Since I am in a temporarily wheelchair ridden at the moment an employee saw that I was trying to enter the store and she and a customer held both doors open for me. Once I was in the store I was greeted by Vicky and she was super instrumental in helping me find the perfect bracelet and charm. She and her manager Nadia who is also just an exemplary staff member helped me sign up for a pandora store credit card. Upon waiting for my approval me and Vicky carefully went through a book of different bracelets, charms and spacers and clamps she helped me find ones that were just what my girlfriend would love. She helped me pick out a bracket package that was absolutely gorgeous , I was looking for a specific Eiffel Tower charm that would make the bracelet complete and at first I was told it was sold out but Vicky went above and beyond and ended up finding the last one in stock! I left out of the pandora store feeling as if each employee really cared to help their customers get the right gems and figurines for their bracelets but Vicky especially. Oh not to mention she helped me maneuver me in my wheelchair through all of the pre Christmas madness that was going on in the store. Thanks for an incredible shopping experience! I've been to this store a few times, and have always had excellent service. Today was no exception. My Pandora bracelet was tarnished and dirty, so I went to see how much it would cost to have it cleaned and polished. I walked in, and was immediately acknowledged and greeted by Emily. I asked how much it would cost to clean my bracelet, and she advised me that cleaning is a free service they provide. I was thrilled. While Emily was getting my bracelet and charms ready for cleaning, she helped me pick out two spacers to purchase. Once I told her my bracelet had a purple theme, she was eager to help me find something purple. I ended up buying them, and Emily offered to put them on my bracelet after it was cleaned. She told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I walked around the mall. When I returned to the store to get my bracelet, Emily greeted me with a smile and informed me that not only was it ready, but that she had arranged my charms for me. I was very impressed. Great service by Emily!! Also of note, the store itself is very pretty, clean, and organized. It's not terribly large, so I can imagine it gets quite crowded on busy days. What a beautiful experience at the Pandora store in The Falls. Daughter has been literally saving her pennies to save up to buy a bracelet. We were greeted immediately upon entering by Andrea. She told us about a great promotion they were having and we ended up leaving the store with 3 bracelets instead of one. We were quite indecisive when it came to which style bracelet we wanted. Andrea showed us every possible option even though the store was busy, we never felt rushed. We also took our time deciding which charms to pick, and still Andrea took out tray after tray helping us pick the perfect charm. On a hot sunny day in Miami, we were hot from walking around, and we were offered cold water the second we mentioned how thirsty we were. The manager Vanessa was also fabulous, reminding us we could bring our jewelry in to be cleaned any time. I only expected to take my daughter in to purchase her bracelet, and left with much more than that; polite and lovely customer service. (Considering my daughter paid with a zip lock bag full of coins) other places in Miami would have reacted with an attitude, not these ladies! They were fantastic! What can I say about my experience at Pandora at the Falls.....I had gone in before New Years to exchange a couple of rings I had bought for my mom at the Dolphin Location. The associate that helped me that day ( do not remember her name) was able to locate the rings and said they would be transferred. When I went to pick them up, I had spoken with Zoe on the phone and she was there when I went to pick them up, unfortunately the rings were not the correct ones, Zoe went out of her way to check every single display until she was 100% sure they did not have the size and then assured me that they would be available for pick up the following day. I was able to go by today and although she was helping another customer, she came over to make sure they were correct and that they fit my mom correctly... Zoe is super sweet and a wonderful representative for Pandora.... and I could not resist buying the chocker, which again Zoe suggested the adding of a charm and even showed me how she wore hers..... read more

Megan wydler was the first person that greeted me at the door with the up most warmest smile that can light up the room,as soon as pandora the falls opened. Me working nights getting off first thing in the morning, I just want to be in and out for my guilty last minute Christmas shopping. Megan knew where everything was, she was knowledgeable of her prices, after getting so overwhelmed with charms. She asked me who it's for and how old. They were Important questions to speed this process along and get me out of the door in no time. She helped me sorts some charms aside and decide which earrings that suited me the best. She was helpful, patient throughout the whole time. While keeping her smile on her face the whole time.. we proceeded to the cashier desk as she kindly but rapidly wrapped all my gifts. I was a bit hesitant about visiting this location because of the reviews, but since it was the location closest to my house I decided to give it a try. My experience at Pandora at The Falls was excellent. Very friendly staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The associate, who's name is Christina I think, was very kind and took the time to show me around even though I said I was not planning on buying anything. As far as the jewelry goes, I've personally never purchased Pandora before so I am not sure of the quality. The prices are fair for a jewelry store. I was surprised at the selection they had. I always associated Pandora with charm bracelets, but they have a lot more than just charms. Will definitely be back. read more

We were greeted very warmly by Natasha asking what she could do for us. Upon letting her know that we were interested in adding to my bracelet she took personal attention to what I wanted and began to disassemble so we could see what would fit, We had recently purchased an anniversary charm and we saw one that we wanted, but as she began to reassemble she noticed that it would not fit on the bracelet, she so kindly explained that the size of the charm area is a set distance and space, Disappointed as we were we were still able to get a charm we liked, we just enjoyed the experience and were grateful for the thorough attention and kind manner which we were treated and that is most appreciated, Thanks again and we will surely be back read more

I had the best experience and customer service this past week when I visited the Pandora store at the Falls in Miami. Krystal was so helpful assisting me with selecting some wonderful pieces for my 12 year old. I absolutely has no idea what I wanted to get but in the end was super satisfied and happy with the Xmas gift I purchased. I know my daughter will loved it. Not to mention the Krystal is my sister's name which was ironic when the manager's name was the same. So I think me going to Pandora store at the Falls was destined since I lived over 30 miles away. I stop by Pandora store at the falls this morning (Feb 28th). The reason is because it's my mom's birthday. I know she likes some of the pandora products, so I have a vague idea what to get for her. Fortunately, the associate that helped me today was Diana W. She is a lovely person, very nice, kind, very knowledgeable of the products and has a lot of patience (specialty with me) because I asked her many questions and I made her show me many different charms and bracelets and her always with a smile on my face and ready to help me at all times. Went in today to get a pair of earrings my mom has not stopped talking about for her birthday. I was greeted by Megan who didn't hesitate to show me all the options and really cared that I was satisfied with my purchase, even if it wasn't the most expensive option. She offered great customer service and it was a breeze. Even with the small wait time to pay, she apologized for the delay (which honestly, with her great attitude throughout the sale, I didn't even mind). A couple of weeks ago I took my daughter and her friend to the movies. Since I had time to kill I walked around and noticed Pandora had a line out the door. They were having a promotion so I figured why not and put my name down. My turn came around and I couldn't have been helped by a better associate! I recently when into the store at the falls hoping to get some help in the proper usage of a leather cord I had received as a gift a few years ago. I had the pleasure to meet Samirah and Caroline, both took the time to explain may ways I could use my cord. KRYSTAL is amazing. She spent so much time with me and I felt as I was the only one in the store despite the fact that it was packed. I was very indecisive and she helped me to figure out what worked and what didn't work. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does. I had my 2 little girls with me and Krystal was very sweet and accommodating and understanding of my situation, (having 2 small kids in a packed store with some misbehavior!!!!). Daniela and Yochi were simply amazing! Daniela helped me pick out the perfect ring for my cousin's birthday! Yochi was so helpful and provided suggestions on how to wear the ring in more than one way, through stacking the ring with other styles or by wearing it in a set!
