I treated myself to a one-hour full body massage for only $50, and let me just say -- this was a true full body massage. Usually when places say "full body," they focus mostly on your back and lightly touch on arms and legs, often skipping the feet. Not here. Not with Linda. Linda was absolutely phenomenal. She didn't miss a single area -- from my neck all the way down to my feet. She included exfoliation, hot stones, hard stones, and deep, thoughtful work that felt intentional and complete. I never once thought, "I wish she had done this or that." Everything was covered perfectly. From now on, I will always ask for Linda. The woman at the front desk, Iris (I believe she may be the owner), is incredibly sweet and welcoming -- always a pleasure to see her. The place has a warm vibe always. My husband had Tony, and he focused specifically on legs and feet, which my husband absolutely loved. He's big on foot massages, and Tony really delivered -- it made his night. Pampered Foot Spa is your typical Asian run massage parlor. That's not to say that you don't get good treatment, because you do. Walk In's are always welcome. The prices are affordable and sometimes you walk out with a really good massage. Like any other place, it really depends on the masseuse. Unfortunately at this place, you don't know who's massaging you and they seem to change people in between your massage. Therefore, if you get a good massage, you have no idea who to ask for next time. Either way, its a good place to come get a good foot rub or back rub at an affordable price. I called Pampered Spa and they were able to take me in right away, which was such a relief. For the price, you really can't beat the service. This isn't a fancy luxury spa, but they definitely get straight to the point and help you relax. I went in with the worst neck and shoulder pain, and by the time they finished, the pain was completely gone. The ambiance is dark with curtains, and instead of spa sheets they use regular covers it honestly felt like I was at home lol. One thing to note: they do charge an extra dollar if you pay with a card, which they didn't mention upfront, so I'd recommend bringing cash. Overall, I would go back for sure. Amazing amazing amazing I come here often, I recommend opting for the 90 minute massage as this is the most optimum time to fully unwind and relax. I got the scrub and while it did wonders for my skin and I needed it I wouldn't recommend it since the residue doesn't properly come off and they use hot rocks with the scrub which I wasn't expecting which really made me skin feel raw. So aside from that minor bump in the road, I highly advise getting a massage they have u strip down to ur undergarments and place a blanket over you and release any tension first asking if you prefer mild medium or hard pressure. Sometimes they don't ask depends on who you get. Then they go in with the oil on your back, lower legs, have you flip over and do a head massage neck massage and arms. They end it with cracking ur back and stretching your legs. Even though you can sometimes hear your neighbors u can't see them and with these prices and relaxation I don't mind it. Arrived right when the spa opened at 10:30am. Walked a few minutes until someone came to the front to greet me and another girl who was also waiting for someone to greet her. They have a bunch of signs with different services and fees which is nice because I was able to choose what I wanted and point to it for clarification of the service I wanted due to the language barrier. Prices are very fair! I got a 40 minute foot massage and 30 minute back combo for $45. On the sign it said "salt scrub $5 extra" which was nice to have it clearly written out so you don't get any surprises later when you pay. They took me I to a room that they closed off with sliding curtains for privacy. I sat in the massage table for about 5 minutes before someone came in. She asked if I was ready before she came in. I wasn't sure what to expect so I had all my clothes on. She told me to take off my shirt and walked back out behind the curtain. She asked again a mi the mater if I was ready for her to come in. She asked me if I wanted the 40 minute deer and 30 minute back combo to which I said yes. She asked if I wanted just back or legs too, I wanted just back. The face cushion was covered with a clean paper towel. I'm always leary of the cleanliness of these places. They don't usually change sheets, blankets, eye coverings etc in between massages - that's why I want to be one of their first customers. While laying face down I could not smell anything dirty so that was good. Wendy was my massuese. She was small with super strong fingers and hands. She crawled up on the table a few times so she could massage in different positions and super deep. She used oil on my back, arms, neck and a little on my face. I think no matter what massage you go in for at these places you always get a full body massage because my back only included my arms, neck, head, hands and also my legs although that was over the blanket and not with oil. I like deep tissue but I did ask for medium pressure. Wholly moly I got super deep the whole time. I just breathed through it. At some point it actually hurt and I had to pull back a bit. The foot massage was reflexology and a good painful. Wendy asked if I wanted the salt scrub and told me that it was $5 extra. I agreed to it and was very happy that I did because I needed the change of pace. 40 minutes of foot massage sounds amazing but when it's mostly reflexology, it gets to be a bit too much. The salt scrub felt so good!! The only thing was that when she opened the container I could smell rancid oil. Also the gloves that she was wearing to massage me feet for the last 30 minutes are what went directly into that scrub container to scoop up the product. These are the only reasons I didn't give a 5 star review. Let me also say that is a 4 star review of what is to be expected at a mini mall massage place. Overall, the massage was amazing and the price for what I received can't be found anywhere else. I will definitely go back!! I'm writing this review 3 days later and I have a few bruisers on my arm and leg and it feels like I got a serious workout in at the gym and am sore. Found this place close to work, decided to check it out. It's $40 for a 60 min foot/body massage combo, and just realized you can add on a foot scrub as well! I'll try that next time. I used to regularly go to my favorite Chinese foot reflexology massage place but it closed down and I never found another place that was as good as that one. If you've never been to a "foot spa" the massage technique it's a little different than your typical Swedish massage. Chinese reflexology is done to re-balance Qi/ Chi (the life force flowing through energy channels) in the body. If that sounds Woo, that's fine, but we really do have energy centers in the body and this acupressure style massage helps to sort of, clear those channels. You'll feel refreshed and relaxed and amazing afterwards. I usually stay fully clothed, except maybe take your shirt off, or pants if you feel comfortable, but they're not going to be rubbing the entire body down like a "normal" massage would. They do acupressure on your back, neck and arms and do use some oil for the back. Then they flip you over and while your feet are soaking in warm water, they do some acupressure work on your arms and neck area again, they usually do face but I asked her not to do my face. They work hitting all the tense spots on your legs and finish off with a foot massage. But if you've never had foot reflexology massage, you'll be laying there wondering why they're rubbing your feet the way they are, they're not rubbing your feet like they do during a pedicure, well, sort of but they're actually also hitting all those nerve endings on your feet that correspond to certain parts of the body. They finish off with hot stones. Once you're done you'll feel super relaxed, I sometimes feel more relaxed from one of these than with your typical Swedish full body massages. These pressure point reflexology massages just hit all the good spots in my opinion. Anyway, my experience here was great and I'll be back next month! read more

The foot massage was meh. Did not spend as much time on my face/head as indicated in the price list, and no time on my legs. My biggest issue is this "mandatory tip" policy they are trying to enforce. I always tip 20% when the service isn't great, sometimes more if the service is exceptional. I added 20% and the person who did the massage points out a handwritten sign indicating they require a minimum tip of$10 I told them they cannot REQUIRE a tip at all and thay my 20% will suffice. If you want to charge even more, raise the prices but you cant try and force a customer to pay a certain tip after the fact. The gentleman grabbed my receipt and a pen as I was leaving. They then called me right back and told me to come earlier because they had a cancellation. I agreed and arrived shortly after. When I got there, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then I was taken to a room and left there for another 15 minutes with no update. Someone came in to say they'd be right back, and again, no one returned for another 15 minutes--only to tell me a different person would be doing my massage. I waited another 20 minutes and still nobody came. At that point, I had to leave without ever receiving the service I made time for. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. When I moved into the area 3 years ago, I tried several inexpensive massage places. I settled on this one and it didn't disappoint until today. When my male therapist entered the room, I asked him to go easy. No hard massage. I am a senior lady with arthritis. A hard massage is excruciating. He repeated...not hard. As the massage progressed, I wouldn't say it was "hard" but it was rough. He was going super fast. Tossing my feet, arms and legs around like I was piece of meat. He didn't massage my entire hands or feet. He got stuck in certain areas and just repeated the same motion on the same area for an overly uncomfortable time. He didn't put the blankets back after he did an area, and when he was finished, he said, "Done" and walked out. Wow. It wasn't relaxing. It wasn't therapeutic, It was stressful. I used to really like this place. Was cheap, the service was great and it was very relaxing. However in the last couple years - I've gone about 3 times - everything changed. They altered the compete set up. The prices went up and while granted that could just be the usual inflation, it coincided with a decline in quality of service. The massages are amount to someone just pushing or rubbing oil on you. No pressure. No actual massaging technique. Plus it's so loud in there, people are always talking. Not relaxing at all. The last straw was the person who massaged me wreaked of cigarette smell and when - in conjunction with a pathetic excuse of a massage - I left a meager tip, they had the audacity to harass me for not giving a bigger tip. I only wanted a foot massage and the lady who checked me in told me it was $30. The Woman who gave me my massage was just horrible. It felt like someone was smearing lotion on my legs and feet for 1 hour. No pressure, no relief. I tried telling her twice to please add more pressure, medium firmness. She acted like she didn't understand me. They need better workers. When I went to check out I was not in a good mood because I felt no relief at all. But I knew it didn't matter to them they just wanna get paid. There was a different lady there now when I was leaving and she tells me it's $35. I said no, the other lady I spoke to told me another price. That's the price I'm paying.
