STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE SHE TRIED TO KILL ME Placed ordered and said no mushrooms that I am allergic my order had mushrooms. When I called she would not refund money and said there were only alittle mushrooms. Wanted me to drive another half hour to return food. She tried to kill me and would not take responsible for her actions or at the very least refund the money.

This wasn't the first time. Just the first time I called them on it I ordered no mushrooms because I'm allergic to it they put mushrooms I called them up and their answer was we only put a little mushrooms in it it even says it on the receipt no mushrooms they wouldn't even make good by refunding the money stay far far away from this place if you like your life. This place is the worse but here's not many choices around here

Fast and tasty food. The service was friendly and they seem to do a pretty good business for even late afternoon.

Blue Spice has been on my to-do list for literally years, and Monday was finally the day. I stopped…read moreby for lunch with my top-tier chum, a native of the Kingdom of Sussex who has been here before and has spoken highly of it. I don't know why I was surprised to discover this was in a strip mall, but that's on me. A nice one, at least. The place was relatively busy but we were able to secure a table easily with zero wait time. Pleasant vibes inside. I don't mean this as an insult at all but I was expecting more ethnic decor in line with the restaurant's menu - instead, it's pretty Americanized and feels like a classic suburban NJ establishment. I liked the painted brick on the lefthand side that has Blue Spice's logo/sign on it; spiffy. The bathroom was also a high point, which is...not something I say often. It was very clean and smelled nice, and I liked the dark cruise-ship lighting vibe. We decided to split the scallion pancake app, which was an excellent decision. I work in the city and regularly have this item from a place in Chinatown, and I honestly thought this was better, mostly because it was thicker/denser than what I'm used to. Super tasty and would get that again in a heartbeat. Giant portion as well - we split the pancake, which was roughly the size of a small pizza. My chum had leftovers there, I did not; so it goes with us. I've had a few mediocre chicken katsu experiences of late, so this seemed like a chance for redemption. I ordered the Akiko Curry entree, which was their spin on chicken katsu curry. Honestly wasn't my favorite. Again, a HUGE portion here and was only able to finish about 60% of it despite having a pretty legit appetite coming in. And the presentation value is excellent as well, as far as that goes. This could easily just be a personal palate preference, but I wasn't crazy about the curry itself (which had a weird tang to it) and didn't resemble the standard curry I'm used to with this dish. Also, as you can see from the attached, the curry is basically on the side of the dish, separated from the chicken and rice. Because of that, the chicken is on the dry side, which is my primary beef (pun?) with the item to begin with. So a miss for me, but I could see why other people would like this (and apparently do). The service was excellent, full stop. Our waitress was very nice and personable; she had strong command of the menu and you could see her consistently engaging with other patrons throughout our meal as well. She took several group photos so this is apparently a Kingdom of Sussex hot spot for that, which I wouldn't have guessed. She was so good both of us remarked on it multiple times during the meal, which is a rarity. But a great example of hospitality markedly improving an experience and making what was already an overall positive situation that much better. Huge marks there. Would definitely come back but would explore other parts of the menu once I feasted on the scallion pancake.

D-rock the concurrent will regale u wit a rich tapestry woven wit da threads of storytelling. We all kno that when the times get tough that easy times make tough times easier than when they wuz tough. The accident took a toll on my personalty from who I had been carefree n lovin 2 everyone knowin that da cosmic sauce we all dippin our wings in is made from a base of holy unity amongst all sentient beins. I let da memory I can't excape of my slingshot spinnin out n goin down da boatramp on Kelly drive by da row center n da battry stop worken n it twist my footback 180 degrees. I knew I had 2 get back to me. I had 2 seek what had not been sought. I had 2 go on a journey 2 where a man could dive deep within who he is n make the mental sojourn to explore the dark corner of da mind to expose da peace that each man strive 2 be. I knew me n my gurl wuz gonna have to head to da pocono for da Memorial Day weekend break so I could get some peace amongst the mountain scenery. I had da Italian ailment call FUNDZALOW (funds-are-low) n knew we couldn't swing a Airbnb bcuz I'm on a fixed income right now n my gurl spend all her extra money on Her DUI lawyer payment plan so we had 2 stay wit her dad n brother that have 2 lazy eyes. We sleep in his room when we stay there n he sleep on da couch n his sheets always be wild all cover in dog hair n who kno when they washed. If that wuz not bad enuff then when u go out 2 use the restroom in the nite he sleep facing the door wit his eyes open so it look like he always looked kind of at you or behind u since his eyes lazy. We sat by da river the first day but it wuz rainin n tough get Down by the water at Smithfield beach bcuz my foot twisted up somethin unholy. We got down there n just sat n stare at da rain drop makin ripples in da river. It make me think about how everythin me n my gurl wuz goin thru now was just a ripple from an event cause by a poor decision. We wuz caught in the ripple now. It let me see that the ripple don't go on forever. Eventually life smooth out. The surface wanna be smooth. I knew in that moment ya boy wuz gonna be AOK. Tough time don't last just tough people bro. I knew I had da gumption to better my situation. I believed again. My girl believed again. We knew that da future had in store 4 us and we realized that we just accidentally take da elevator to da basement but we on da way back up to da penthouse but this time wit more awareness of da responsibility that go along wit it. All this enlightening made ya boy have da hunger of 2 oxen. I knew I must feast n I knew I had 2 have the cuisine of my enlightened Buddhist breatheren. I knew the battle I must fight to get back on da rite track n the only meal for for the fuel I would need was that of the great general tso. This chilken was given me the power of great warriors before me that vanquished armies, natural disasters, n personal injury cases. I got da large. No fried rice just all chilken n brocoli. The sauce wuz as sweet as the breeze on my lips cruisin down Kelly drive on the Schuylkill in my slingshot. The brocoli remind the green tree tops swayin in da breeze. A perfect summer day second to no other. Me, my girl, da slingshot, Philadelphia, the album God's Favorite by Noreaga blasting from Da speakers. Heaven, nirvana, whatever u wanna call it. I knew it waited there 4 me all bcuz of this chiken. The meal was a microcosm of the universe in dat moment. It wuz all gonna be ok. 2 have desire is 2 have inherent suffering. U just gotta make sure it worth it. I found peace in dat mountain, that river, n that meal. Believe. I don't like the fried rice at nearly any Chinese takeout spot in the area but the rice here most closely resembles NYC fried rice to me. The inside is fairly small with maybe 6 tables and the cleanliness is honestly what you'd expect from a Chinese takeout spot. So The Dragon and Phoenix is a little different here than I'm used to, but still good. I'm used to General Tso's Chicken with a spicy shrimp. This was General Tso's with a very basic flavored shrimp, maybe in a lobster sauce. I still enjoyed it, but it was just a bit of an unexpected twist. The fantail shrimp were a little overcooked as well but still enjoyable. Their fried rice and lo mein are always on point. This is definitely the spot I choose in this general area each time I want takeout, and I've been trying others to see if any will change that but so far none is up to the task.
