Service was quick and the order was done by the time we arrived for pick-up, 25mins after the order was placed. There was a line when we got inside so it seems like people know this is the Chinese takeout place to eat at! Plenty of parking available on the lot on-site.

Sweet and sour chicken was definitely not sweet and sour... it was bone dry with zero sauce. Phone service was horrific when we called. Told us to "bring it back up, we'll only fix it if it's wrong." No apology, nothing. I listed several things that were wrong and all he said was "aight". Never received any apology nor anything to compensate. No partial refund, no complimentary item. Nothing. Just a "you ordered it incorrectly". Pure deflection when I am 100% sure that nothing was ordered incorrectly. Didn't even give us fortune cookies. I wish them bad fortune and to go out of business. Horrific, we will obviously not be returning and I will be spreading the word to anyone I know in Beaufort to avoid this place at all costs.

My meal had a lot of cashews, chicken, and vegetables. I can't get shrimp toast where I usually go so when I am craving it, I come to Panda. I plan on coming more often, especially for the Lunar New Year in February!

No broccoli with my order and when I asked, was shown the menu where the picture was and it was explained that was the dinner option but the lunch option does not include broccoli. Nevermind that the dinner options were on the reverse side of the menu. ‍ Also, the restaurant was HOT inside and there were a couple randomly placed tables. A bunch of boxes in the corner from the neighboring liquor store. The chicken was just OK. They gave me pork fried rice (as opposed to white) which I don't love anyway so I won't speak to how it tasted because I'm not a fan so can't compare it to anything I would consider good. They had an interesting Philly Steak egg roll which seemed like a weird thing to have here in SC at a Chinese restaurant, but we tried it and it was also OK. Likely won't be back. Partly because we don't live locally, but we'll vacation here again and skip this place when we return.

Place was empty on a Sunday night when the "better" one up the road was closed. That should tell you all you need to know! Bone ribs dry and lacked flavor. Egg rolls were okay at best. Beef Mei Fun tasted off, after one fork full tossed it out. Egg drop soup dumplings were soggy and pork filling tasted old. Crab wontons were a joke! No crab and a speck of cream cheese. Wonton was like chewing on rock and rubber. My wife had the General Tso's chicken - tasted nothing like it was suppose to taste. Roast Pork fried rice was greasy and rice tasted a day old. Never again - 74.00 waste of money. Impossible to track down the stomach issues we both had to this place, since we had breakfast and lunch prior - however it's worth mentioning!

Hey Folks, Are you…read morefeeling the need for Asian cuisine? Well you can scratch your Chinese food itch here at China Express. Yea, maybe not my best choice of words when extolling and encouraging others to dine at a restaurant, got it! We have eaten China Express's very good takeout food over five different times and we have all enjoyed it each and every time. This is a Family restaurant which is welcoming and friendly. Their decor is done in Modern American Takeout. So you know, you've been there, done that. But who cares, you are picking up and taking out. All the dishes we have eaten are delicious, and what I enjoy the most is I can taste all the different savory flavors in their food instead as with some Asian Restaurants only being able to taste salt. So if you feel you need a Chinese restaurant takeout upgrade or you just feel like trying another Asian restaurants' fare, then stop by and give it a try. Enjoy
