I have never done a Yelp review. Not good or bad. But the ridiculously poor treatment and service that I just received warrants this one. I tried to call their corporate office to report it but it was closed as today is Saturday. The girl that took my order was rude. She didn't even say hello when I got to the window. She just asked for my money. When she handed me my food, she immediately closed the window and walked away. I tried for nearly 15 minutes trying to get her attention. Finally a customer actually responded to me mouthing some words and pointing at the girl. I nodded and mouthed the words thank you. He told her and she never even looked back at me or acknowledged me in any way. Nor did either of the other 2 girls that were also standing there. When the drive thru girl kept walking to that area to do other things, she would deliberately turn her head and not look my direction. Finally one of the other girls turned around and put her finger up as if telling me to hold on a minute. No one came. So, I call in to the store and someone (female, likely one of the other girls, that I could no longer see) answers but for some reason they couldn't walk over to the window to help me. Finally when she had to come for the next car, THEN she acknowledged me by just opening the window. All I wanted was my Teriyaki sauce. Being a wasteful, smart aleck, she gave me like 10 of them to get rid of me. At that point I tried to explain that I had waited and was ignored for nearly 15 minutes, just for the sauce that I had already asked for before she gave me my order (which was now cold) and they just ignored me. She shut the window in my face. I can now understand why their Yelp rating is only a 1.9 on here. I am giving them a 1 as well even though I must admit that the food was better today than it was the last time I had it. But the food just does not make up for the utter disrespect and rudeness of ALL 3 of the girls, especially the drive thru girl, Olivia (per my receipt). read more

gristle in some of the beef plus the girl at the drivethru window said we are out of pennies and do I mind rounding which I said I minded as the order total was 19.66 which I gave her 19.70 and I said with that total it should be rounded down not up per law and she said she couldn't round down and reluctantly gave me back a nickel. I hate to do this to a local place, but the "service" was ridiculously slow. I used the app, had a pickup time of 30 minutes after placing the order. An hour and 15 minutes after placing the order I was still waiting by the register inside. They were all very busy, there was no shortage of workers, I was waiting behind people walking in and placing an order half an hour after me. Terrible management and training. read more

Got to the store around 845pm. They told me that they were getting ready to close to go ahead and order and they would tell me if they had any. I asked about fried rice. They said they were out. If you're open until 10, then food should be ready until 10. read more

We stopped I last Sunday night at 7:30. Yes they close at 8:30. The sign on the door stated they were out of fried rice. When we got to the counter, they were also out of noodles, and were told we could have rice as a side. They still had some greens available, but the wete old, and unappetizing. When we looked further down the bar, there were several empty clean serving dishes set out. Many food items were dried out and unappealing. We turned around and walked out. An hour before closing, and not a bite of etable food available. If they want to clise down ay 7:30, then they should close the door at 7:30. When it comes to the food- typical Panda Express. Fresh, flavorful, and good portions. However, service is TERRIBLE. Not only painfully slow, but not helpful at all. We placed a large to go order (8 meals). They were extremely disorganized to start. When we finally got everything, we went through it all to make sure we had everything. We were missing one meal and found out which one we were missing. Told the lady we were working with (I believe she was the manager) and she would not help us. I showed order number, the fact we were missing a meal, etc and she refused. We finally said fine- just make another and we will pay again. She did and once she rang us up and charged us, she realized she forgot to move the meal we were missing from the line to the pick up area. So she had our missing meal all along. But so conveniently didn't notice until after she charged us for a new one... didn't refund us or offer to do a single thing. read more

My wife and I like Panda Express and was glad to see Marion get one. On multiple occasions I had driven past and seen long lines and had avoided Panda Express because of it. I had talked to friends and they had said that when Panda Express had first opened they had issues and were slow but had gotten much better. I ordered on-line with their app to cut down on my wait. I arrived to pick up my food and waited 19 minutes longer than my pickup time. I talked to a door dash employee that was waiting on an order and he said that this Panda Express was never on time with their orders. read more
