Everything is in a glass case as most of it is delicate and it must be hard stopping people with a five finger discount from snapping up these beauties otherwise. I spoke to the owner who was very rude and wasn't even willing to have a look at the watch and the quality it came back to me. He raised his voice and was very rude and unprofessional in front of many customers. Totally embarrassing!!! Finally his son had a look at the watch and agreed that there was a slight variation in colour and I wasn't going completely crazy which is how I was made to feel. I was told there's nothing there and to get it out of my head by the owner in front of other customers and his son. I paid a lot of money as the watch is of a sentimental value and was not happy with repairs which he didn't want to take any responsibility for or even willing to correct. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, if I could give no stars I would.
