After trying the Korean lunch (Bibimbap) I promised myself to try the French galettes (kind of…read morepancakes with buckwheat flour) just next door. I went the weekend after and I am glad I did! As its neighbor, the concept is simple, don't expect to find an endless menu. A few choices but when it's good you don't need many options. They brought the best of Bretagne (region from where the galettes are in France) and kept only the famous recipes (complète with ham cheese and egg, or goat cheese and honey, or with salmon).
For sure I will be back to try the salted caramel and see if tastes like home :)
