I always order drive thru and have never eaten in yet. The drive thru service is always fast and accurate with my orders. My goto favorite is the orange chicken with fried rice. It is usually always fresh, hot and crispy the way I like it. However the last time I ordered the orange chicken it must have been old because it was only warm and the coating was soggy. Here's the deal. I am slightly scared to eat in Pahrump. They have some locally owned places and I am just not so sure about them. I have been going to Pahrump for business for the past couple of years. My one sure place that is not fast food is Panda. I had some mandarin chicken and steamed rice today. Good eats. So far the worst panda I had been too. Dirty floors , and where you get utensils was dirty and gross. My kun pao chicken wasn't good at all it wasn't cut in pieces and the big piece (almost a chicken wing size was all fat and skin ) just disgusting I'm sure if I had asked they might had give me another thing to try but at that moment I was over it it end it up in the trash. read more

I was looking forward to going to Panda Express for the first time (haha). Seriously though, when you're from outside the U.S., you get excited to try anything here - really. Being a newbie at Panda, I asked if they had tofu or shrimp that weren't fried even if from what I saw on the display, it was all chicken, beef or fried shrimp. I had heard about sautéed shrimp and a dish with good eggplants. Well, this location did not have these options. I settled for the walnut shrimp. They weren't bad at all. My last visit. I have given Panda Express more than several chances to improve but the prices keep going up and portions get small. It's pretty bad when a customer walks out still hungry. Honestly i love panda but idk whats up with this one about 2weeks ago came had the steak and shrimp OMG i got really bad food poisoning i had it for 2 days soooo horrible then went in today ask for a panda bowl literally got served like it was coming out of the employees paycheck no soy sauce no chili sauce in the bag also got an order of the cream cheese rangoons and not even sweet and sour sauce get with it panda. read more

Well visited Panda Express for the last time. Have had issues in the past and have given this place way too many opportunities to earn my repeated business. I have gone there nearly every week for nearly 2 years since moving to Pahrump. On my last visit I was told that the reason the portions on my two premium meals was so small was because the district manager had come into the restaurant and told the help they were putting to much food in the order. My suggestion to the district manager on the next visit is to go to China a Go Go and see what great Chinese food is. Fresh food... larger portions..and better price. So, I actually come to this restaurant frequently and it's usually good. But today is the first time I did not feel HEARD, and not because of noise level. This was because they weren't LOOKING AT ME. The servers were looking to the next thing instead of actually paying attention to me. I had 3 different people during this visit--which is not that unusual--and I had to repeat myself THREE times to each in order for them to get it right! And it wasn't anything off-the-wall or anything. This is one of my complaints about customer service any more: they're in SUCH a hurry they can't actually provide good care. I had to wait for some items but that's ok, it's fresh and I like it that way. My order was filled correctly and they brought it to me when it was ready. The food is tasty! I mean, it's Panda and that's what I expected and that's what I got. I just wish they could act like they cared that I was standing there speaking to them, instead of thinking about...whatever they were thinking about. read more

Excellent food and service! I wanted a fresh broccoli beef cooked to order and they did it for me without complaint. The manager Mike helped my wife get the high chairs for my kids and helped us bring our food out to the table. Bathrooms were clean for a high volume restaurant. This place is terrible. Every time I order something here they forget part of my order. Most recently the lady yelled at me through the drive thru speaker telling me to "hold on I'll be with you in a minute" then when she came back on she said "order when your ready" I started to order and she yells ant me again saying "hold on I'm not ready". We decided to try your fast food, and it was the worst experience we have ever had. We both had the shrimp, it was under cooked and soggy. I had the fried rice that had to of been from a week ago, dry and horrible. My husband had the chow mien noodles, they were over cooked and cold. The floors were dirty as was the station for the utensils. And for $29,00 we could of gone and had a very nice dinner at a sit down restaurant. Never again will we ever step foot in your restaurant. Good food typical of other Panda's I've been in, good selection of fresh dishes, clean. Forks, napkins off to the side, you have to get your own. Chopsticks provided, good I didn't have to ask. Heavy on the rice, somewhat stingy on the other selections. Irritating to be given a child's cup for water, as if they're trying to shame you into purchasing a beverage. Also was served with a to go box, they didn't have any plates. A little pricey for paper and plastic, but $8.50 for lunch is the going rate I suppose. Apparently they take online orders, and I like the use of technological leverage in any business. It's satisfactory for fast food. I can give it 3 stars, but it hasn't earned 4. Every employee is the restaurant was very cheerful and very nice. We were offed samples if we wanted to try anything and i was given extra hot mustard because i told the lady how much i loved it. I went in for the convenience but went out thinking I could go again for the food and service. Food tasted good and staff was friendly. There was an elderly man with walking assistance dining in, and the cashier/waitress went out of her way to help him several times bringing him food and cleaning up his plates. I get off work every night at 9 and try to hit the drive thru. It's always a different story. Sometimes the drive thru is closed early. Sometimes they only offer whatever leftovers there are from the day instead of the full menu. I've worked in the restaurant industry for a long long time as a manager, and you have 30 minutes till close and you can't make me orange chicken or fresh chow main? How are you guys even still open? Isn't that what Panda Express is known for? It's a Friday night for crying out loud ‍ Y'all obviously need new managers, cause panda advertises that they pay their managers very well, and this is super annoying. You're job is not hard, you're just being lazy at this point. Every restaurant I have ever worked at will close the store and you stay and clean for at least an hour afterwards. No one likes those last minute customers, but if you don't like it get a new job! As a fast food place, Panda Express is fine. The service is friendly and fast; however, as a Chinese restaurant, I feel that the food tastes nothing like real Chinese food. I have eaten at many Chinese cuisine establishments, including fast food, and their food is the furthest from actual Chinese cuisine. read more
