Now I have kiddos who keep asking whether we can go again. Just bought tickets to see the Snow Man and the Snow Dog show for the holidays and looking forward to it. Update: Snow Man and the Snow Dog was not loved by the kids (3 year old and 5 year old), personally I felt it was really boring too. High production value but just not captivating enough. My kid loved the original video but couldn't wait for the play to end.

I attended my first play at Imagination Stage yesterday, and I know it won't be my last. Here is what you need to know: + Garage parking is free on Sundays + Tickets are sent electronically along with a helpful email and storybook pdf that helps prepare young children on what to expect when they go to the theatre + The theatre is truly intimate -- there is not a bad seat in the house (Trust me -- we were last row, on the side of the stage and still had a great view!) + Children's shows can be quite corny and cut corners when it terms to production value but not at Imagination Stage. I was really impressed by the quality of acting and the set of "Dory Fantasmagory." + They offer lots of free programming such as "Meet the Cast", family yoga, and a children's fashion show to go with the play. I went with a group of children ages 4 - 11 and they had everyone entertained. Seeing everyone's faces light up and laughing out loud has truly filled my cup of cuteness for the entire week. Thanks again Imagination Stage. Can't wait to visit again!

I've been traveling out of town and this is one of the best BJJ gyms I've visited so far. There's a…read morevery healthy culture and community at Groundworks. The instructors (Chris and the two Seans) teach a very modern approach to BJJ. Instead of just showing a position, practicing it a few times, and then sparring, they have us play games to really drill in the position and how it connects to the overall picture. I have found this style to be extremely beneficial as a beginner who is still trying to understand the fundamentals. One of my favorite things about the gym is the strong sense of community. On Thursdays we go out to a Mexican restaurant after class and travel to other gyms. Whether you are new to BJJ or have been practicing for a while you'll be sure to find an awesome community and phenomenal training here at Groundworks. OSS!

Everyone was super friendly, welcoming and more than willing to teach me some new tricks. The gym owners themselves were very warm-hearted people and offered to roll with me as well which was tremendously helpful. Facilities were super clean and plenty of mat space for a bit crew to roll. Would give this place an 11 out of 10 and recommend to anyone looking for a place to train while visiting DC or even begin their jiu jitsu journey.

Chuck E Cheese stole the show with his high fives and dance moves and totally amped up the energy! It was not overly crowded despite it being a rainy day. Food and cake got the job done - drinks were watered down and flat. Overall, great to see kids having fun at an "old fashioned" arcade where kids can still be kids.

I won one of their 3 raffles for a birthday party for 12 and my nephew had his there with 20 kids, so we paid extra and ordered pizzas and drinks for the adults. It was their best package at the time and the kids had a blast! I've been to the old location many times through the years and this new location is so much bigger and brighter. The new fun pass options deliver a great deal especially if you live close by and go often, but even once a month is a good deal. I often see people in front paying regular price for one kid and it's the same cost as 3 months pass! The trampoline area is now expanded with an obstacle course and they raised the price to $15 which includes the socks. I wish they'd do a deal with a pass for the trampoline area and they can reuse their socks - Sky Zone now offers memberships. Staff have been great and I see some even playing with the kids now!
