We got the family meal and noticed the prices had gone up which would be fine if the food quality matched. Unfortunately, it didn't. Location is super convenient to the office and during pandemic even availed of the 2020 Family Meal deal ($20 for 3 entrees, and 2 full sides). I even tried their short-lived 2022 "Beyond" plant-based Orange Chicken several times. Hungrier me would go for the 2-entree plate before, but cost-conscious and calorie-wise (macros) 2023-era me sticks to Panda Bowls (Teriyaki grilled chicken, 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 super greens). Broccoli Beef and String Bean Chicken are technically the least calories ("Wok Smart") but if the scoops of entrees are limited, I don't want to risk getting more ratio of veggies to actual meat. I don't have complaints about the portions, though a couple of times they did forget the teriyaki sauce or were out of super greens. If you create an account online, you can get Panda Points and Rewards. For example, the monthly "good fortune" reward I unlocked was "BUY 3 BOWLS, GET 1 BOWL FREE, Valid thru 11/20/23." I usually order ahead online on weekdays at lunchtime for in-store pickup, although the most recent was closer to 4:30 PM if that's a different shift/crew. They're so stingy with they're portions. And sauces. And all ways forget my drink if I order through doordash. Yes I'm ordering it, and yes I've asked and even tried texting dashers asking for it. Seems like the level of quality is just going downhill at this location. Every time I visit the food isn't always fresh other than Orange Chicken. The chow mein looks undercooked, outdated, and they just opened at 9 AM and I went in at 10 AM for my Chow Mein to look like it's been sitting out since they started prepping before 9 AM. I'm so disappointed because I used to love Panda Express but this location has repeatedly reminded me why I stopped eating Panda Express and supporting the local Chinese Restaurants. To the General Manager of this location please fix it as this isn't the way how Panda Express operates but it seems to me that this is the only location to have low quality food. Wow! This place is the best tasting Panda I've had! They are open for indoor dining and some outdoor patio seating is also available. I got a bowl with half rice, half chow mein, and an entrée of eggplant tofu. Usually eggplant is mushy or left hard, but this was cooked to perfection. The tofu was firm and evenly fried. In my bag, I received utensils, a couple napkins, 2 random packets of sauce (I got a soy sauce and chili sauce. My coworkers got 2 sweet and sour sauce). I think they're just being conservative; when I asked the worker, she said I had already gotten 2. I don't know about others but I like a lot of sauce on my food and the ability to choose which one. Cool thing 'bout this location is that it has a drive-thru (yay!) so no need to get out the car - just drive through pick up that orange chicken and move on. Well, the sad thing about different locations is that you don't always get the same quality of product. The orange chicken here is on the slightly soggy side, so mind you if won't be perfect every time. I decided to try the (new!) Black Angus Steak - and the verdict is in .. I would NOT recommend this! The steak was disgusting, with its texture looking like, straight up cat food - yuck! The chow mein was flavorless and I think the only good thing that came about from my Combination Plate was the fried rice. Why? Because it was freshly made. No starts for this business. I had terrible experience with young buys,,in a black Audi) not using their masks at the store 2 weeks ago. I always do a mobile order because it's right around the corner from my work and they have ALWAYS had my order ready and on time. But the last two visits I have ordered a panda bowl with white rice and teriyaki chicken. I picked soy sauce, utensils, sriracha sauce and teriyaki sauce. Not sure who is doing to to-go orders at the window or its a team effort but SWEET N SOUR sauce is NOT teriyaki sauce!! Give me what I'm asking for!! I do not pick sweet n sour sauce!! Not sure why others have had problems with this location, but they did everything just right for us tonight. We ordered shrimp with brown rice, orange chicken with fried rice, and the cheese Rangoons. I had to wait two minutes for new shrimp to be ready, which is absolutely fine by me. Service was very friendly, and when my food was ready they brought it out to me in the bag, as it was to go. Bonus: we pulled up at 8 o'clock at night and had our dog with us and there is a patio that I'm sure we could take her to, but we chose to leave her in the car while we ordered and there are big windows right by where we parked so she could see us the whole time and not freak out. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Ordered a bowl which gives you one entre' and one side. Asked for fried rice as side with green bean chicken breast as the entre. The bowl was full of rice with about 10 chicken crumbs on top of rice. Taste was good but quality an smaller by hand, if i tried. So $8.50 for a bowl of rice is too damn much. The 2 spring rolls were more satisfying than the bowl and the whole meal was 11 bucks without a drink. ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Worst panda ever. I went inside because the portions are usually so bad going through the drive through. So even though I went inside the reason this is a one star panda is because I saw this lady put on nothing but Broccoli when I ordered broccoli and beef. I asked her "can you please put on some more meat there's like nothing but broccoli". She flipped it around to the few small pieces of meat and said look there's meat put on one more tiny piece. I just left this Panda Express and did not have a good experience. The first lady who greeted us and started our order was nice and attentive. The second laggy behaved like we were an imposition. I was asking her if that was mushroom chicken (pointing to it), she didn't respond and gave me what looked like the teriyaki chicken, covered it and sent it to the cashier. Been working in the area and while and this was my first and last visit to this location. I went to the drive thru on my lunch break and ordered a bowl with noodles and kung pao. Upon returning to my office, I found a bowl of crappy plain white rice and an entree that was half burnt (inedible) chili peppers. I understand these peppers are used to add spice, but ARE NOT EDIBLE. SHOULD NOT BE SERVED AS HALF THE ENTREE.
