Ordered the lunch General Tso's Chicken which had a picture both on the wall and next to the lunch specials on the menu. Both pictures showed the item to include broccoli. No broccoli with my order and when I asked, was shown the menu where the picture was and it was explained that was the dinner option but the lunch option does not include broccoli. Nevermind that the dinner options were on the reverse side of the menu. ‍ Also, the restaurant was HOT inside and there were a couple randomly placed tables. A bunch of boxes in the corner from the neighboring liquor store. The chicken was just OK. They gave me pork fried rice (as opposed to white) which I don't love anyway so I won't speak to how it tasted because I'm not a fan so can't compare it to anything I would consider good. They had an interesting Philly Steak egg roll which seemed like a weird thing to have here in SC at a Chinese restaurant, but we tried it and it was also OK. Likely won't be back. Had Chinese food on the brain yesterday, and my wife (who is usually afraid of old school Chinese takeout places) randomly mentioned we should try Panda for takeout after a busy Saturday full of errands. Without hesitation, I took her up on it, and we brought home beef fried rice, Mongolian chicken and crab rangoons. While the beef fried rice was a little light on the beef, it was pretty good overall, and we got all 3 for about $30. Good, middle of the road, typical Chinese takeout, and there's nothing wrong with that. read more

We ordered Kung Po chicken, chicken and broccoli, and chicken fried rice. Portions are large. On the menu, the Kung Po chicken is supposed to be hot and spicy, it wasn't. It tasted good but I expected more heat. The chicken with broccoli was good. The fried rice was average. The entrees do come with white rice. Brown rice is available. Service was quick. Far from the best Chinese food we've ever had but not the worst, either. Just average. read more

Wow, OMG, ordered take for Friday night on November 10, 2021. Ordered boneless ribs, fried dumplings and sesame chicken. Absolutely the worse Chinese food we've had. Most had to be trashed. Zero flavor on all three items. How do you ruin fried dumplings, how, by not pan frying them and giving soy sauce for dipping, pathetic. 2 pieces of broccoli in the entire sesame chicken. I have yet to find a really good place for Chinese food out here but this place is pretty decent when you're craving for some. We got orange chicken and a combination lunch of fried chicken wings with fried rice. You can't find good fried rice out here and I noticed the Chinese restaurants all cook it the same way where it looks like yellow rice. And if you order shrimp fried rice they use the small frozen shrimp. As for our food, portions were good! Me and the hubs enjoyed their orange chicken which was sweet and crispy! My fried chicken wings were pretty good as well. I like how the place is nice and clean and the wait wasn't so long. read more

Hands down worst Chinese restaurant I've been to. I've tried a few different dishes and have yet to find anything worthwhile. Further, when they messed up my soup order (chicken noodle instead of chicken rice...& I'm gluten-free, so I can't even eat it), I called to let them know thinking that perhaps they would offer me a free soup the next time I come in rather than asking me to drive back up there at almost 10pm, but no. The woman (who is always rude every. single. time. I go in there) hung up on me. True story. I've given up on these guys completely. Save the heartache and go to Jade Garden. Not sure the reason behind the low star count but my 2 ventures here have been fulfilling and pleasant. The food is very good, authentic and fresh. The prices are very reasonable for the portion you receive and they are very friendly. If I had to give a specific item recommendation I would say go for the Orange Chicken (typical) or the Black Bean chicken. The only recommendation would be better seating in the event a large family or group chooses to dine-in. read more

I ate from there tonight for dinner. I ordered the vegetable chow mein. I got home and there was shrimp and all kinds of meat in it. So I went back and told them I'm a vegetarian and they gave me the wrong food. The woman had the nerve to point out that I "ordered vegetable and there's vegetable in there". No shit there's vegetables in there. There's vegetables in everything on the menu. So after she yelled a lot of things about vegetables to the guys in the back she said "five minutes". I was so shocked and disturbed by how she treated me that I couldn't even stand there for another five seconds so I just grabbed my white rice from the bag and said "Never mind, she was very rude to me. I'll just eat this. Don't worry about it. I just won't come back here again". Trust me I won't be. And their food isn't that great any way. Their sauces taste like they come out of a can. After much debate we decided to try Panda for the first time since we were craving Chinese food. We ordered the orange chicken, chow mien, and won ton soup. The food was delicious and the portions were good. We spent around $25 and it was more than enough food for 2 people.
