That same night my son became seriously ill and had a very high fever.. we were out of children's meds and I didn't have any way of going to get some on my own & it was getting very late. i only has cash on me so I wasn't able to use Uber or instacart at that time. Then I remember I had zoombites cards! I texted them what I needed and a shirt while later the young guy was here with exactly what I needed! They are much more affordable than the other services who provide delivery. Absolutely worth it :)

A stop for some brew at the 'BC Liquor Store' first, then a few steps further to 'Buy-Low' to check out the colourful, outdoor displays.that had caught our eyes when we first came into the plaza The outdoor set ups on the store's patio area -- colourful, plant baskets, and early-fall produce -- had definitely called us for a closer look. Upon a closer look, we found selections of late-summer/early-fall fruits & produce - including pumpkins, pumpkin gourds, and some very 'cool-looking' dried, ornamental corn cobs. There was no way I could pass catching some of the latter, and picked out four, colourful cobs to purchase and bring home for the makings of an Autumn and Thanksgiving table set up. Our rather short, and inexpensive stop, was fun & friendly, and produced some "fun colour" to bring home for Thanksgiving!

A first-time experience for us, in this rather new-to-Hope produce market. The location is very convenient for those living and lodging in this lower/central area of downtown Hope - just a short walk away from many of the motels, apartments, and such. And especially handy for anyone lodging in accommodations with kitchenettes, and seeking produce, and such to prepare their own meals. We were just browsing, and not looking for any food that had to be cooked. But daughter did catch some fresh fruit (nice looking and tasting Granny Smith apples, and bananas) while there. In addition to produce, fruit and the like, I did observe that they carry a selection of pasta and other similar products, and had a rather nice selection of honey, and other local Fraser Valley products. Service was very friendly. It was good to see a store of this kind in this area of the downtown, and look forward to checking it out again when in Hope, and our local BC products are more in-season and available.

It truly appears as two shoppes with a central pay area. i was more interested in the health food side. there is a small (household) refrigerator/freezer and a freezer. They had ezekiel 4:19(?) bread - an ancient grain bread found in the lower 48, but this is the only place i found it within a 50K drive. I found the organic 1 year aged cheddar cheese made from raw milk in Quebec tempting enough to purchase. it seemed to be priced more on the high side (13ish CAD a pound) - but i really don't know. There was a wide variety of supplements.

We were not particularly interested in the health food stuff & such, but did give the store a rather thorough walkabout to check out what was being offered. For those interested, the store did look to carry a rather wide, and nice selection of products - from various vitamins and such, to some lovely aromatherapy diffusers, and a big selection of all sizes & shapes of Himalayan salt lamps. The store is quite large, and offers a very neat set up of shelf displays, and clean environment to shop.
