So went to panda for lunch today and they were not open at the time that was listed on the door they were also 35 minutes late opening the food wasn't half done when we went and I was only ordering one thing with potstickers and I have to wait for the pot stickers as I was waiting other people came in that had online orders and none of the online orders were done they had even printed them out yet nor have they even turn the computer on So I decided to yelp this and someone came over to me and asked me was I helping Ed and I said yes I think it's disgusting that you were all late coming to work the food isn't done you didn't turn the computer on you have multiple people waiting for orders I think it's wrong and I think people should know because this isn't the first time this kind of stuff has happened here so I got my food I left I'm sitting here eating and I have in my Charlemaine paper this place will never gets its shit together read more

Today October 11, 2021 i went to this restaurant! Food portions are too small. I saw the cashier told her co-worker to add more food because it so small. I noticed there are morethan 8 staff at that time around 2pm but no one is cleaning the tables and floor and it's so dirty! But to be honest Health and safety is my main concern here! Thank you! read more

By far the worse Panda Express I have ever been to.. I have called corporate multiple times about them shorting me when I am buying multiple dinners. They are also very rude & lack customer service.. this location should change ownership and get rid of all employees. FYI corporate thinks that sending me a free entree coupon is actually the solution to their problem.. I will never give this location my business ever again.. I rather drive 30 minute to an hour away from my house. read more

Omg I don't think the shrimp that I ate was fully cooked. As soon as I finished eating I noticed lots of itching all over my body, went to Dr. and I have food poisoning. Be careful where you choose to eat. This place is always super busy and unfer staffed... everyone employee is always rushing and not cooking food properly . read more

This is the only panda express establishment I've ever been asked "what else " after everything I said .. no respect here . Do not waste your time going here past 7 o'clock. The workers seem to just give up on keeping up with making food, and will literally have no line and still no food Made to where you were sitting waiting 10 minutes. The management needs to be fired at this location, because every single worker seems to have an attitude towards the customers coming in as well as not knowing how to keep up with the simple task of continually making food it is their job to just make food, but they seem to socialize more than do that. I have nothing but bad things to say about this location. I have never experienced such crappy service at any panda express except for this one. The owner of this location should really look into new management. read more

The food is the same as any other panda. Portions are very small, depends on how the worker is filling I guess. The customer service is one if the worst ones I have experienced of any panda's I have visited. They don't smile and they bearly greet you, not to mention they are very slow. Always busy and it looks like the line is never going to end. read more

The place is always packed. The food's taste is just like every other Panda Express but the portions are small. But I have had consistent times where I've ordered online and went to pick the order up and they never remember the sauce. I asked the second time if the sauce was in the bag and they said yes. It wasn't. The food was also cold when I got it. read more

I ordered food for my family through the online app at 5:30 pm and got my conformation to pick it up at 5:50 pm. We get there and we ask for our online order and they say they gave it to someone else without confirmation of that being their order. After this happened we had to wait for an hour standing next to the register waiting for our online order to be remade as-well as the lady making the food being very rude to me and my mom. I definitely do not recommend this place because of the environment and service. read more

I placed an order online on 12/08/23, and when I went to pick it up, the cashier appeared confused. I received my order and left without checking it thoroughly, assuming everything was correct since the attached receipt clearly listed the items for each order. However, one of the sides was only half the portion it should have been, and the other side was not what I had originally requested. Out of all the locations I have visited, the Watsonville location has consistently offered me the worst service. read more

Whatever you do is don't order online! Their app sucks! I ordered online and they gave me a time that when I arrived they said, " 3 more minutes for the beef teriyaki. So I waited and saw that all the walk-in people were being served beef teriyaki. I had to ask for my order and they were confused. Then, I could see my order sitting there while they were serving other people. I said again may I have my order that I could see was sitting there behind the counter. Management has to get their act together on their app purchases. Somehow, internet orders come last! read more

They have stolen money from me many times not giving me the right order they forget things I order often, I pay the extra for it and all yet I can't get the money back when they messed it up. They messed up my whole order in general giving me not even what I ordered a few times. I try to contact someone for it and I get nothing that's so unfair that's just stealing my money at this point and I should be given it back or get that I paid for. It is a good place to eat yes but they take my money most the time and mess everything up. At this point it's sad to say this isn't a great place to go read more

Disappointing these workers don't know how to read an order and send it off to doordash correctly. :/

I only gave one star because you can't go any lower and leave a review! What a horrible experience the night of April 6. Customer service was atrocious all servers were abrupt, rude and one even yelling at my wife and another customer because they asked for fresh food that was being put out. We got home and the some of the food was burnt. I'll not eat at this location again. The entire store needs training in customer service. read more

My grandma, husband and I went to Panda tonight for dinner and we were very disappointed in the service. Our orders were wrong, the plates looked sloppy, and there was a serving utensil was dropped on the floor and they just picked up and put back in the food and was continued to be used as if nothing had happened (super gross). Granted they may been busy, but it's no excuse to be sloppy and unprofessional. Also there was a gentleman in front us also complained that his order was wrong. Next time, we will take our business elsewhere. read more

This place is the worst from management on down. HORRIBLE customer service...I've frequented chain establishments in this country and abroad. The bossy females in this place are way outta hand ....super rude and bossy ass commands is what you'll get once you walk into the place. Customers were made to wait over 20 minutes for thier orders. I counted the tine cause I was right after guy. Since I complained instead of "trying to make it right" they made me wait after about 15 other customers got service. There's this guy named Ivan was rude to me and my mother he yelled at her saying "how can you forget what you order" we obviously had 6 plates so we couldn't remember what specific thing we wanted then he goes to the corner talking with other females talking about us in a bad way then he goes yelling at the people behind us to end it all he throws the bag with the food at the pick up table. I been going there for so many years and since Ivan been there it's been a bad experience for me any my family. Over all I say get rid of him he makes the place look bad and it's not worth the place for someone who's extremely rude read more

I went around 9pm...they had little options & some guy named Angel was rude asf. Let me show u how much rice he served me. I will be contacting corporate about this tomorrow morning. I will not pay for a 1/2 empty order of rice. NOT TO MENTION...I got home & checked my recipe and they charged me 2 items I did not order. No wonder $18 for a bowl & a large order of rice seemed ridiculous. I want my money back & I will also be contacting corporate read more

This place really is as bad as people say it is. First, lets talk about the employee's horrible customer service. Everyone is so rude and you always feel so rushed. They never smile. The food is edible, but not impressive. Not to mention their portions are pretty small. A lot of the menu items taste the same. I came here on Memorial Day because a lot of other places were closed, so I figured why not? Big mistake. I ordered a plate to go with steamed veggies, string bean chicken, and kung pao chicken. The "steamed" veggies were practically raw. However, this wasn't the worst part of it all. As I was eating my entrees, I discovered that some of the pieces of chicken had a weird texture. They were kind slimy and slippery. I spat out the piece of chicken and learned that some of the chicken was UNDERCOOKED. The plate was hardly edible. I ended up throwing away the entire plate. I had veggie rolls for dinner that day. Save your money and go somewhere else. This food is trash. read more

My son and I went here for dinner one night because we like the food and it was good but the service was something else entirely bad. I asked to use the restroom and was told they were closed for cleaning although there were no signs showing that was the case and I saw other people being allowed to use the restroom. I could not quite finish the meal I ordered so I asked for a to go container only to be told no, to go containers are for paying customers only. I cannot help but think it was something personal, maybe the way I was dressed or looked? I have no idea, but if someone decides to act that unprofessionally, they will never again have my business. I like Panda's food so I will continue to go to the Soquel location but Watsonville is out of the question even though it is closer to my home. read more
