We found Alison and her team after doing a google search to try and find a nail/massage service to come to our house, as our mother recently went on hospice after a long battle with cancer and cannot leave the home. My family and I wanted to do something nice for her and have one last girls day. Her first goal was to make it long enough to get on hospice and out of the hospital, when that happened her next goal became making it to "spa day." She literally held on for this day and kept saying "2 more days until spa day" "one more day until spa day" .... Rachel, the massage therapist arrived first - then Alison and her daughter, who drove over an hour and a half to get to us. They made our mom feel like she was queen, on cloud nine, and treated all of us to a wonderful day - they were professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and skillful! Best of all - they are just downright good, sweet people. They accommodated our mom's physical limitations with grace and class. They gave our mom, my sisters, aunts and I memories that will last a lifetime and fulfilled our mom's last wish. We will never be able to thank them enough. We all have wonderful nails, and feel so much better after our massages - but the best of all was seeing our mom's tears of joy over how happy she was - it was the BEST day! read more

Allison Moore, owner of Pamper Perfect, is a con artist. She hired myself and other massage therapists to work for her during teachers appreciation week last month. We have yet to receive payment. A quick google search of PAMPER PERFECT SCAM shows a similar complaint from 2014. So this is her MO...super nice in person, then after you travel all over on your own dime and time, you get the runaround about why your money isn't showing up...until she just stops responding. Several times, when my partner was frustrated, I was trying to handle it and I reached out to Allison because I did not want to believe she had the ill intentions my partner assumed she did. I let her know that I am a true believer in karma, and she said she is too. Her website claims she donates money from the business to a cancer charity in her mother's honor. I was looking for a mobile spa company that could provide services in my home. I really didn't even know that this service existed but I googled it and Pamper Perfect Mobile Spa was one of the only choices. Allison and the Pamper Perfect team were very professional and a lot of fun, which sometimes is hard to balance 7 girlfriends and my 9 year old daughter had a wonderful afternoon. We all had sugar scrubs to help celebrate my daughters birthday. The actually made the sugar scrub concoction right in front of us using our favorite scents and flavors. We had such a great experience we have used the service more than once for girlfriend time with manicures facials and massages. The set up was better than anticipated with a furry rug for foot scrubs, a wide selection of polishes for manicures, and soothing music for chair massages with pleasant fragrances and fresh flowers for ambiance. Our expanded package included tailored touches like colorful fizzy drinks in real champagne glasses, tasty miniature cupcakes, and Oprah's favorite lotion and scrub as takeaway gifts for our staff. My girlfriend was upset because she had planned a girls day with her friends in Baltimore just before the holiday. It was her birthday and the dates didn't work out for her girlfriends. I am clueless when it comes to these things but found Pamper Perfect searching online. I called them with only a few days notice and they made it happen. My senior pastor threw a surprise party for the women of Destiny at our church. The manicurist and pedicurist were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely loved the spa coming to me! I wanted a last minute idea because one of my bridesmaids thought it would be a great alternative to going to a spa.
