saw that the place does have regular customers, but for me personally, I would not recommend. I was charged $61. I went to this place for the first time and there was a guy name Ming that did my nails. He moved extremely fast while providing me services. It was the fastest manicure service I have ever received. Usually you wash your hands following the filing and cleaning of the nails he states at the end not now. I have never heard of washing hands only after the manicure was complete. However Currently I have a horrible mail infection from his negligence of sanitizing his equipments. read more

Been in this nail shop for 3 hours for them to do my nails messy and then tell me no one else can re do them but they can put a top coat on My no chip. TF?! Well my last time coming here. These shops start getting a lot of business and then think we are supposed to accept anything. 1/2 the customers going off and complaining about waiting 3 hours and only got pedicures so far. I wanted to love this place since it's so close to my house and tried it out since it just opened. As soon as you walk in it does look clean since it is new...I went in for a pedicure and a no chip manicure. The woman told me to have a seat in the pedicure chair and that someone would be with me, I waited 45minutes in the chair. The girl that did my pedicure was nice and she did a decent job, by the time my pedicure was done I had already been there for almost 2hrs. When she was done I told her never mind the no chip manicure, I'll just get polish on my nails since I had been there so long. As I was there for that long I noticed that the pedicure tubs do not get disinfected!!!! Gross. All they do is quick rinse it with just water. The owner Katrina is Rude! The Girl that took care of my pedicure and polish asked her a simple question about price and she talked to her like she was dumb. She had so many people waiting on the chairs upset. I called up there about my nails that I got done earlier this week they offered to re polish. I got there and the lady who messed them up just threw polish on top and I asked why didn't she take it off to be neater, she said that's a polish change! How it these are the same colors and SHES the one who fucked up! A man named jojo told me they were charging me $3 after I had already paid because I had 4 colors when I came for the first full set, I was never charged that! I said no! I already paid and these nails are still bogus! He then stopped her to finish my nails and RUSHED to polish them and messed them up with his hand and then ignore it & put clear on top of it!
