She lets me know if there is anything they need, gives them medicine if they need it, and is just over all detail oriented. When I come home, I can tell that she has given them lots of attention. They are so happy and relaxed. In the past when other people have come to let them out, by the time I get home at night they are anxious and obnoxious. She's been a real life saver. I don't think I could work full time and go to school without having the proper help with the boys. On my texts before the grooming day he said that there will me a "de-matting fee". Schnauzers cuts are shaved 3/4 tops of their body and left the bottom part and their legs hairy... That is not what I found when I get back home. I brushed my dogs the night before to make it easier. There was some matting but nothing a scissor and brush could fix. I have had Lhasa Apsos for 20 years and if someone really know hows about de-matting a dog is me. I'm just crazy busy. (Wo aren't) Del Valle, rather to spent a one hour or two (and charge me) with a scissor and a brush de-mattig the bottom part of my dogs (which wasn't that bad), without consent just shaved them all the way to their skin and gave me back two rat-looking dogs. I came home and was horrified with it. And charged me $150 Unfortunately, I will not use him again and will not recommend him. Totally unprofessional. As a groomer is easy to say "you should groom your dogs every 6 weeks". But when the time comes to REALLY show your skills and give back a beautiful dog and show that you can go the EXTRA MILE to please a client, you failed miserably! I don't feel good doing this review but no dog owner should NEVER have to go thru this disappointment. The only thing differently that he did that my cleaning lady couldn't do was to cut their nails.

One of the owners asked us what exactly we wanted in a dog. After explaining, she suggested a Cavachon. She could not have been more right. Jules has been the biggest joy in our family. She is a kiss and tail wag in the morning, play mate in the afternoon and cuddle bug in the evening. She has been the biggest help in my husband's loss of his brother. I first met Dr Bucheler 10 years ago in WPB when he diagnosed my sweet wheaten with PLE. I was devastated but listened to his game plan. She is now 11 and still thriving !! When I learned they were moving to PBG we were thrilled. Dr Vianna is his surgeon wife and if you live in the area you are quite lucky to have them on your side for any of your animals. They are both brilliant , compassion , caring & know the latest in treatments of your pet. Please don't hesitate to go there. I would never call anyone else in an emergency.
