Sweet and sour chicken was dry and hard to eat. The orange chicken and fried rice were pretty good. But it is on the expensive side when it comes to fast food its more of a restaurant price. Service was very good, we were offered free samples of whatever we wanted. Place was clean. Drink selection was a bit bland. read more

Very poor quality food. Nasty and cold. When I complained the guy shrugged his shoulders and gave me some lip.

Check your order for human hair, just got my order delivered and first bite is human hair disgusting

Have ordered door dash from here two times and both times they gave rice instead of chow mein and the orange chicken is severely over cooked, like burnt while the teriyaki chicken is rubbery. Just all together not satisfying. read more

Ordered two orders of plates and 12 pcs of spring rolls. Ordered these items to be delivered to me on 02/07/2026. They delivered the plates of food, but didn't deliver the 12 pcs of spring rolls! I tried contacting customer service to get my mi item redelivered or refunded, but got the run around from the company! This is not good service at all! Sug that you use other companies for your food! read more

I keep making the mistake of going here every few weeks. Tonight was the typical "yeah this is bad..." experience. After walking in I am greeted by one worker just blankly staring at me. Doesn't say hi, doesn't ask if they can help me. Just nothing. I say hi, start ordering. I have to repeat my order about 27 times. Why? Because every single worker there has an airPod in their ear while working. Not paying attention to give even a drop of customer service to anyone. I think she said like 3 words to me the whole time. Is this company policy to allow everyone to have headphones in while working? Chik fil a goes out of their way to make my dining experience great. And after they're done they say "my pleasure...". Tonight's panda worker would've rather been anywhere else but working. Is the work environment that bad that you need a permanent distraction in your ear just to tolerate being somewhere for 4 hours and scoop food onto a plate? Management needs to step up and get this place back in shape. Floor was sticky, table has old noodles on it... but hey we had the latest Kendrick Lamar song playing. Oh and I'm writing this review on the toilet probably because the food wasn't even at the right temp. Orange chicken was warm at best. read more

Terrible experience. Went through the drive through and ordered some crab rangoons. Big mistake. I got home to eat them but when I opened the bag they looked like they had been made from old oil that had never been changed. It might have been better if it was fried in motor oil. Very cold. Very dry. Very disgusting. read more

Felt like we were invisible. Patiently waited a few mins for our turn to order, then the lady serving allows presumably a family member to cut in front of us and decides to make their 6 orders instead of taking ours. We left as she started making the 4th plate of food after about 10 mins. Used to really like this place, will not be back. read more

Always amazing service and my best go to spot for some quick good food! Never have any problems and always meet with great customer service. No clue why other people put these horrible reviews, but this place is amazing and CLEAN! I always order through the app and never run into issues. read more

Food is okay, definitely no where near other Panda Express restaurants I've been to. Ordered through drive through and the gentleman had good customer service. read more

Staff are friendly. Food is above fast food average. The meat was hard and chewy...not at all like the sample I had from the same wok. It's a 50/50. Most of the time they'll make it up fresh if it has sat for any length of time. Out of chop sticks. First time using a fork in 18 years to eat Chinese food, lol! They have quality plastic ware. read more

Frozen food warmed up and they think it's the same as a real restaurant. Do not waste your time, they are fast food only.

I contacted the number provided here on Yelp regarding my experience. I was offered two 'My Guest' coupons (whatever those are) which I declined. I was then instructed to email a copy of my receipt to customer service so that a refund for my purchase could be processed. read more

Third time I've gone and no unsweet tea available. So the non pop drinkers only have the option of water I guess. If it's not that, they're always out of certain options. read more

I've been to this location at least a half dozen times. In all of my visits not once has they had teriyaki chicken and not once has the staff been pleasant. You never know when they will have the dining room open or be open at all. Complete lack of management and customer service and this location should be an eyesore for the corporate office if it isn't already. You would think at the very least you would be prepared with the number one selling flavor of chicken...... read more

DO NOT GO! They never have food. The employees don't care at all. When I asked if there was a manager on staff they said she clocks in and leaves everyday. read more

Only thing crispy is the green beans. Chicken is nothing but mush. Wish I hadn't stopped by today to eat here.

Kung pao tasted terrible and black pepper steak I got on my one piece of meat and it all mushroom.

Update: called the store there's no manager on duty. The only thing the employee said is she'd give me a free thing of fried rice as long as I have a receipt. Which THEY DID NOT GIVE ME! I ate as much as I could and it was disgusting. I'm changing this from 2 stars to 1. Usually my favorite restaurant but it's gone downhill. I just recently ordered WHITE RICE with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp but instead they gave me fried rice and nasty fatty looking chicken. They also failed to let me know that the shrimp was $1.25 more until we were at the payment window. Very disappointing. Won't be back. I also never received a receipt. read more

This Panda express is like your normal Panda Express. The food is tasty for fast food Chinese food (westernized) and the service is quick. Definitely will be back to this location. read more

Very poor customer service here as the worker acted like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. The food was not that great and they didn't have what I wanted. The portions were very small and definitely not worth the cost. I usually have pretty good experiences here and I am just very disappointed! Do better Panda Express! read more

Hey this place is yummy. You can sample to your heart's desire. I recommend the HONEY SESAME CHICKEN (it has nuts also) and I believe it's the BEIJING BEEF. Not bad for fast food! read more

The service I've received has always been mediocre at best. Now that they have eliminated the only item I really cared about, there's really no point in me patronizing their restaurants anymore. I guess that's just my own personal observation and not indicative of the quality or tastiness of their food. Others may feel completely different. read more

Looks like Panda Express is another victim of Covid, you can eat inside again but all sauces are in packets.... nothing like putting cold sauce on your somewhat fresh/warm food. The sweet n sour sauce for your egg roll will need to be applied directly to each bite like a burrito. Apparently they refer to leave the rice partially uncooked now as well as my last couple of visits is been hard. It's sad as this used to be my favorite place. read more

Panda Express used to be one our favorites. But it has lost it's flavor. Today the Sweetfire Chicken was mushy and bland as well as the fried rice. read more

Pulled up right after they closed accidentally. Sweetest woman still took our order and had us just pull up to the window to take it for us. Absolutely HORRIBLE service at Panda on East Kellogg in Wichita. Ordered and paid online at 6:40. Website stated NO asap orders. Best time was 7:15. Again we ordered and paid at 6:40. We showed up at 7:15. The order was not ready. The staff told us they had to serve everyone in line before us before they could fill out order we ordered and paid for 35 minutes before anyone was in line. We finally got our order served AFTER all others in line and a healthy bit of screaming. NO manager on duty. We received our prepaid order at 7:40. 1 HOUR AFTER WE PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE AND 25 MINUTES AFTER THE READY TIME. DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Less than 1 star if possible. read more

Before going out to eat at a restaurant, I usually look through their menu(s) online first so I know exactly what to order when I get there. Despite this being a fast food chain, I made no exceptions. Though nothing like San Francisco or NYC, Wichita has quite a large number of "American Chinese" restaurants. These places all offer the basics: orange chicken, beef and veggies and fried rice (fortune cookies for desserts? Score!). I looked through PE's menu and something caught my eye: eggplant & tofu. I wanted to try it and I wanted it immediately. I got into my car and drove approximately 15 minutes to PE. I wanted to eat comfortably at home so I ended up going through the drive though instead. I was greeted by a friendly voice. I asked if they had eggplant & tofu and she said no. I was so sad. I didn't want to go home empty handed so I ended up ordering their Beijing beef and orange chicken. "Thank you thank you," the lady said to me. For a fast food chain, this was not fast. There was only one car ahead and I waited for about ten minutes before it was finally my turn to drive up to the window. At first I thought the car in front had ordered a lot but I was wrong. I don't know what took PE so long. I should've just walked inside to order. Perhaps it would've been a much faster process. Overall, I was disappointed. Not only was I not able to order what I was craving for, it was also a long wait. To make things worse, I ordered steamed rice but got fried rice instead. The entrees were average. I could easily get these elsewhere. PE failed to impress me and I won't be back. read more

Don't even wast your time. Worst ran Panda Express. When there supposed to be open there not. The service just sucks.

Prices keep going up and the servings size keep going down. Not worth the money. Better deal at Wendy's and Spangles with their meal deals. read more

Want a late supper? Don't stop here. They close at 9 but quit cooking at 8. What? They were out of everything including utensils. Not a great experience. Will never go back. read more

This Panda express is near home and convenient so consequently I have visited their drive through two or three times a month for the past six years. The drive through has always been a little on the slow side but orders have always been hot and servers have been pleasant. One of my favorite dishes is their Teriyaki chicken and I always double up on it. Since July 1, 2021 I have gone through the drive through 10 times without being able to place an order because there was no teriyaki chicken available. I have tried early, late and rush times around meals to no avail. If they aren't going to have one of their best menu items available then why is it on the menu. My rant is done and I WILL NOT RETURN! read more

Taste great if they don't randomly close hours early. You'll just show up and they'll have a "we closed at 8" sign hanging up like that tells people that drive 10 minutes for dinner they're closed early. Which a business shouldn't be doing anyways. Just bad business, annoying and has happened on multiple occasions read more

We tried to eat here at 8:48 last night. Google said they closed at 9:00. The girl on the drive thru said she was sorry but they closed early. I understand; we came near the end of the day, but I didn't realize it would be such an issue. When we asked what time, they said and I quote "uhh, (very long pause) 8:45." It was pretty clear they just didn't want to serve us. Big bummer. We won't be coming back. Ever. read more

I am a regular customer and eat at the Wichita and Derby Kansas Panda stores between 30 and 40 times a month. I have lost over 50lbs eating at Panda Express! Sure, there are issues now and then, but generally speaking, I love the food. 2 issues stand out CONSISTENTLY that need to be addressed: 1. Dirty tables! I know they get busy, but I regularly sit at a dirty table because there is nothing clean and just today, nobody came out to clean tables- even with no one ordering at the counter. When you see multiple tables turn over a couple of times without being cleaned, this is unacceptable. (This issue is mostly with the East Kellogg store) 2. Overcooked Teriyaki Chicken! Seems about a third of the time, this chicken is overcooked. When it's right, it's juicy and tender. When it's charred BLACK, dry and tough, I'm amazed that they actually still serve this. At that point, it should be thrown away! read more
