We were visiting the town and wanted to have a lunch. I previously tried the other Chinese buffet in the town and this time wanted to try this restaurant. This is the first Chinese buffet that had not a single Chinese person. The food choices were very limited compared to the prices for the food. No sushi at all. Fried rice was half cooked and it had nothing in it other than rice. Most of the food was prepared with thick corn starch. Deserts mostly canned fruits. Snatching plates from the table, etc. not one smile. Food was pretty good but service could have been much, much better. If you go with kids, watch your bill. Been to a million Chinese buffets, and I must say that this is easily in the top third of them. The chicken chunks used in all the dishes are quite big and juicy (a few were a little dry). Not a gigantic selection, but the things they do, they do well. Place is relatively small, so tables are a little crammed. I'm always hesitant to try Chinese from a place that I'm not familiar with, but my Chinese hankering got the best of me while I was in Branson for work. I went through their drive thru (which seemed kinda different to me) and ordered a general Tso chicken combo-which came with rice, a drink, crab rangoon AND an egg roll-and chicken lo mein. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had...anywhere! Everything was hot and fresh. Sometimes on Chinese buffets you get a lot of things that all taste the same...not here.
