Ordered using their easy to use app with an online coupon. Arrived a few minutes late and food wasn't ready, which I'm ok with because it's not sitting on some shelf waiting for me to get there. Ordered two bigger plates with multiple entrees and it fed 4 of us. The teriyaki chicken is my favorite so that was gone within minutes. Not a big fan of the rice, tastes kinda plain but the noodles are good. Servers were very nice and my wait time was about 7 mins. I'll definitely be back! read more

I went to the round lake beach location on 12/7/24 around 5:20p.m.with my wife and have never felt so discriminated against in my life, there was 2 people in front of us waiting to order and it took them forever to serve one lady and so we waited and waited and waited to get served, so the guy in front of us asked the rice server What's up and why don't you take our order's and she told us that the white ticket orders get severed first, even though we were there before the ticket came out People we getting pissed off because of what was happening. We left this establishment and will tell all of our friends about this very,very bad experience. Panda Express in Gurnee is taking social distancing very seriously. Not only do they have curbside pick up, but they also have a person from their team safely taking orders on curbside. I was very happy to see how careful they are when approaching customers and how safe they are when delivering your food. The worst panda that I have ever been too. This place is a -5, and where do I start! I went there for dinner thinking it will be a fast and with a good or at least ok service and hell no that did not happen. As I was waiting in line, I am seeing a lot of the works standing around and one there phone hanging out while a lot of people are waiting to get food, then I see the drive through working on her phone standing there as I sit in the same spot for 10 min then I finally pulled up to the next spot just just for another min and still seeing a lot of workers just standing around. As I was in line the car that was waiting to order, they left cause where sitting wait for another 10 min, then the car in front of me drove up to order and AGAIN we sit for another 10 min so they left too I pull up to order and as I was pulling up the drive through worker started talking to take my order ( which it was most likely it was for the car that was in front of me ) so I ordered my food and when I drove around to pay and pick up, and waited roughly around 5 minutes to grab our food and I kindly ask for mandarin sauce she rolled her eyes and told me we don't have any as she is closing the window on me.
