I didn't notice any dry kitten food, which is extremely limiting, but to look for alternatives, the layout of the shop makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff aren't helpful at all (in fact, they're ignorant of the customers to the point where it's downright rude), and I'm personally not a fan of the caged rabbits, but otherwise this is a good store to get a variety of treats/food and a few cat toys (although many of them are seasoned with catnip, making them less suitable for kittens).

The staff were very knowledgable and attentative with helping customers. They had a vast selection of pets and supplies to suit anything you would need. The layout of the store was fantastic, everything was clearly displayed so you wouldn't be walking around aimlessly for what you are shopping for. As for prices, I was pleased that everything was at a descent price compared to some other places I visited. The only bad point I have is that they were out of rats at that time, but with it being close to christmas It was understandable so I wasn't upset. Staff are willing to help and are happy to discuss the products. If you're thinking about buying one of the small animals, they discuss your choice through and can give you the main differences between the options to make sure you understand what you are taking on. They offer leaflets with care advice and tell you to pop in if ever you have a query or concern. They also offer a range of fishes and fish tanks.
