Asked to have super greens grilled or cooked bit extra, their response " sorry we don't do special requests " at third of the time they're raw and hard can't even eat them, it's not like I'm asking for extra protein or anything else mixed in with it, just cook the damn thing a little bit more read more

Beware ordering from this restaurant! I ordered a plate with honey walnut shrimp, broccoli/beef,and greens/noodles. They gave me 4 shrimp and the rest of the plate was literally all vegetables. Unfortunately I ordered through Ubereats so I didn't find out until after the delivery driver left it at my door. If you decide to order from here please make sure you check your order and get what you paid for. read more

Found charcoal in my plate apparently and it hurt my tooth, the drive thru crew was a little rude and they weren't busy. read more

Unfortunately, this restaurant gets to choose what you are eating, despite what you order. When you call to tell them that you just cannot eat the Super spicy Orange chicken, they want you to go back to the restaurant so they can fix their mistake. Since that was not a viable option, they are willing to do a partial replacement. I received a sufficient portion of the noodles, but the entree compartments were between half to 3/4 filled, at best. It wouldn't be as frustrating if this was not an ongoing issue. my $10 + would have been way better spent somewhere else!!! read more

They have no options to ask for teriyaki sauce to your order on UberEats. I called the place over 3x with no answers just to ask for teriyaki sauce. Bad management, why don't they answer the phones? I feel like it's just teens lazy to answer the phone to not deal with customers. Now I'm upset because I only like my food with the teriyaki sauce . Food is good though just bad management read more

Panda Express - Proof I called - Chinese Near Me - Balch Springs, Texas

Hands down one of the worst places I've been to for multiple reasons. Stood for a super long time waiting to order before anyone even acknowledged me even though there were at least 4 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing while another worked the drive through. Food was terrible and clearly old since it was hard to eat. There was also a sanitizer bucket and dirty rags on top of the counter blocking the drink station and lunch boxes and reusable cups lining the seating area. It was so strange I though I had gone in when they were about to close. Turns out they didn't close till almost 2 hours later. Clearly there's an issue with the management/ownership since there's an overall lack of caring in so many areas. read more

They always get my order wrong and when I asked if she can repeat my order she said "just pull up to the front mam" gave me an attitude at the window.I tried calling and no one answers the phone to tell them only half my plate was full of food. How you make teriyaki chicken and not add the sauce to the delivery? Please someone explain this to me? I love teriyaki chicken but when you do a to go order you are supposed add the sauces like soy and teriyaki not just cookie and that is it. Come one get your stuff together you will have less complaints. Another thing how do you miss a drink to an order it was a bottled coke put it in the bag. Don't make people not wanna order from y'all. read more

If you want good food, with great service, a friendly face, and and with the trust that all your food will be in your bags when you drive away, this is not the place!!!! Go to the taco casa next door instead or pollo regio across the street, shoot your better off going into Walmart! This is the worst panda! If you get off work any later than 8:30 don't expect them to have food! And make sure if you do go, don't even assume they gave you sauces, go ahead and park, walk inside and ask them for the sauces you had already asked for, but do it politely so the ppl behind the counter can roll there eyes and hide behind there mask! Sorry for the terrible spelling in advance! And god help this location! read more

Worst Customer service. Every time I go to this location they are so rude and always make me wait 10min for food but then end up forgetting to bring it out to me. Always talking about the teriyaki chicken is a 15 min wait EVERYTIME. Every worker is always just standing around when a customer needs help. Definitely won't bother with this location anymore it's just trash how they treat you. Needs better management, employees!!!! read more

This is a good place to get food and most employees are so helpful and nice, but the girl taking the orders on the drive thru talks way too fast and it feels like rushing us to order and was quite rude. Most likely will order inside instead the ambiance inside is much calmer. read more

This is the closest Panda to my house, but I eat at many different locations while working around dfw. Compared to them this place is just not doing it right. Ill keep this short and sweet - Panda corporate needs to come in and clean house at this store. Rude employees, very inconsistent portioning, food quality/ freshness is lacking, and cleanliness of the store is deplorable. Ive been eating here at least twice a month since they opened, simply out of convenience because it's 5 min from my house. I actually thought uber eats delivering would be a good thing because I could bypass the dirty tables, messy drink station, wet floors and RUDE employees who act like theres a chain around their ankle no one can see behind the counter. However it seems like every single uber order I received was about 20% less meat items than normal. The last bowl I ordered had 8. Yes 8. SMALL pieces of orange chicken and was 7/8 steamed rice. At least when Im being treated like Ive interrupted employee social hour to order, Im standing there face to face and dont let them short me on meat items or soy sauce. I am a business owner myself and usually respect and dont take advantage of other businesses as far as profit margins and marketing gimmicks that work for them no matter how corny. But I have ZERO shame coming in here and getting 4 samples of each protein item like I have never tried them before, only to order my usual standby. It's the least they can do for the misery of putting up with this store instead of driving 15 min further to the next closest one. read more

The food is good but the reason they'll get 1 Star is because of YULY in the drive through window. All I asked is for another sweet and sour sauce and she rolled her eyes and threw it inside my bag. Panda shouldn't be hiring these type of people who are in the front lines of customer service. read more

I like it a little bit because the food was good but made use the restroom ever 20 minutes.

I can here on lunch break and the food was not fresh. I wanted orange chicken, however what they had in the bowl was small pieces and it had been there for a little while. I asked the lady how long would it be before they make some orange chicken. She said "its right here" as she pointed to the small old amount. I stated to here that it wasn't enough for a whole entree and that it looked old. The lady's really need to adjust their attitudes. Or if not, then I will I kindly go some where else. I got sweet fire chicken and called it a day. read more

This Panda does it right. Food is always fresh, my order is almost always right and quick in being made. The employees aren't overly kind but for a fast food restaurant, this one has nice employees who respect their customers and always thank you for coming in. read more

Was not at restaurant, take out is key here. I'm my honest opinion the shrimp and Kobe beef platter is the best option. Well I will admit I doubled my portion. I'm a big guy and big guys love to eat. Along with the shrimp and beef ordered vegetables, very very impressed on how fresh the broccoli was. Also ordered some spring rolls as well. I found them to be very crisp on outside and full of flavor inside. All in all this place does not remind me of the Chinese food you get in San Francisco, but for take out here in DFW not a bad option. read more

I wish I would have checked the reviews before I came here. Rated 2 stars, I received 2 star quality food. Ordered mushroom chicken but mostly got squash and chewy chicken tendon. And even then the noodle to protein ratio was way of. Received HARDLY any chicken with an orange chicken bowl order. VERY DISAPPOINTED. even tho it's closer to my house, wouldn't come back. read more

I ordered a plate with chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and chow mein on Uber eats. I love Panda Express but I am very disappointed this time with my food. Slow drivethru, asking customers to park (I could count three behind me that we're directed to park) we were told the food would be brought out, I grew impatient after 20 minutes parked, went in and my order was ready sitting at the drive thru window with other orders around it. No telling how long it had been sitting and there were no patrons in line.... maybe two families dining in. read more

No need to brag here we panda express has good food. Great service at this locaton even though its a police trap spot!

I've eaten here several times and each time there has been a different errors. I have received food with little meat in it. I have had my egg roll forgotten. This final time I will have purchased from there, as I won't be going back, instead of giving me the eggroll they packaged a random chicken side and included that instead. But DID manage to give me the other egg roll I ordered? So baffled. read more

I love Panda Express, but this location is by far the worst at time management. This is the closest location to my work and they never have their food ready. Been coming here a few weeks now, pretty much addicted. Solid location, love the modern look, food is great, most well kept fast food place that I've been to in this town. Not really sure why so many bad reviews... Then again, after working fast food for years I noticed that most complaints (not all) are customer ignorance rather than employee wrong doings. Not sure how someone gets your order wrong when you watch them make it. And something that's been there 10mins before you walked through the door is not "old". read more

Disgusting waiting for our food for a to-go order manager standing behind girl loading the take out box. Female employee drops food on the countertop, picks it up off the counter and puts it in the takeout tray... Me, my wife, and another couple watching make a fuss and the employee laughs. She thinks it's funny and the Manager......says "It's clean". Serious health code violation!!! Regardless if the counter is clean you do not put food in a container that has touched anything that has to be sprayed with a cleaner. Who doesn't know that. The managers response. ... "I didn't see it, just make them another one". Then the employee rolls her eyes.... if she was so careless to do this once and it's no big deal... How many times has she done this prior to my visit??? Not only am I not going back to this location but since learning they are are a corporation I will be contacting corporate as well as as contacting the health department. If after reading this u r still interested in checking them out for yourself I urge you please use caution. ... as for me and my family we will NOT be returning. read more
