This review is just for takeout. My husband and I were in the Kokomo area visiting family this past week and my MIL got us the family meal for dinner on Sunday. It normally comes with three entrees, spring or egg rolls, and rice or a side dish, I believe, but she upgraded it so that we could get four entrees, since we had four people (husband, myself, MIL, and FIL). I'm always a fan of Panda Express and everything was very good - the one exception was the spring rolls, as they were very veggie-tasting and a bit mushy inside, IMO. We got two spring rolls and two egg rolls (but I think you can get 3-4 of each, if you like, vs. splitting it up) and their egg rolls are usually pretty good, though. I'm not sure of the cost of this but I would get it again - it was served in typical Chinese takeout fashion (aka little boxes). One minor complaint is they only gave us three fortune cookies, not four, but perhaps that's typical, even with the fourth meal upgrade. That being said, everything was hot and fresh, and I'd do takeout from here again when in the area. read more

I had stopped here due to being in Kokomo and my niece wanted Panda Express. While here the employee was helpful and allowed us to have a sample. The inside of the store was organized. It wasn't top tier clean in the store but it was okay. The food we had was hot and fresh. The prices were very reasonable. This restaurant offers a rewards program so you can earn points as you buy items. If you are wanting something quick definitely check this place out. read more

Once again I tried this restaurant at 12:35 today and walked away.. wanted a bowl with Super Greens and String bean chicken, the greens were not fresh and remaining scraps. Unfortunately there was no String bean chicken, so selected Beef with broccoli.. Then I go to the cash register, pull out my wallet only to be told they have NO CHANGE and can only provide cash back to bills. This is the 4th time this year they couldn't make change at lunch time. The facility is clean and well-maintained; with the typical franchise design and decor. The staff are usually friendly and accommodating. This isn't haute cuisine, but rather decent Asian-style comfort food at a reasonable price. We're partial to the teriyaki chicken, but have been satisfied with other selections. This is a solid representative for the brand. read more

Horrible customer service. Especially Simone, she should be fired. Stood and waited over 22 minutes for a single order, was ignored and spoken to very rudely. I've had coworkers had to leave on lunch because they've been ignored, and nobody takes their order. They only want to wait on drive through rather than the people standing inside the restaurant. My mom comes here consistently with a good attitude and patience but this place is constantly rude to her. I work as a manager for a fast food restaurant so I know this isn't how the place is supposed to run operations or treat guests. They ignored my mother without offering her any assistant and it's always with attitude and they fail to give her a receipt so she can't even scan for her points. read more

My husband and I love this place. We are here at least once a week. Perfect portions, and everything we've tried is delicious. Our favorite is the orange chicken and fried rice. Food is always piping hot and I've never had a bad piece of chicken, it's always lean white meat! I would suggest adding a general tso to the menu, but other than that we have no complaints. :) read more

This establishment is very much your typical Panda Express. I received the experience I expected, and it was fine. If you don't like the menu, then you don't like the menu. Personally, I do enjoy the food so I have no qualms with it; every order I've made has come out at a good quality. Forewarning, though: if you come to Panda, be prepared to wait. It's still quite new so there's a lot of people still traveling to come and eat here, so the crowd and traffic is heavy. read more

I was so wanting to love this place but sadly I don't. I had a chicken egg roll, it was terribly over cooked. The orange chicken had a weird taste to it. My husbands food wasn't any better. We both ended up tossing it in the trash. This was take-out. We will go back to our favorite, Hong Kong Chinese on Markland Avenue. read more

When we arrived at Panda we were told no spring rolls were available. We were told spring rolls were only delivered Friday morning and they were already out by Saturday, this was normal so basically they only have them 1 day a week (might as well remove them from the menu. We then placed our order 1 plate with a side of rice. My gf then added another side of 1/2 and 1/2 rice and greens, we were told that was an 8 minute wait we declined the greens and opted for just a full side of rice. When we arrived at the window we were not given the second side of rice, apparently they had confused our order and thought we meant the rice that came with the plate so all we got was the plate. After minutes of arguing with us about who was right and who was wrong the manager "Richard" told us we were wrong and if we wanted a second side of rice we needed to drive back through and pay for it while our other entree would sit and get cold. We refused, I then proceeded to hand my plate back and asked for a refund. Richard said "No, you have your food you're not getting a refund". At this point we drove off having been robbed and literally having the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my 30 years of existence. read more

We made an Online Order. Was a decent amount of food for the price. Got the Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and the Sweet Fire Chicken with egg rolls and Rangoon. We really liked all the Entrees but I didn't care much for the Rangoon, it was just a bit bland for my taste, but it wasn't bad. Staff was friendly, and the food was ready on time. Ordered kung pao chicken via carry out. The flavor was a tame compared to kung pao from an authentic Chinese restaurant. Most annoying was the tiny portion. Again, compared to authentic Chinese, the serving was comically small--I estimate one cup of kung pao on two cups of steamed rice. The whole meal fit into a smallish to-go box. Most authentic Chinese places in Kokomo offer portions that will make at least two full-sized meals--not including the rice. Not this place. Won't return. read more

I really wanted to try this because a lot of my friends said it was really good so I got the teriyaki chicken and when I ate it it didn't bring joy to my mouth to. The sauce was thick and was slimy it felt horrible in my stomach I would recommend going to other places like Chick-fil-A chipotle or even McDonald's Chili's etc.it was edible but it just wasn't what I wanted I expected more from a Chinese inspired place I had to hold my nose and it still tasted bad read more

This place is a joke! The only reason it looks like they have a long line is because they can't manage to prepare their food in a timely manner, so people have to wait. Their egg rolls always look burnt also. They don't try to offer a discount or even a free drink for them not being able to coordinate their line better.
