The staff were very knowledgable and attentative with helping customers. They had a vast selection of pets and supplies to suit anything you would need. The layout of the store was fantastic, everything was clearly displayed so you wouldn't be walking around aimlessly for what you are shopping for. As for prices, I was pleased that everything was at a descent price compared to some other places I visited. The only bad point I have is that they were out of rats at that time, but with it being close to christmas It was understandable so I wasn't upset. So all round a fanstasic well run pet store, keep up the good work.

Staff are willing to help and are happy to discuss the products. If you're thinking about buying one of the small animals, they discuss your choice through and can give you the main differences between the options to make sure you understand what you are taking on. They offer leaflets with care advice and tell you to pop in if ever you have a query or concern. They also offer a range of fishes and fish tanks.
