All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby. I will never trust this place again.

Then, the person answering my call helped me learn a bit about the local options that are nearby, even if I don't recall if any matched our needs. I am still grateful for the fact they took the time to do more than answer a question, they reached out to help me as a pet caretaker/pet parent. I have a bigger question and that is, who is going to help my dog in need? And that is something I thought Pet Hotel made clear they would, could, and do.
