I go with my boyfriend to pick up, he comes back and there's no garlic toast, so I go in and ask if I'm wrong to think garlic toast was included..... " oh I meant to mention on the phone, we are out of garlic toast too'" so, I say, well that's super annoying. Anyway, thumbs down on customer service, the spaghetti was good but for the $3 up charge for size, I wouldn't want to see what the smaller portion would feed. The $3 upside fee with no garlic toast or what could had been a substituted salad barely fed two average adults.

Employee or owner here was super nice and friendly. Made adjustments for us as needed, even took another persons walk in order past closing time at 8:30pm. We ordered 2 large chefs special and wings. Honey garlic wings were tasty. I ordered sauce on the side so the chicken wings were marinated and season in some herbs. You get about 10-12 small wings per order. The pizza had a dough ball in the middle of the pizza which was interesting. Overall pizza crust was tasty and toppings plentiful. My only critique was that the sauce was a bit bland and could use extra herbs and seasoning. Family of 5 we only went thru 1 pizza and had a whole pizza untouched remaining. Recommend buying only 1 large pizza and an appetizer if your party is small or have kids as a 2-3 slices were filling.

One of the pizzas was the completely wrong pizza, spicy, and completely inedible. The other was not much better and had no sauce or toppings. I called the store first and spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager. She admitted it sounded like we got the wrong pizza, but offered no empathy or refund. She said I had to contact skip for a refund since I paid through skip. I requested a refund from skip but it was declined because no items were missing, only incorrect. My friend called the store back to speak to the same girl who told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up if we could submit a skip receipt and proof skip did not credit us. I have emails of both. She took my friend's number and said the owner would review it and they would call us back. She called my friend back a few minutes later and said the owner will not credit us if skip will not credit us. This is the same woman who just told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up order. She even implied that we were lying, even though we offered to show them both emails. That's pretty dirty business practices. Don't order from here if unless you want to be cheated. $54 for 2 inedible pizzas and no one is accountable.
