Pan Naleśnik serves probably the best savoury crepes in Cracow. Unfortunately, that isn't saying much.
Savoury crepes aren't nearly as easily found in Cracow as sweet ones - there are many places where you can get top-notch crepes with strawberries, peaches, fruits of the forest, etc etc, at great prices - Pan Naleśnik tries to take the idea further, and tries very hard.
Whoever designed the menu had a great palate and some good ideas, but as with so many things, the devil is in the details.
While the fillings are usually not only tasty but also unique and interesting, the crepes themselves are prepared on-demand by, well, the waiting staff. They are usually too thick, and overcooked. This seems like it shouldn't be a big problem, but the end result is a crepe that requires you to add huge dollops of the overpowering sauce just to raise the overall moisture content to 'edible'.
