All in all, it's not a bad option for this area. It's a clean outside and indoor setup and bathrooms are clean. The portions are as expected and service is good; the manager is on top of her staff. The only downside was that some of the food was borderline on getting cold. Taste is good for Panda, and as expected. read more

Definitely the worst food we have ever gotten from any Panda Express. We ordered for pick up and it was ready quickly. That's the only good thing i can say. Hubby's noodles were like cut rubber bands and his Kung Pao had almost no flavor, let alone heat. My teriyaki chicken was just ok, but the beef was very sketchy - like a texture I definitely would not think came from any part of a cow that I have ever eaten before (and I actually like liver & onions). The broccoli was undercooked and had such long stems they were almost impossible to eat (definitely got my fiber), and I sincerely wish I had stopped eating my meal sooner because my gut is already rumbling like a scene from West Side Story. Service was horrible. I came in when the restaurant was empty and I was the only customer. No one looked my way to take my order and everyone kept ignoring me. Then I finally got my order taken and as soon as I was gonna pay, she left. Then 5 people proceeded to walk in within the next minute all for door dash or uber and they got everything for everyone else first before allowing me to pay. Wasted 15 minutes of my time. Because of how much Panda Express is either really bad or really good, I was really happy with my experience this time since the quality of the food was good for the most part. I ordered through doordash and got the chili crisp shrimp and the orange chicken. I didn't expect much from the orange chicken but it was very good and fresh. They also gave me mostly smaller pieces of chicken which I appreciated (the large pieces freak me out). The shrimp was good and would have been even better with sriracha. To accompany the protein, I had white rice and power greens. The greens were a bit too crispy for my liking and could have been steamed longer.. I didn't like that there was a large piece of cabbage on my plate that hadn't been cut. I saw that there were apple pie rolls which are basically like apple pie egg rolls. They were better than expected but I probably wouldn't get them again.. they had a greasy after taste. The only thing that I was really disappointed with is that I wasn't given any sriracha or any sauce at all to have with my veggie spring rolls. After working 7 days straight, oh I do that every week. I really didn't want to cook, I went to Panda Express.!! Waited in line for 5 minutes as I watched employees run around the kitchen frantically to fill drive through orders. I did come here for quick serve and I was hungry, now irritated. The food line of choices was minimal. Out of steak-15 minutes it will be ready I had to settle on my food choice's. Had fresh walnut prawns were crispy, but lacked something so they were not great. Kung pao chicken was okay, zucchini was mushy, fried rice was dry, noodles were chewy, the chicken pieces were not cut properly so I had problems eating it with chopsticks. This is the third time I've gone to this Panda Express. Tonight is the first time they have not been out of the Egg Rolls. However the eggs rolls are burnt. This is also the second time I've gotten the Cream Cheese Ragoon and unfortunately, both times it has been quite a bit more crispy than preferred. The burnt taste is overwhelming enough that it's hard to taste the filling. Otherwise my experience with them has been great. But they really need to work on having their appetizers in stock but also making sure they are not burnt. read more

Not bad but not the best. Panda Express does what it's suppose to; quick & easy "Chinese" food. This is a place to go to when you're feeling a quick meal for $15. I went at around 7:30 PM Wednesday night in the drive through and it wasn't much of a wait for me (maybe on other nights it's crowded?) I ordered a plate that consists of chow mein, veggies, chicken and beef broccoli & side of fried rice. It was a little bit too oily for my liking but I didn't come here with really high expectations. Again, I would only come here on lazy nights when I don't feel like cooking or going out somewhere far. Solid 3/5 stars in my opinion. It's definitely worth trying for quick take out. read more

This location was slammed with customers and still managed to handle drive through walk-in and phone orders in a timely and courteous manner. This was also the best tasting food I've ever had at a PE. Probably because they were having to cook so much it was staying fresh stirred in the chafing dishes. read more

By far the fastest service in the immediate area. This location can have a full parking lot and 5 cars in the drive through and I will still get food in 5-10 minutes. Other fast food locations on 61st you are lucky to get food in 20 minutes with only 3-4 cars in line. As a local, this is the only fast food location I will even consider on 61st. read more
