HORRIBLE SERVICE, first one star experience at A Panda Express. CONGRATULATIONS & when asked to talk to a manager, he/she "were on a meeting" for two hours read more

Bad costumer service little food for 3 people 32 dollars is not the best don't buy food don't waste your time and money I will not recommend this place read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Watsonville, California

Very disappointed, service was far below par even for fast food. The employees priority is clearly joking around with each other didn't even care about customers. read more

Worst Panda Express ever, they should honestly close it and put something else. The workers here are so rude. Worst service.

Honestly I've written a review before and I thought it would be better food is always undercooked staff is rude especially the girls Ivan is the only nice employee there everyone else has attitude I just want to have a good meal for once. 0 stars if I could I'm so sad this is my only towns Panda Express read more

Go here occasionally and have NEVER had service like this. After placing our order, they were low on Beef with Broccoli so we had to wait for it to be made. A solid 15 minutes went by with none being made. I asked one of the girls when it would be done and she said sorry for the wait. There had been at least 5 other dishes made while our food got cold waiting. There was even a few moments where the cooks actually walked away completely out of sight. read more

Relatively small and clean Panda Express. Food we had just came out of the kitchen so it was fresh, crisp and didn't taste like it had sat under a heating lamp. There was no line so within six minutes the girls and I were outta there. read more

Honey walnut shrimp is awsome!! The place is clean and most of the time the line goes fast Its not better than the sit down chinese restaurants in watsonville but its definetly a quick fix read more

If I could do no stars, I would. I ordered through DoorDash and my driver couldn't get my food until 1.5 hrs later. The food was cold and my spring rolls were soggy by the time they got to my house. Very disappointed that they would have someone waiting for that long to pick up and at the end of it all, the food is bad. read more

Horrible. Ordered online thru Panda Express to avoid waiting in the long line. Order got here was missing 3 out of the 4 drinks that were ordered. All the children's meals were missing their cookies and barely had any food inside of them. One of the 2 plate orders was completely wrong. Made several attempts to try and call and no one answers the phone there. So now I have to drive there which defeats the whole purpose of ordering and having it delivered. Oh and also unable to leave a review or give "feedback" because they give you a receipt with no code. read more

- Panda is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is super delicious and made hot and ready. - The inside is family friendly and nice and cozy if u want to go and relax and eat alone. - The only downside is that it is too damn expensive! Every visit is like 20-30 dollars! Other than that it's a yummy place to eat!!! read more

Gross Af these barely out of high school kids can't remember to wear gloves when they're handling your food that you're paying good money for. I told the cashier but I wasn't a Karen I was still starving paid and left. Negative stars 5 read more

Food is typical for Panda Express. However, this is the stingiest location I have ever been too, and trust me, I've been to quite a few. *trying to keep my reviews short and to the point... But yelp wants them longer so I will be attaching this paragraph to all of my reviews. So if you're reading this, there really is no point, you might as well just stop and get on with livin' the good life :p read more

Uh customer service kinda sucks. The food is fine but sometimes the chow mein is burnt. The cooks are all great by the most part but some of the employees at the front really need customer service training. They are nice but don't know how to be patient or cordial with customers. I worked in fast food so I get it, but customer service standards should not lower no matter how busy it is. Morals should be respected and although the customer isn't always right, they have the right to be treated well. Having an attitude with customers gets you nowhere in having a good experience at your job. read more

Slow preorder pick up service - this place seriously needs to get it together with their online pick up service. Every time I pre order my food is never ready when scheduled,I end up waiting like 20 min to the point where people not pre ordering are getting their food faster. Management please assign someone to specifically handle to go orders. This is ridiculous!!! read more

I was very disappointed today because my all time favorite, orange chicken was soggy, it had the same texture it gets when you heated up in the microwave . I just ate two pieces and the rest went straigth to the trash. Next time I will try the orange chicken before buying it to make sure is good, but honestly I don't think I am going to Panda Express anytime soon. read more

This is the worst Panda Express that I have ever visited. I live and work in Santa Cruz and normally patronize the Panda Express on 41st Ave or the one on Mission Road in Santa Cruz. Love the food! I have tried Panda Express in Watsonviile two times. Both times their service was terrible. Firstly, they had a line of customers and only one employee was helping. The other employees were just "hanging out." Secondly, the servings were VERY small (about 1/2 cup of rice or 1/2 cup mushroom chicken). Lastly, I ordered walnut shrimp and was told that it would cost me $2 extra. I mentioned that the price was listed on the menu and asked why they were wanting to charge me more. The answer was that if I wanted shrimp I had to pay the extra fee. I will NOT go back to Panda Express in Watsonviile. If I could give them zero stars, I would. read more

Worse waiting service ever. With so many employees and you'd think they would be faster. Food tastes and looks super over cooked. No eye contact and never listens. One employee did most of the work alone. Next time I'm driving all the way to Mission St in Santa Cruz. Who has fast fresh food. read more

People are polite I have ordered in person and they get us out as quick as possible considering the volume of people they get. The only bad thing and I wish they would work on is a team to get the online orders dispatched in a timely manner and efficiently. There has been multiple occasions where I've ordered online and I still have to wait 10-15min for them to either fix an order or for them to give me what I've ordered. It's as if I should've just waited in line with the rest of the people. I'm only writing this review to help the restaurant and it's crew help reach their true potential. read more

Have been regularly coming to this location recently, since it is the cleanest (COVID standards) restaurant. They always do a great job in their portion sizes and service. I believe (Matthew) was cashiering. Incredibly friendly person and made sure every customer was taken care of! read more

May 1st 2019 it's 11:56 am the girl in the front has the worst attitude this is my third time coming an she don't smile is not welcoming an gives the smallest portions ever I believe this will be my last time coming good luck to the business with her read more

Very long lines because the staff is not equipped, Hugo should do a better job managing smh . Watsonville panda definitely not the best

Love this place, it has alot of different types of food and the food is fresh all the time. Hard working people and great service everytime i go to eat here. Long lines alll the time but is worth the wait. read more

This is the worst panda express i order by the app and it said it would be ready at 6:35 and they gave me my food at 6:49 and manager Erica is the worst. You would think it was going to be faster but I was wrong. The line went faster then pre order read more

So sad to be giving panda 2 stars I remember them being super delicious. This last time I went I just got a bowl of chow mein and shrimp right after eating it, it gave me the worst stomach ache ever. Totally not worth my money. read more

Every time I try to call in an order or make an online order they never have it ready or they don't answer the phone. Today I made my order at 7:09pm and showed up at 7:49pm just to have them tell me they hadn't made it. But that their system showed it was paid for already. What's the point of using the app if you still have to wait about 15-20mins inside the store for your food. read more

Poor customer service/ skimpy on the portions. Won't be returning, seeing as this place already has bad ratings you'd the ownership would care to improve but as long as the $ keeps coming in that's all that matters. Rather see a locally owned restaurant for the people. Hopefully they get there stuff together. read more

If I can rate it a negative I would service sucks it's better to take the drive to mission st Santa Cruz for panda there food is way better maid and the service is 10x Better. This locations is just not good enough no more and they have twice more people than the one in Santa Cruz. read more

I have to say the customer service at this location has been drastically getting worse. I went in for an online order and my food was not ready at the time indicated. In addition to that, two of the employees were rude. My order was incorrect and instead of providing me with soy sauce the lady at the check out gave me chili sauce. I will not be returning to this location and will look for a much better alternative. Lastly, the food portions have also been gradually getting smaller. Sadly, this location lacks good management and customer service and it's definitely showing. read more

What's the point of online pickup if when u get to the restaurant to pick up it's never ready. That's really disappointing. They still think they have the right to give you attitude. read more

I always come to this restaurant and Pablo is always on top of it. He is so fast and friendly! He really deserves a promotion or a raise. The line goes by quick when he's working! We appreciate you Pablo. read more

This place is very disorganized and lacks the sense of urgency even when it's not busy. The manager herself was very unaware of any situation and lacks leadership. She needs to get fired. Also with some employees who i will not name. They already have a hard time making my food/giving proper costumer service. Why throw their names. Anyhow, When I arrived there was no line. I was excited, mind you this was 1 hour and a half before closing. Yet, when I arrive they didn't have orange chicken ready to serve. They had like a small portion. Like 5 pieces... That employee had the audacity to give me the 5 cold pieces of orange chicken and expect me to be cool with thatI kid you not. So I ask for fresh food to be made because obviously the manager can't do her job and make sure everything is being done properly. IAfter that, I give them my other options and waited. 5 people then arrive. They toook their dam orders while I waited for mine. Cool right? No! When the orange chicken was ready they blatantly forgot about my dam order who was suppose to come in first before any one of those people. The manager even asked for my order and yet despite that she still couldn't get my order within a good time. Waited like 15-20 for something so simple. Look I don't expect fast service all the time but, at least give good costumer service. The woman cashier was rude and looked like she didn't want to be there at all. Yet, she is lucky I didn't pull a Karen and demanded my shit after 5 mins .( I will next time, I kid you not if you give me that terrible welcome again) Everyone there looks so dam miserable and unmotivated. Don't understand why. Go find another job if you guys seriously can't do good Costumer service like smile and have good attitude .The manager there needs to get fired, she has absolutely no control over the staff or what so ever. Don't recommend this place after 5pm or maybe at all anymore. read more

Very disappointed! My family was so excited to have Panda Express for our Friday night cheat day meal. Unfortunately, our meal was cold, missing several items, and our plates looked as if they were for toddlers. Talk about portion control! Not a good thing, especially when we ordered several large plates. I had also ordered some extra sides, and they were not in the bag. I understand we are in a pandemic, and they might be short staffed, but some people allocate a little extra money to eat out as a treat, and this isn't cutting it either. read more

The worst panda express ever, costumer service was the bad that i have ever seen , they said wait 12 minutes for chicken and it takes 20 minutes, and cashiers are very rude , the worst panda ever i seen , no smile no food no customer service . read more

If only I could give a no star I would. Customer service here is so bad that had me waiting 25 minutes for my food & when I went to check in with them, they had lost the receipt to my order & still had the nerve to ask if I could wait for my order. They should check in with the customers that are waiting outside to update them with their orders & not have them waiting like I was. In this case they shouldn't be operating. Manager should be up in the front taking orders not at home where he/she isn't helping. Customer come here to get their food & either go home or back to work. Manager should give me a call. read more

This Panda Express was the filthiest I've ever visited, it was absolutely horrible. Dried food all over the floor, flies buzzing around, stinky babies screaming, sticky floors, overflowing trash recepticles. I'm not kidding here, the restroom was cleaner than the dining area, and there was diarrhea all over the outside of the toilet and wall. I couldn't bring myself to look at the food prep area, I had reached my psychological limit and had to walk before I blew chunks. First restaurant I've visited that will make you lose weight. read more

Very busy when we came in tonight. I tried the wok seared sirloin and shrimp, it was good but I wish I had more of it instead of chow mein. The kid Nico is really cool, he has a great attitude and he's on it! The biggest thing about chains like this is service! We already know what to expect when it comes to the food but if the service is on point you will always get people to come back! Thanks for a great dinner read more

First time here.. last time here.. Was not greeted. Wasnt super crowded. Not very express when you have to wait 10min for chowmein noodles. They dont offer sweet and sour sauce, you have to ask. Orange chicken was ok... egg rolls were sloppy and not very hot. Plus its expensive.. I dont know why people rave about this place! Id rather go to an authentic Chinese restaurant like ABC or Uncle Kwoks and get a lunch special for 5-8 dollars then pay 12$ for this crap. read more

Bad service, they serve who ever the hell they want too!! We went in and nobody was there when we ordered,Some items were out so we were asked to wait.
